Brought my truck in for a new muffler and they got it done in less than 3 hours. Couldn’t believe it. And it only cost $160. Welds are about 8/10, couldn’t say I would do better myself. Definitely recommending this place to friends.

The job was done and the results were as expected. However, some A$$H0LE who work there got in my NEWLY purchased vehicle, removed my phone from my list of Bluetooth connections, had the volume on 100, and had my seat pulled all the way back. I’ll be back up there to “holla at ole boy” for disrespecting my ride like that.

Loved the service here! Was my first time too. Eric, one of the mechanics, was very helpful and patient with my questions. Usually people make you feel stupid when asking simple car questions but not Eric. I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work seeing how he was just as excited as I was with the exhaust installation haha. Will definitely be a returning customer and would also recommend this place to others.

Was not happy with timely-ness and being told my exhaust manifold work would be completed at a certain time to find no work was done upon arrival. Talked with the owner and they pulled it in the bay and after 4 hours time the work was completed as I waited. I can honestly say I’m happy with the work and the car runs great! Excellent work and the muffler is so quiet + I’ve noticed better performance & power!

Dorian and his staff were great! Their prices were very reasonable. I still need more work done & I will be back on payday, plus there were other Senior Customers there & we all were satisfied. Im tired of being taken advantage of, because Im an older woman. This was my 3rd Mechanic in 2 days..I recommend them for single ladies.

I brought my van here to get a quote for an exhaust leak. The dealer told me it was the crossover pipe on my 2008 Grand Caravan. Dorian wanted to confirm that was the issue so he made time to put it up on a hoist and confirm. I also had him quote replacing some seals on the engine for oil leaks.I ordered the crossover pipe because it is a Dodge only part, and I found one online for $100 less than what the dealer charges. Dorian did all the work and no more exhaust or oil leaks. He did a fantastic job at a great price, less than what the dealer charges.Go ahead and get multiple quotes from other places like I did, and Dorians price will still be the best.I highly recommend him. He even drove it back to my place of work for me where it would sit till I could have someone bring me out to pick it up!

Not sastified with the service that was provided. Got my vehicle worked on and I had to take it back 3 times for adjustments.

Terrible welding work. Also, exhaust pipe was not accurately angled, causing it to bang against the bottom of the frame. Had to go to another shop to get the pipes changed out, as well as new welding work. Would NOT recommend

I decided to give Mr Muffler a try @ Telegraph near 7 mile. After looking at the majority of the reviews, Im happy to say that Im also a very satisfied customer. Yes, I got my vehicle in early yesterday morning, the early bird gets the worm! I arrived a little after they opened up! @ 8:30 a.m. and out the door by 9:20 a.m. for the replacement of my muffler system. Great Job! Thanks to Manager Stan & to mechanic Jerry!. I recommend this place for getting muffler service. Reasonable price as well. Do your homework.😀

When I tell you that this has been one of THEE best customer service experiences at a car repair shop I MEAN IT! These guys were courteous, transparent&reasonable. They actually took the time to show me what was wrong with my car and explain what they could do and what else needed attention...they made me feel very comfortable while I waited on them to complete the work on my car. They made me feel like a valued customer and that it so very rare especially when repair shops deal with women..I would recommend them HIGHLY!!!

We needed a repair quote before buying our daughter a vehicle. We were able to bring it in same day and they were able to provide one within a short time. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to the quotes the previous owner of the vehicle received. The work was done the same day. I highly recommend the work there.

Will not use mr. Muffler again whoever welded the mufflers pipe did not know the correct way to weld a bead or the welding machine was not turned up because the wells wer not smooth they were Lumpy because the metal was not prepped and clean of rust and oil causing the wells not to flow I needed to use mr. Muffler because of the vicinity and my vehicle was running hot initial quote was $70 final payment was $180 pressed for time I needed to have it done so I bit the bullet yes he made $180 110 over the initial quote owner was not very professional somewhat will never go back there again ragtag bailing wire and pliers type of business

Now people theres one gentleman whos deaf and gets honest disability but his payee takes his money and does not take care of him and leaves him begging in the area to care for himself. Most of you know who he is turn his payee in for abuse to ssi social security administration its ashame the way hes yreated. Then he can truly get help instead of out here begging for money to buy his personal items and clothes and food he dont need handouts but a hand up. He is truly a case that is honestly in need. Don’t go here for performance exhaust. They do complete hack jobs, no attention to detail. Had a 2nd opportunity to make it right, still looks terrible.
