Hayley did a good job staying calm and helping multiple customers concurrently.
Every time I go here, the same guy is working. His name is Darshan and he is great. He’s always super polite and very helpful. There are never any issues when Darshan is working.
They are so helpful, kind and hardworking here. This is my go to ups in the city.
Never enough employees working. Almost always there is only one person working despite this being a very busy location. Also, most of the employees at this location are very slow and don’t know what they’re doing.
Great customer service. Staff was patient and helpful. Store was clean and staff are wearing masks. Some customers get really close to the staff who dont have face shields, so please everyone be respectful, wear your mask and be mindful of distance when asking questions.
The Griswold St. UPS store goes way above and beyond the call of customer service excellence! They retrieved an auction item for me and shipped it to Connecticut. This item wasn’t merely dropped off at their counter. It was a model sailboat which had to be partially disassembled for shipping. They did it all beautifully and for a fraction of the cost the other shipping recommendations provided by the auction house. Awesome folks!
Not recommended. This store does not adequately pack items. They cut costs on their packaging materials with my shipment. They shipped a $3,000 heavy bronze statue for me without the use of bubblewrap or packing peanuts. They used paper and inflated air bags like a cheap amazon delivery. I also paid for double-boxing - they did not double-box it. They also used a box size without the industry standard of a least 4 inches of crush room all the way around a fragile and expensive item. I also paid for insurance which they have not honored. They charged me $148 for shipping - I ran the cost through UPSs online calculator for the package dimensions and add-ons - the cost was $56. So they got $90+ to pack in a single box and stuff with paper.Bottom line - this location handles packages from local auctions and is in the business of doing high volume and not giving special attention to handling fragile items or making sure they are packaged carefully.
Personal was great my fax wouldnt go thru the Male employee while working with other customers made sure my fax got it took almost 45 minutes. Thank u for doing a excellent job. I truly appreciate your service

Just needed to return a purchase. I needed for it to be boxed, packed, and shipped to return address, with a tracking number. Pros: the customer service girl was nice. Cons: 1) Store too small. The place was already cluttered, and the small space to wait was too small. 2) Wait time is too long. When I got there, there was only one person ahead of me getting service. There were only two people working there and one of them was at the counter. I dont know what their issues were, but it took them almost 10 minutes to take care of her! What was the other girl doing? I dont know, running around somewhere in the back. And soon while I was still waiting, some Postal guy came in with a box of mail for them. But he was waiting at the counter off to the side also!Bottom line, it shouldnt take 5-10mins. to ring someone up, and if it does, the store needs to be enlarged with added staff. Wont ever go here again unless no choice.
All the staff here are incredible and go way beyond expectations. Super service. I am shocked at anyone who posts less than a five star. Thanks again!!

An absolute outrage. And important package needed by a specific time was mailed second day air, told it would arrive Friday, did not arrive until Monday, long after it was needed. I paid $34 for something that the post office would have done for six dollars. Thanks for nothing.

Not the friendliest staff. SUPER HOT the day I was in there. Everyone was fanning themselves. The wait is never fast. And just this last time, they lost my package I was sending back to Amazon.
Needed something printed urgently. Got there at 5 mins before 9. Gave up waiting at 10 after. Apparently UPS didnt feel like coming to work that day. Took my business across the street to ARC Document Solutions and they were fast, great, and actually opened their business. Go there instead.EDIT: walked back by at 9:30 and the employee was just arriving. Was told by others who were trying to use them that this is a regular occurrence for this employee and if you say anything about it she is super rude. So use at your own risk.
I called ahead and they had my package waiting for me at the front desk, no waiting! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. My only complaint is the parking, the only parking is $3 for the first 20 min or less. I parked on the street in a valet spot and just hoped not to get a ticket. Thankfully, they were so fast I wasnt there long enough for that to happen! Only $5 to hold a package for 48 hours, being in Canada I can now get items shipped there that dont ship to Canada and still pay less than half the price Id pay for comparable items in Canada! I will definitely be using them again and again! I bought the item on online and they take packages from any company. Very pleased with the FRIENDLY and FAST service!

I am using this UPS Store for more than a year, and always had nothing but great and efficient service here. Ive received packages, sent packages (Fragile And Delicate Items also ), made copies, bought stamps and supplies, and everything else you might ever need to do in a shipping store. Michelle (now became a friend), Devyani and all of their employees (most long term and really know their business) are speedy, efficient, knowledgeable and ready to do anything I need. They are friendly and warm and the best with customer service! Thank you, Michelle and Devyani and your staff, for your great service to me. Youre all a pleasure to deal with, and I appreciate you. I would highly recommend this (and have many times) to anyone needing to print anything or ship anything anywhere.

This UPS Store branch has been exceptionally useful to me on many events. The staff are exceptionally dynamic and snappy to help you with your requirements.I have returned AT&T equipment, returned Amazon packages, and shipped package to California and Brazil all with great and efficient service.
Well went to return 2 items back to amazon and was told by the associate and the manager that I needed to print out a label, they no longer allow scanning of a phone. They informed me I was doing things the old way with saving paper and using technology. 🙄Are you serious right now? How can you not allow scanning of a phone bar code unless youre tying to gouge he customer by making them use your computer and printer to charge more money. Which of course I paid for a computer charge and a print charge.I filed a complaint with ups corporate as well because frankly I could have used fed ex or usps.

Staff at this location is awesome. My Package was lost and I had lost all the hope of finding it but when I talked to them they went out of their way to find my package and YES!! they found it and made sure it gets delivered on time :)

Takes way to long for them to update their deliveries. so if you get tracking confirmation that your package has been delivered, you aint goint to get the package lest they sift through a pile for atleast 24 hrs. many times ive gone over to get 10 parcels and had to go back. for a canadian, this aint good and canadians comprise 80 perc of their business. dont ship there. too expensive and you will wait lest you just leave your cc number with the owner (ok?). staff is very personable however but they are understaffed. location is good. if i could find similar location next to border crossing id bring my business elsewhere.

In order to send a fax they make you purchase a copy of it and then send the copy. Literally nickel and diming you.
I went to this UPS store to return a package to Amazon. The rude clerk refused to give me 1 piece of tape to secure the package and insisted that I spend $4 to buy tape there. I will never use UPS to return a package again - I hope the $4 was worth it.
