I get my alkaline water and leave. People there didnt seem that friendly or welcoming but I still support.

Always good vibes in this water place, they sell glass jugs and you can pick your ph. They have a small selection of small businesses sourced herbs, which are some of the better herbs for healing. I always leave with a smile on my face.

Very good health food store. The workers are knowledgeable and can help you into a positive direction with good health being the motivation. They have excellent deals on alkaline water. Give them a spin I guarantee you will be happy.

Excellent place, can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven by! There is a fantastic stock of nuts, seeds, and juices, as well as the alkaline water that gives them their name. Delicious snacks, even some baked goods! Great health food store, my new go-to.

Always great customer service, every so often they have vendors in there, selling things. Also I think once a week someone is there selling vegan food. If youre not vegan, it gives you a chance to explore. EDIT: By the way, they have a lot of natural products, if you ask what theyre for, the staff is very knowledgeable.

I drove all the way from Rochester Hills, Mi just for this water and the great service.. I had no bad experiences with this company!! Favorite place to go for Water

Friendly & helpful staff. Theyll answer any questions you may have about alkaline water. They will even bring the water to your car if needed. The taste of the water is definitely better than some bottled water & tap water. Id definitely recommend alkaline water from this place.

I love the waterstation. This is my favorite place to get Alkaline and Acidic water from. I purchase water twice before from 2 other facilities that sells Alkaline water and it DID NOT taste the same and the water that I purchased from one facility there was something floating at the bottom of my bottle after washing it before taking my bottle in for a refill. I was definitely able to tell the difference between the water that I purchase from the waterstation oppose to the other facilities that I purchased water from in the past. 😁

I started purchasing alkaline water from this location without any problem except at third refill, I noticed a white substance similar to the appearance of oatmeal floating in the bottom of refillable bottle. I poured out the rest of the water approximately 1/3, rinsed out bottle myself and returned to The Water Station the next time I was in the area. I had a very cloudy refill this time and questioned the man who refilled the 3 gallon jug. He spewed what some might say sounds like a sales pitch, “It has to settle, they all look like that at first,” he said motioning towards filled jugs on shelf. Im thinking to myself, when I run tap water into a glass it also looks cloudy AT FIRST UNTIL IT SETTLES. 🤔 Still. I paid the $6 refill fee and when I placed jug in my car, again I see that white sediment. I turned and went back into The Water Station. This time this guy says a different sales pitch”our water is triple filtered.. blah blah yada yada, Maybe something got in” the jug. Refraining from getting upset I said,” Im the only one who uses the water and was told don’t let air in so I didn’t open the top.” The staff said Nothing “Well you keep it I don’t want it,” turned and walked out of The Water Station on Woodward Ave in Detroit, MI. That’s what I get trying to support black owned business.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful...I am always assisted by one of the young men with taking my bottles to my vehicle...

Alkaline water is amazing for your body. My 5 gallon refill is 10 bucks. In and out in 5-10 mins. Still unsure how its filtered, I see some sort of small filter in the top corner. No one there has yet to answer this one. I think that is something all the employees need to know.

Today i was really disappointed the service today was soooo rude i didnt even make a purchase i left out never before have i had a experience like this before Im not happy at all i normally get a smiling face and they make you feel welcome not today and i live no where in the area i drove a distanceAll u can say is poor service today Im done
