They are very rude & don’t know how work on cars.. went to get metal transmission lines installed they cut the old lines & replaced both with rubber hose n clamps that didn’t last a day. They told me to have the truck towed to them & said he didn’t believe us but gave us the money back n said he couldn’t do nth with for us n take him to court.

I arrived at 1:15pm to get an estimate on a muffler connection repair. The gentleman at the desk told me to wait a minute until someone from the back would come. Five minutes later, the same gentleman appears saying that it will only be another minute or two. 25 minutes later, no one has come to see me. I rang the bell twice more to get his attention (he had gone into the back to watch the work the employees were doing) and finally he came back and told me that the guy was almost done and to be patient.I had been waiting for half an hour. I told him this and that my wife and young children were waiting in another car to pick me up after dropping my car off. The guy then told me to come around. I did but after another five minutes, still no service.It was absolutely ridiculous the poor customer service and the lies told to try and hold me there longer. Im very disgusted by the time I wasted and not getting any service at all.

Upon arriving I was attended to immediately and within 10 minutes my car was in a bay within the next 15 to 20 minutes I was done and gone back to work great experience and the price was very reasonable

Great place to bring your car to be worked on for mufflers. Personally I ask for one particular person he does great work and has integrity.

I went in for 2 super 10 flowmasters exhaust. They put 2 different exhaust on my car. The fat guy behind the counter is very rude and disrespectful. I’ll never take another car here again.
