Just fantastic service. I had an issue with my brakes on vacation. I called 15 min before close on a Thursday. They told me to be there at 0800 Friday and they would get it looked at first thing. Since I was staying 35 miles away, that was the best I could hope for. After checking in, I walked to a coffee shop two blocks away. Before I had my coffee and breakfast sandwich, they were calling with the diagnosis and estimate. It was done within an hour of me finishing breakfast and walking back. The price was very reasonable and the people were all friendly and helpful. No one wants vehicle issues on vacation, but Dickinson Auto made it as easy as possible. All positives as far as I’m concerned!

First off, if you are in North Dakota, do not use Wal-Mart tire center. Long story short, they put us back on the freeway with a tire that blew out on the 94. Thats where Dickinson Tire came into play. We were referred by the State Trooper that responded to our blow out to get towed to Dickinson Tire. The next morning they got right on it without delay, and had us back on the road in no time. The techs in the back were very thorough, and they guys up front kept the conversation professional and friendly. Probably the coolest people I met during our trip through North Dakota. If youre traveling from out of state, and nervous about where to go, this shop will take great care of you and your vehicle.

Great experience start to finish. Long story short, traveling cross country, bad fuel, cylinder misfiring. They got me in same day, took care of it in under 2 hrs, fantastic price and customer service. Highly recommend.

Was driving past town and got a flat on my gooseneck trailer, called in told them I need a quick flat repair and I’m in a hurry. They got me in right away, found it was a crack in the rim instead. Put on my spare for me and didn’t charge a dime! Honest and quick. Thanks for the help guys!

Drove into town today and found a nail in one of our fifth wheel camper tires. The counter guy and the owner were both there. Got me in and out within about 15 minutes with a patch done from the inside of the tire. Very accomodating and friendly folk.

We were traveling from Wisconsin in a snow storm when the che k engine light came on. I chose them based on a positive review from another traveler, and Im glad I did! They cleared snow from our air filter and changed our oil and had us back on the road in no time!! Their price was fair and their service was great! I highly recommend them!! Thank you again!!

I was a bit reluctant at first since people seemed to have nothing but trouble with oil change places in town but I gave Dickinson Tire a shot since most of the reviews were positive. Brought in a corolla for an oil change and expected it would take most of the day, which I was told it would, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out they were done about an hour and a half later. Prices were pretty standard but Id definitely come back for future regular maintenance.

Nice people and it seemed to me it was a pleasant visit and i didnt have to wait long a quick service. Cool keep the good work.

We were travelling and be needed an oil change. The service manager was great!He told us that it might be an hour, but it was really less than 30 mins. Great service!

I called shortly after opening in the morning for an oil change on my motorhome. They told me to come right on down and they would take care of me. The service was very friendly, prompt, and very reasonably priced

Says the do lift kits on their website, they have an entire page dedicated to describing lift kits and says available at all locations. I called and they said they only do leveling kits not lift kits.
