Boost mobile should shut down. Their cell coverage is substandard and their customer service is even worse. They just point you somewhere else to get rid of you.

They will charge you to activate your phone when youre a preexisting customer even though you can activate it yourself for free, they charged me 30$ to do something that is free through boost mobile. Also 6 days after purchasing a phone from them it is malfunctioning and they wont honor it and replace it they say its a manufacturer issue and to take it up with the manufacturer. Horrible service, con artist!
