I wanted to rate a zero but it’s not a option... I was standing on line in this store, when a young male cashier said to a older woman cashier... they look like monkeys... She replied.. Well! get used to it. I turned around and asked the other customers did they hear what they said?...I repeated it to the customers, what I had just heard ..and left the store. This wasn’t hear say for me, I heard it with my own ears

Sales person did well in helping ME.place was dark and a lil cold.its big i would visit again to comb thee whole place.

Lea school I shop there off and on pretty good place to go to find certain things so I will go back definitely.

This 1 star is not for the beauty supply itself, it is for the hair salon inside. My grandmother went to get her hair braided here on 6/2/17. Unprofessional would be an understatement. Theres hair all on the floor, no capes for customers ( even though its INSIDE of a beauty supply store) The hair dressers eat food out in the open while doing hair and to be honest, it looks like my 7 yr old niece did my grandmothers hair!!!My grandmother had the girl take it down once before she left and this is what the redo looks like?!! Just terrible. I dont have a cosmetology license but Ive done braids for years on myself and others when I have the time and I would never let someone leave my chair that way!

Hardly any product and a lot of old products on shelves. Poor choice of hair.

They dont honor exchange policies. They try to claim that you would take your shampoo home and put another chemical in it and the bottle clearly has the original factory seal on it. They are terrible at customer service. If you walk in this store... bring an attorney with you.
