Theres a lot a variety here, isnt always crowded like the smaller stores and you can find what you are looking for and more.

Clean organized store. Sometimes they put expired stuff or close to expired stuff on sale. Sometimes the meats dnt look as good, they have full produce and deli counter

It was a good grocery store, with a different but great variety of products. The prices were also pretty cheap. Masks are required and social distancing is in place. The only issues I had were that it was a bit slow moving and the fruits I got went bad within a couple days, but everything else was on point.And they also have some nice masks for sale there

I love Azteca little pricey but employees and owners are very friendly nice and kind plus very convenient for me Im there almost everyday they are directly across the street from me couldnt ask for any better keep up the good work Azteca the neighborhood loves you and your store

I brought in my package at 5:00 and was told that the person who conducts the US Postal Service leaves at 2:30pm. The young lady said that she was uncomfortable sending out my packages because she was not trained to do so. So technically this Branch closes at 2:30 and not at 9.

Store is not open during hours posted on multiple online sources. Hours also not posted on door. States open at 8:00 a.m., store is locked tight at 8:10 a.m upon my visit.

Sad terrible smell as you walk into the store u get a strange 😕smell like a fish been lying dead in a corner by the deli area bad rotten mold growing all on ceiling molded jumbo shrimps 28 dollars down the drain 😢

I got 4 leg quarters, 11 chicken legs, and 8 country style ribs (bone in), my bill was $10.08. Worth checking out. Some meats were discolored and on sale. You have to be an educated shopper. Good experience over all.

I use to love going here because its some what cheap but lately they are selling there veggies rotten and some of there fruits, i also seen some of there meats going bad and they put manager special no thank you.They should be on top of things more and make sure everything is fresh.

Staff is nice. Store is very conveniently located in the Hart of the neighborhood. However your shopping experience will be Greatly affected by the VERY broken shopping carts. Every cart has been replaced with new carts. But the carts were equipped with all the broken wheels from the previous carts. Kinda pointless to buy new carts to put old broken wheels on them.

Usually a decent neighborhood market. But during this pandemic, quality has been lacking and prices have gone up.

The worst and poorest excuse for a post office, center or anything of the like! Literally have been nearly a dozen times in 3 months and never once has there been an employee for the postal service present. Apparently nobody besides the phantom postal employee can operate the setup, so Ive left this location dissatisfied each time. Ive given up and would rather drive or even walk further and youll have better luck sending a pigeon with your letter than you would getting it sent off here! One of the cashier girls even told me once that it isnt a legit post office. Laughable!

This markets american food items are always overpriced & hardly ever have sells on the few american food items they do carry. The location is convenient but Id rather go elsewhere. On the bright side, the customer service is excellent. And they have a service where you can pay your DTE ENERGY BILL inside the market as well. So thats good.

The experience was neutral, the employees can be a little less rude and a little more helpful. It does not make sense to me why they would be rude to their customer who comes in and pays for the goods which helps the supermarket to pay them. I am sure they know how things work and what will happen when people stop coming there altogether. I know it is Mexican Town area of Detroit but it does not help improve the image of Mexicans if you do not behave well with others!

A year ago I received better service, and now the Service, along with the Some of the Meats has gone down hill. The prices has gone up, its not worth it, I some place else for my food, I only buy my water from their.

Just bought a bunch of groceries here 4/27/2018 and half of the groceries were expired. I let my Dad pick out some things for his self, & he picked out two chocolate pies from the freezer department, and my Dad got really sick. He even went to Urgent Care over their expired foods. If it had been any worse, Azteca would have a lawsuit on their hands.... I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND AZTECA GROCERY STORE IN SOUTHWEST DETROIT. ITS HORRIBLE.

Any time I can avoid stopping here, I do. This place is very nearby my house but I will drive much farther just to not patronize Azteca. Many of their foods in stock are expired. Prices are quite steep for a low income community. As soon as you walk in you will be greeted by an undeniable stench of rotting meat. Every cashier Ive encountered has been unfriendly to say the least. The older woman who owns the establishment is beyond rude and will hurry you along when you place your items on the belt. If you have any questions she will reply with a snarky comment or say she doesnt care to hear what you are saying. She has done this to me personally on more than one occasion, as well as my neighbors.
