Extremely horrible misleading customer service from the manager/receptionist. If a person tells you they can only afford a certain amount why do services that cost more than that then ridicule the customers finances as if you are not in the business of helping people with car problems.I was asked how much I could afford for services and agreed to a set price only to be blindsided with nearly double that amount through email after I left the store.Then I signed for services and was told my paper with signature was lost so I signed another paper. My signature looks forged as if it was copied from the first paper that I signed that got “lost” that makes it look like I agreed to that higher amount when I was clear I DID NOT AGREE TO IT.

Had to have my doughnuts replaced on my exhaust and it was done within 30 minutes. Fast and done right. They have two Army vets that know what there doing - I will bring my business back to them.

Went there for ac recharge and the service was quick and inexpensive.

Do not ...(I repeat)... Do not go to this auto shop for anything! They replaced my motor 4 times and still did not do it correctly. Additional This shop will steal parts from your vehicle and replace them with faulty parts. The Only reason I realized any of my parts were different is because after Jimmy return my vehicle for the 4th time I notice the battery installed was faulty and a completely different color. (I had just purchased a new battery a few months prior) After asking about my original battery Jimmy claimed he lost my battery (WTH??) Later I notice I two completely different headlights were install and my CD player was completely different. All my Lug nuts were different tail lights, turn signals etc were all missing. This list goes on of things that were stolen from my vehicle. This shop should be shut down

Terrible! Had an engine replaced and installed and havent been able to drive it yet. The dealer is saying the engine needs to be broke down to see whats wrong inside of the engine! Now theyre trying to convince me its something else. The dealer says the engine isnt any good.

This wearmaster is horrible they dont do the work they claim to do he is cheat DONT EVER GO TO THIS WEARMASTER. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I WOULDNT SUGGEST HIM TO PUT AIR IN THE TIRE.

Horrible services took them a month and 3 days to finish my car because every time they fixed something there was another issue. DONT GO THERE GO TO HOLBROOK OR STREET MECHANIC

Horrible shop Ill never come back here yea the prices are low but the service is horrible its almost 4pm Ive been here for 6 hrs and I just read all the reviews and Im pissed I came here I feel as if they didnt do a good job n Ill need a mechanic soon (6/8/2017)

Auto zone sold me pads but my clapper rusted bolts broke, I called and a tow, and it was fixed, cant stop the love from here!

Customer Service is non existent, no calls to let you know whats going on, they just lie over the phone the owner is never there, Crooks and shade tree mechanics save your time and money.

I hate it wouldnt suggest this shop to anyone half does work,are liars and cheats never will I go to this shop for anything ever .
