I called ahead of time to have an LG V60 screen replaced. They told me it woupd take 1 hour and it would be $130. I bring my phone the next day, as instructed and everything changed. The price jumped to $159 and the screen replacement was poorly completed. There was a clear gap between the screen and the base of the phone, which I pointed out to them on pick up. They changed the frame color of my phone from rose gold to black without my permission or knowledge. The repair was poorly completed, they did not fix it and I had no choice but to take my phone with the poor repair and workmanship. I would not refer this location nor will I return. I will end up just paying a 2nd time for the repair to be done the right way, with an OEM screen and frame in the proper color.

Great experience! Brought my phone in and 45 minutes later I had a brand new screen! They also tossed in a free screen protector! Great prices as well. Everywhere else in the area wanted $300+ to repair my iPhone 11 screen. I walked out paying $139 for a new screen!

There are 2 T-Mobile stores closer to me, but this is the one that I go to because they have the best customer service!!They can and do explain your bill, help you with any problem or concern that you might have, and do all of this in a very friendly manner. Most of the stores recommend one brand over the others but here they listen to what you are looking for and then begin finding the right product for you.I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Owner/operator very friendly.My phone would not power up. Upon initial diagnosis they didnt think they could repair it. He suggested I leave it for a more detailed analysis. Within 3 hours he called me back saying he fixed the phone. Saved me the expense of a new Samsung phone and best of all, THE CHARGE FOR THE REPAIR WAS ONLY $40.00.Sure beats paying for a new phone.100% good experience and I recommend giving them a try...

Awesome customer service, went in to get a note 4 and they didnt have one in the store. Was given a call back an hour later with one that he had at another location. Was given a free case and screen protector. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a phone.

Tried to get my phone number fixed on my own for 8 days with Family T-Mobile customer service and even talked with corporate which they said they couldnt fix the issue and i must get a new number. I gave up and went to this store. This place is awesome, they fixed my issue within 30 mins and I got my original phone number back. Excellect customer service! I recommend them 100%.

Rude unprofessional due to this being in area I took my daughter iPhone screen to get fix didn’t ask them to do nothing but fix the screen went back to pick up my daughter phone and the phone was locked when asked them to unlock my daughter phone was giving the run around about services. Long story short my daughter phone remained lock n still had to wand up paying deductible and ordering a new phone! 2nd mistake took my laptop in just curious to see what was going on wouldn’t allow me to connect to internet after being told computer was ready for pick paid for services but when getting home tried to log onto computer and connect to WiFi still experienced the samething that I paid them to work on everytime you speak with the manger or owner he has something smart to say ! Now I’ve purchased phones from the store n they’ve worked n been unlock but I wouldn’t never go here again for business

Purchased a s20+ and they didnt have the correct screen protector for it. Long story short, I took my phone to them to get the cracked screen repaired and was told it would be $250. Went back to get it and was charged $300 and still no screen protector. At least it taught me one thing, Get everything in writing!

I bought a iphone 6 and it came out with wifi and headset problems. I do not even bother to go back because they dont give hardware warranty, they said i have to go to apple... phone already open, so no apple warranty.

Dont repair your iPhone here! I waited three days to fix my iPhone here and the guy just kept giving me the run around. Dont waste your time here, what a joke.

BE AWARE!!! Do not fix your phone or ipad here. They changed my screen and now the screen does not work at all! They are giving me hard time and dont want to fix it or return me my money! My friend had them fix their phone couple of weeks ago and they also screwed it up and the phone is useless - that all for $150! The worst service EVER!!!
