Elena and Nay DEFINITELY earned this 5 star. I called for an upgrade from my Galaxy s8 to Galaxy s205g and they told me they had ONE left. I hurried over and got approved with Progressive leasing. They then helped me by transferring ALL of my files to my new phone. They even helped logging back in to my Facebook which was my main concern. Thank you and great job ladies!If yall ever need a car, I will give yall a STEAL!!

I went to pay my bill and cancel an extra line i had activated for a friend whom didnt use the phone or service for more than a day or so and the two ladies assisting me really helped me calm down and realize that its not okay to get angery at them and pay the bill and cancel next month. They genually care about their customers.

Paid 500 for 2 phones that are obviously fake. Brought them into another store and they confirmed that both were fake. Im extremely upset and filing a report. STAY TF AWAY FROM HERE. I NEVER leave reviews but this one here got me twisted. Brit was the only thing good about my experience.

Well i was there just to cancel the insurance on my 2 cell phones.... found out late ( this problem ) i was going to call my dad and realized the girl at cricket canceled my international call too sad because i had to wait until the next day to call my dad all i ask was just to cancel the insurance on the phone ... Luis and Monica were amazing!!! My phone was glitching, freezing and turning itself off randomly. I needed a new phone quick and cheap. Luis got me what I needed without pressuring me to buy the newest most expensive phone. He listened to what I NEEDED and was on point. He was even able to transfer my text messages to my new phone, he offered to without being asked!! And Monica.....freaking life saver. I havent been able to get to my FB account in over 8 months because of some security settings I had in place. She back doored my messenger and fixed it so I could finally log on. Not even FB would help me unlock my account!!! I will be going to this location as long as they work there!!!

Lost my phone and got a new replacement at a great price. I even got a bundle deal on a case and screen protector. I will be doing coming here for all of my wireless needs for now on.

Great customer service from Monica and helped out my family & I. I went back because I wasnt happy with the Nokia within 7 days and I decided to get a different phone. Talked to someone named Nelly or Noelly and she was extremely rude! I will never be back here again and make sure I tell all my friends and family to go elsewhere.

I have had Cricket Wireless now for 8 years and I have always been satisfied with the service. I moved to the Galveston county area in 2011 and I have used the cricket store on Hwy 3 in Dickinson since I moved to the area and have always been satisfied with the service I receive there and usually the employees there are so friendly and eager to help and address any problems that I have but lately I have visited the store 3x in the past month, once to purchase a new phone, 2 to add my son to my account with my old phone and yesterday to purchase another phone. I have to say the service there for the past 3x was horrible and it was with the same young man (JERMONIE) I made sure to look at his name this time. Well I am sorry to say that because of his rudeness and treatment I will never visit that store again. I have never encountered someone so rude in my life. He acts as if I am bothering him and when I ask him a question he is very sarcastic and makes me feel stupid for asking him a question. He never says thank you, he slams down the box for the phone. When he does answer a question it is usually a very limited answer. He never makes eye contact with me. I have told him thank you and he does not even acknowledge me. This is the first time I have ever wrote a bad review for service but the way I have been treated on the last 3 visits to that store, it bothered me so much last night that I drove to the store this morning to speak to someone but was not able to because the store was not yet opened. I do plan on calling this morning. I hope the owner takes into consideration that this is very bad for business and has a talk with this young man because they have lost my business for good. Since 2011 I have bought 12 phones from this store but after yesterday I will never visit this store again. I will also recommend to others to spend their money elsewhere.

This store sucks... the people are not knowledgeable about the product at all and the manager is a joke... I would recommend going to the one a little further right off I-45, their people are friendly and actually care about any problems you might be experiencing and their manager is awesome

The representative did not help me I wish I was not on the cricket I get the Wi-Fi in the Xfinity always interrupt my Bluetooth she said thats normal really normal you listening to music and then this commercial comes up about cricket wireless and Wi-Fi I dont like it

Wouldnt know we sat there waiting for about 15 minutes and the one employee that was there was still helping another customer so we left. They need more than one person to help.

Just went in to get a new sim card activated and the guy asked for my primary number then just assumed that was the number I was trying to get a new sim card for so I ended up getting charged for his mistake and he could not refund that mistake on his end... Not cool at all
