Menards is my favorite place to go. If wally and and home Depot have a baby, it would be Menards. Great staff, very helpful. The worst thing about the place is I do save big money but I always spend it all.

Menards is our go to store for anything related to our home. From dishwasher to gardening supplies. I especially like to buy online and have them pull the items. Very convenient to pick up our orders out back at the pick up desk. Friendly and helpful employees.

Store manager is very rude, I grabbed some things real quick and he was standing right next to this cashier not 6 feet apart and they were leaning on the register in deep conversation, I walked up and the cashier said you have to wear a mask and I said no thank you, the lady at customer service said I was fine; but then store manager said well Im the store manager and you will wear a mask in my store...... your health is of no concern to their communism and I will shop elsewhere which is no problem but no need to be arrogant and try to have a tough voice to try to intimidate a customer, your not following your own guidelines anyway...

Really nice store with everything you could want from groceries to patio furniture to bedding. It was our first visit, we just moved here and were really impressed.!

Ive delivered to a lot of these stores but this was the first time shopping in one. Amazing selection of goods, and an amazing staff that was friendly and extremely helpful.

Have never had to do a return at Menards before. Went to Dickinson Menards and it was painless. Only took 2 minutes and I purchased the item in Williston. Staff at Dickinson is so much more helpful than Williston. I will probably drive the extra distance to shop there from now on.

After their mask policy I go here as little as possible from here on out. Ace hardware, tractor supply and Macs get most of my business now. These stores never went full commie with the liberal BS.

Walked thru the whole store with out a mask on but once we got to the check out the lady was outrageously rude telling us to put one on. I was looking for spray paint for a couple of projects and Menards has a great selection of spray paint for any job. The girl behind the counter was really helpful too with the various questions I had about the spray paint. I would recommend Menards over any other place in town.

Not a one star rating a -10 in my opinion! My family and I were treated horribly by amber at the front entrance and the floor manager I believe his name may have been Kevin. I’m not surprised after reading the other reviews, apparently she’s rude to everyone. She was also rude to multiple other people that were entering as well. We left did not spend a dime here and will not return again. Had a very hard time getting any names or numbers for the general manager. I would not recommend anyone going to this store.

Everything from cat toys to snow blowers. They have an excellent small hardware (nuts/bolts/screws/washers) selection that is unmatched near Dickinson. Their food selection is all about value where it usually delivers. Im told they have the lowest priced milk in town.The employees are available, helpful, knowledgeable, and usually walk you right to the item that was inquired about.The rebates here are plentiful and easy to complete. Relatively often 11% off sales never hurt either. If they carried fresh fruits and vegetables I dont think Id need to shop anywhere else.Occasionally in the building/larger home projects there are quantity discounts. I recently started an insulation project and purchasing 4 kits reduced the price another 9%.

Huge and a pretty much one stop shop. Theres everything from home improvement supplies​ and household items to beds and mattresses, toys, beauty products, and a great grocery department. Some super great deals if you find them.Everything is generally neat and clean. The negatives are it seems every time I visit there I rarely can find someone to help me, some departments​ are well labeled but others such as the paint department have no overhead signs to indicate location and located in a rear corner. Size is definitely a double edged sword- wide selection of products​ but youre going to get your exercise trying to find the right department!

Literally the largest Menard’s with the widest selection! When they built this Menard’s a few years ago, it was designed to be the biggest square footage among their stores. It’s probably twice the size of the Menard’s in Bismarck, with a back yard that’s much easier to get around in with a long trailer.The staff at the Dickinson Menard’s is generally super friendly and helpful. They seem to legitimately enjoy helping customers, which is something that makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I spend way too much at this place every month!

We bought a brand new Whirlpool washing machine here last week. It is already nonfunctional.These things happen. Sometimes you get a lemon. Understood.We called Menards to see what we could do for an exchange to rectify the situation. The store manager told us that we are basically out of luck since we bought the machine 8 days ago. It no longer falls within their return policy.So, for $400, we got to wash a single load of clothes. What a great deal. Thanks, Menards.Its hard to believe that they can do something like that. Store policy or not, its just sleazy.

Minute we walked in told to put on a mask. I can not due to health conditions and they didn’t care one bit. If they are too scared to let people in don’t be open period. Lost our business forever and looks like most of the towns too as the time we went was always busy and now it’s like a ghost town.

I got some nice plants for outside today.

We spent $245.76 there 2 days ago, and used a $5.00 rebate check. We had to return a $14.99+tax item and was having them refund to our debit card. Menards only refunded us $10.96 and gave us BACK the $5.00 rebate check. (which I wanted to use so I wouldnt have to keep up with it!!) So consequently we spend over $200, and DID NOT GET TO USE OUR REBATE CHECK!! So we are FORCED to shop again at Menards!!! BUT we will be finding an item that is ONLY $5.00 and then when we get the next rebate which is $10.00 (yeah part of the $200 spending was another rebate item, stupid us) we again will only spend $10.00 and then not shop at Menards again. (and I really loved that store but I DO NOT LIKE TO BE FORCED TO SHOP THERE)! Menards - Dickinson, ND SUCKS!!!!!!!!! Talked to a manager and she wasnt making sense. The kicker is had we used a credit card (instead of our debit card) we would have gotten all the money back!??? According to the HUGE SIGN stating the order of funds refunding.......so stupid. I totally understand if the only item was the $14.99 that we had used the rebate check with but we didnt get the rebate check on ANYTHING and have to purchase AGAIN!!!!

Inside store was good but 4 young employees moveing carts outside were being very futile and were cousing and were talking about unrelated things with work.

Competitive prices with Walmart although store location is not ideal. No ATM service, closed is down the road at family fair. Staff are very kind and courteous to the customers and a very good hardware and home improvement items.

WONDERFUL!! planing full kitchen remodel.spent the day shopping local before going to Menards because we knew it was open all day. Was greeted immediately. took a minute to find someone in kitchen sinks at first but once we did they could not help us but found someone who could and answered all our questions to the best he knew. Then we moved on to flooring and was approached within minutes lead us away from something that would not work for us straight to the better product NOT the up sale. was approached again in paint and shown the different lighting contrast display. then approached by LORIE in cabinets / appliances to answer our question but then continued on the computer to find us the product(s) we wanted that was not available in Dickinson store for 30 MINUTES only to find out that she was CLOCKED OUT! AMAZING SERVICE

BEWARE!!!! REBATES DONT PAY OUT!!!! We have about $1500 bucks in rebates from the Menards in Dickinson ND from when we built our garage this Summer. We mailed them in at the beginning of September 2017. We have been trying to contact someone to resolve this matter for months and are basically being pawned off from Menards to Rebate International. Rebate International has no phone number. You must email them. In order to email this company you need your rebate number and your tracking number. We mailed these things in, so we don’t have that information and we were never advised by Menards to write this information down or make copies of it. AND I DID ASK A MANAGER ABOUT THE REBATE PROCESS BEFORE WE DECIDED TO PURCHASE MATERIALS HERE. It was supposed to be simple. Mail them in. Period. We can’t possibly contact Rebate International because we no longer have the tracking or rebate information. This is absolute poppy cock. And a deceitful way to run a business. Especially since we only bought our building supplies (over $10,000 worth of materials!!!) because of the rebates. And Menards in Dickinson, if you’re reading this, we still need to finish our basement this summer and WILL NOT be buying materials from Menards if this matter isn’t resolved toot sweet. Word to the wise, if you try to use your rebates from this place, make photo copies of your rebates BEFORE you mail them off. And even then, I have no idea if you’ll actually ever get your money.
