If I could give no stars, I would because this was one of the most upsetting and rudest places Ive ever seen!!First, my husband called about what meds there was to be filled. A female voice said he had two meds. When we got there, now she said they wasnt filled, not explaining that she couldve filled them, but he didnt say. I told her, Well, next time ask of they want them filled. She said she did, but she didnt or he wouldve wanted them.Secondly, now she said she can fill them for tomorrow pick up after 130pm. Also, we dropped off two new scripts, that she said all 4 would be ready. So we agreed to return the next day.The next day after 5pm, and theres nothing there to pick up!! What?!? We were so upset!! He needed his meds, like everyone else, when theyre due to filled.Not only did three different people ask for his name, the female didnt come to the window, the male was rude and said to double up on the old med for the new med was a different dosage!!No, thats not correct or proper to do because this new med was from a different Dr and a different dosage. How unprofessional and uneducated of him to say that, he wanted us to overdose actually!!Third, the first two meds were non-existent, like the female said. Since they were so rude, confused, short-tempered with us, I said just return to me the written scripts so we can go else where.They returned them, with somebody elses address written over it like a transfer ink paper. We went to Rite-Aid and had all his meds transferred!! How horrible this place has become!!Customer service has deteriorated these last years from improper training by lazy trainers, disrespectful younger adults towards older adults, and businesses that dont care anymore. I will contact the store manager how they lost another customer, if he/she even cares. Sincerely.
Do not go to this location! The techs are completely incompetent! They lost my prescription that I gave to them. When I dropped it off at the window the young lady said it would be ready in a hour (it was a Monday) I contacted them on a Friday and they couldn’t find my prescription! I ended up reporting them to the board of pharmacy! How unethical and dangerous to lose a prescription that a patient is waiting on!!
This Pharmacy is awful along with their online website. I booked an appointment for the vaccine at 9:30 and arrived at 9:20 when I arrived the main pharmacist (the old one with glasses) was so rude and dismissive to start. She tells me we dont have online appointments for vaccines (when they clearly do) and the person that does the vaccines wont be here until 12:00. She didnt have one once of sympathy for the situation which was not my fault in the slightest.
They randomly close the drive thru, even during a pandemic. Showing up during business hours you have maybe a 50/50 chance of the pharmacy drive thru having a drive thru down sign on it.
This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. The drive-through is always down aka understaffed.They take days to get common drugs. Ive wasted too many trips there only to be disappointed.
Absolute worst employees. Rude and undereducated. For 8 months, i have been coming here and for 8 months I’ve had to put in my order a week early. And yet I still am out of medication for another week.When I call a second time, they get annoyed with me for asking why they didn’t order the medication they said they would, when they said they would.

Called about a script that cvs and rite aid all told me wether they had it in stock and the person answered the phone told me they could not tell me, yet 6 other pharmacies did tell me.
Completely inefficient. I will have prescriptions called to them in the AM and over 5 hrs later they are still not filled. Every trip is at least a 30 minute wait, if not closer to an hour because they aren’t ever done when they say they will be. I’m currently sitting here at an hour and 20 minute wait and counting after initially being told 30 minutes.
I love this location they always have what I need and if they dont I go to the customer service desk and they usually will have it on my next trip. The pharmacy is the best they call you promptly with you prescriptions and when my doctors office forget gets something we work together to get it complete. I love this location.
Never. And I mean never, come to this pharmacy unless it is your only option. Staff is so slow, their computer was having errors receiving prescriptions? And then they told me it’d be an hour wait after they end up receiving the prescription... garbage

Pharmacist are rude and managers are very disrespectful! They give you the wrong meds then after you pay for them, they wont refund or exchange for correct items. A TOTAL RIP IFF AND I PAY FOR MY MEDS OUT OF POCKET!!! There is a heavy set manager, light skinned black woman with glasses that is TERRIBLE, when I wanted to complain about her she gave me the wrong number for corporate. Her name is Rochelle and the pharmacist name is Priya...I had to look at my receipts just now!!!
The absolute worst customer experience ever. I was told it would be an hour wait. I returned an hour and fifteen mins later and told my prescription wasnt ready. I waited and watched every person who was in line after me be told they would have to wait until tomorrow. I ended up checking out my groceries that were melting and put them in the car. I came back and my medicine still wasnt ready. Why are they telling people its an hour wait when its actually hours or the next day. I will never fill a prescription here again
Never again. Too slow when its not even crowded. Came here because they were cheaper than CVS for an antibiotic.

I can never get thru via the phone! it rings and rings, then hangs up!? I thought maybe the information posted online is incorrect... Well even when I call the store directly through main # and get transferred, IT DOES THE SAME THING! No one ever answers phones! It seriously cant be that busy all the time.
I am HIV+ and I recently tried to transfer my Rxs to the Meijer Pharmacy, Im also in the process of enrolling in insurance for the first time, I had been eligible for medicaid until this summer. While waiting for open enrollment I had DAP to pay for my $2500 a MONTH medications. Meijer wouldnt order the meds until I had my social worker confirm that I indeed had DAP, then it took 8 days for my meds to come in... Fast forward to next month, they didnt reorder my meds, but ordered them for me, this time they DID NOT VERIFY MY INSURANCE (DAP) INFO but ordered the meds. In this time DAP messed up my proof of income (happens frequently) and when I go to pick up my meds they hand me a BILL FOR $2400!!... This is a saturday mind you I can do absolutely nothing about anything til monday, at this time I have been without my DAILY meds for over a week... On monday Im playing phone tag and emailing instead of working so that maybe, just maybe I can have meds at some point this week. I call Tuesday and ask if they are in stock and they are NOT, so they say Thursday... So I ask Does DAP have all those covered so I can pick them up Thursday?... Sharice (I dont think thats spelled correctly) tells me that ONLY TWO of the medications were covered (which does ZERO good as they only in tandem with one another... Two weeks, no meds... Extremely rude, condescending staff. No one seems to know what theyre doing... Avoid this like the PLAGUE...

This pharmacy is a joke. My girlfriend phoned a prescription in to them at 10 am and when we went to pick it up at 5 on, they acted like they hadnt even gotten it. They then asked us to pull back around in 10 minutes... After we picked it up, she got a text message a half hour later saying her prescription was ready... Fail on all counts.
