Everything was very fresh like you would expect at a super market. I went here on a limb because it was nearby and open. Everything was a bit pricey and hard to find for what Im used to employees were very nice and helpful.

A nice little place to go shop! Gets busy sometimes because its good! Clean with friendly staff. 4 stars because of the parking lot isnt that great but still better than a lot of places near by. Neighborhood gem!

Went here today for the very first time and I Loved it. The selection of food, and they had a isle full of Goya items in which I Love the only downside was I wish they had more of a selection of Fresh fruit. The cashier was very pleasant and very helpful and that was a plus for me I told her I will be back 😀👍

This grocery store is honestly the best that I have been too! They have everything that you need all in one store. Not only are their shelves always fully stocked, but their employees are nothing but respectful to all of the customers. Every time I walk into garden fresh I get greeted and by their lovely team and walk out with a cart of full fresh groceries. I highly recommend Garden Fresh! This is my new favorite go-to grocery store

Love shopping here. They have all of the hard to find specialty and ethnic food products that our family loves. Produce is fresh and prices are competitive with the “big guys“. The best part is I know that when I shop here I’m supporting a local family rather than a big corporation. I’ve had them special order things for me that I couldn’t find anywhere else and they were happy to do so. Also, the fixed up parking lot is much appreciated! Great food products and friendly helpful staff

Garden fresh is extremely expensive for the quality of food they sell. I would expect everything to be fresh, hence the name but Ive bought rotten meat here countless times & the produce is always passed its time & being sold as if it were freshly picked. I wouldnt mind paying more for good quality but that simply isnt the case here. Ive come here for years due to it being close to home but recently bought bad meat again & tried returning it in a good manner & they treated me as if I were the issue.

Been shopping here for a cpl years, I get the best ground beef here, for quality and price. They have a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Smaller family owned- local business. I highly recommend. Parking could improve but not too inconvenient. Located on busy Michigan Ave. Just south of Livernois.

Wow the owners have done alot with this store. The parking lot is better the store is more open and brighter. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Great sales.

I don’t like that they sale outdated food at a discount price. Clearance food is right by the front door next to the office. The meat is not always a good quality product but sometimes you can get good sales. The bakery is ok but prefer prince valley bakery goods better. Proximity makes them my second choice grocery for some meat and produce.

Awesome market with great staff who are always ready to help. Fresh products and large variety. You dont feel like youre breaking the bank when grocery shopping here.

I like the buy one get one free. The only thing that I was surprised was that I was going to buy a fresh rosemary with ebt and I.was not.able to buy it..because they said it was a plant it a fesh herb plant.

Love shopping here. Items are always fresh, great cuts of meat and the staff is always friendly. I live relatively far but am willing to make the drive once a week to Garden Fresh.

Clean organized fruits and vegetables clean isle fresh dairy fresh meat that was all I shopped for.

First time here and it was nice everyone was friendly and super kind, amazing deals on meat which looked great! Forsure will come back!

Great place. Always see the owner/manager around. On two separate occasions the owner ordered speciality items for a family function we had. Really personable. Clean establishment.

The customer service here is exceptional. Very attentive people. But what is a cause for concern is the sale of outdated food. I’m not in the food business but I reckon that’s illegal to sell outdated food for cheaper prices. I don’t buy my meats here but condiments and dry goods I will definitely get from here.

Do Not recommend! First and last visit to place! I found it pretty expensive, small isles, and there was nothing fresh! All produce was bad. 👎🏼

Every time i buy meat here is is bad..i just had to throw a whole freezer of meat away because its mixed up with their bad meat and my dog got sick from it.smh

One of the cheaper super markets on michigan ave in the southwest area of Detroit they cash checks do westren union and sale liquor they also sale fresh meats make sure to check dates on items as they are on sale because theyre expiring
