The vehicles are in good shape and seemed to be priced according to the market. The issue is with the customer service. From the manager to the salesman its just horrible and would never go back and buy another vehicle from them.The communication between the buyer and seller is nonexistent. I bought the vehicle back in April and still have not got the sticker or plates. Also have not received any updates. I am the one who always has to make the call and get transferred from one person to another just to answer a simple question about my plates.The management there has zero accountability and the place just runs itself. To bad goggle makes you put one star because they deserve zero stars.

I was just looking for something bigger to travel/ live in on the road. I couldnt afford the high payments due to my low credit score. They somehow sold me a Kia with ABS light and brake light on. I knew I made a mistake before I got home. I took it back the same day. They said they would fix it. The only thing in writing they had to fix was the cracked windshield. They did give me my car back the next morning thankfully. I am supposed to get my money I paid for the older car back Tuesday.

My husband bought a used Ford F350 truck here a couple of months ago and the engine began having issues and finally blew 32 days after purchase. They refused to work with him for any exchange, return, or repair and the cost to us is nearly $12,000 to replace it as it is apparently beyond repair. What dealership doesnt have mechanics to inspects vehicles BEFORE sale? There is no reason this should occur, let alone the lack of service that followed. We will NOT be back here ever, and will warn everyone to be aware of their poor practices.

I have to say that Ernest and Kenny are among the best in the business. They went above and beyond to ensure everything seamlessly perfect. I can’t say enough about these two. Courteous friendly and on point with getting the deal done. Dennis is very knowledgeable in car sales, with attention to details. And Mrs Linda in finance was thorough and efficient in details of all the paperwork. I would definately rate them the highest over many other dealerships that Ive been to.

Dont trust the carfax report go get it checked for yourself. They assured the vehicle had no damage or issues and at 3rd day after hearing some sounds i found out that the whole braking system was gone due to heavy rusting also the exhaust. I am sure they knew this and preferred to sell it without fixing it to make some extra cheap cash. I hope what they gained from this cheap way will cost them way more.Go to a professional dealer, pay the extra 10 20 but get a car that is given to you to be able to be used upon purchase.

Beware!!! Not only DANGEROUS but WORST SERVICE EVER! First off I could harldy understand the salesman who was trying to help me....then the finance lady (Linda) was absolutely rude to everyone including coworkers as well as myself. When I told the salesman (Edgar) I wanted to take the car in to my mechanic to have it looked at he told me, but it only has 29,000 miles on it. I told him I did not care and I would take it anyway. When I asked of anything such as flooding or wrecks had occurred he said no but when I went to the mechanic they showed me evidence of three types showing where it had been in a front end collision. I also noticed that the weather stripping was hanging off both back doors and the headlight in the front was out. I showed Edgar this and he said, ehh, we will fix that. Like it was no big deal. Just BEWARE of being told a car is safe but its not because they may place you in something that could go terribly wrong! I do NOT appreciate being lied to, talked down to or treated like less.....especially when I am trying to buy something like a car from somewhere. This place is a JOKE! Youre better off at Gay Pontiac or Mak Haik Toyota.

These guys are the best. They will work hard to get you what you want at a price you want and are very accommodating. Even after the sale these guys will still go above and beyond to help you out with anything you may need when they really dont have to. Its been 2 weeks since I bought my truck and these guys are still making sure Im completely satisfied. They even replaced my windshield becuase of a small crack. This place cares about the people and it shows.

Don’t waste your time with this dealership. The manager lied to me multiple times and they aren’t honoring the written contract. They tell you anything to sell you then won’t honor the same written contract that was originally proposed. Might have to take some legal action if things don’t get fixed soon.

*edit* turns out I was told quite a bit of misinformation. Now whether the original owner to this guy, what he told me, nothing seems true. I counted on the business having due diligence in verifying everything told by original owner. Was told engine was rebuilt by a Ford dealer at first, then it changed to a shop, neither of which either of the places can verify or account for. Told the battery was brand new, yet I just changed it for going bad and the battery actually looked quite dated. Not 1 thing has been accurate so far and I continue getting run around about the information.-Kenny Triola gave me excellent service and did as I asked for helping me make a decision. I did purchase the truck in the end bc of the info and service I was given, and I was very pleased with his help. WAS pleased. Not anymore. This truck is an embarrassment.

Bait and switch tactics have reached a new level with this dealership. Everything from sale prices to promotions to additional services all come with a caveat. Ive bought from various dealerships in southeast Texas over the past 40 years, and this was without a doubt my most shady, rushed-along experience. I know your sales people are taught how to pitch misleading information and are penalized if they dont by management so I cant blame them personally, but management needs to grow some integrity.

They give you a 2 dollar dumb watch when you supposedly win 5000$. What a crock. Dont waste your time or money on this junk yard!
