4-Stars because most of the experience was outstanding. However, one of their employees (Haley?), Is by far one of the worse people I have witnessed working in retail. She was consistently rude to every customer I watched approach her. Snide comments and remarks to and about customers. How she manages to keep a job at the establishment blows my mind. If she was absent from this facility, this would be by far one of the best places in town to get things done. The other few ladies in there are wonderful, nice, and helpful. Just one bad apple to ruin it all for them. Luckily I got to be helped by Destiny, who was fantastic and helpful; I feel bad for the other customers in line who did not get assisted by her and dealt with Haley. Down right disrespectful and rude.
Worst customer service and will never ship from this store again. A package was shipped to an incorrect address due to a mistake by their employee. After correcting, they refused to re-ship without charging AGAIN. Then, when I request a refund for the incorrectly shipped package - accused me of committing fraud for not paying for a service rendered. The employee yells at me stating it is fraud. The manager did finally appear after being told I would have to wait for 20 minutes because shes busy. Go somewhere else to ship.
Always friendly and quick. Dont understand the negative reviews. Never had a problem and Im here quite frequently.Update: I was in there again, today 12/21/20, and the line was a mile long but the staff remained extremely poised and professional under pressure. They did their very best to take care of everyone as quickly as possible. A+ to both ladies working there.Fellow customers, please remember that these employees are working very hard so please try to be patient with them if things are moving slowly. Theyre under a lot of pressure and are doing the best they can. Getting mad at them and being rude to them doesnt help matters at all. Besides that, we all need more love, kindness and respect no matter who we are anyway. :)
I come in every week to make an overnight shipment of precious cargo to NY and these ladies have ALWAYS treated me with kindness, love, and respect. They know me, my car, and even my husband and have everything ready to go to make it quick and easy. So thankful for each of them. Even on busy days, they still take great care of me and my package.
If you go to get a notary here make sure you double check everything or youll have to do it again.
Thanks so much for your help in shipping my Christmas gifts. You were so diligent in making sure the fragile gifts were packaged where they wouldnt be damaged. All the employees were so nice and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
Have shipped multiple guitars from this location- always having them box/pack/ etc for me. Never had a single issue with damages. Extremely great, nice employees, who actually care about customers and their service. Invaluable.
I have used this store many times over the last couple of years and always have a great experience. The staff is helpful, polite and provide great service.
Always great service. Convenient amazon returns.
Great customer service. Fast and easy to print label and return in their office. Christy was very nice!!
Great experience at this location. Friendly staff, they helped me get a paper I needed fax and notarized the same day, sent out and completely handled. Enjoyed coming to this store and definitely will be the new place I go to ship items and get things notarized!
Adrian Nelson is the manager at this location and is extremely rude, and snappy towards customers and employees. I will not do business at this location again due to her behavior. I will recommend shipping with another company, such as FedEx due to the ride customer service that Adrian Nelson provided.
Poor customer service. I waited in line to print a shipping label and ship a box. The lady said she could print the label and then I would wait in line again to pay $2.10 for the label. I had to ask to confirm what she was telling me. 4 more people had come into the store and I had to go to the back of the line as if I just walked in the store ( so now I am the 5th in line for help) to pay for the service I had already stood in line for. I would NEVER recommend using UPS to anyone. Rude people.
Went in needing some help with printing and found out they do so much more! The ladies were friendly and very patient (I was a bit of a wreck trying to take care of some personal business). Good team work, clean store and I left in better shape than I went in!
Breanna and the other employee were very welcoming, good attitude, and helped me with everything I needed to get my package shipped quickly.
I’ve had a mailbox here for about ten years. So I go in the store a lot. The service has always been extraordinarily good. Thank you!
Very good customer service. Even though it was busy, she managed to take care of everyone friendly and professionally.
Christy you rock!!! Thank you so much for your amazing service and bubbly attitude, totally made a gloomy day much nicer!
I was in town for a friends funeral and needed some quick prints. Adrienne was not only helpful and efficient, but also kind and compassionate. Adrienne was the epitome of Southern Hospitality. She is a wonderful representative for The UPS Store.
I want to give a big thank you to Adrienne. Youre a doll!! Thank you for your professionalism, kindness and honesty. You were so helpful and really made my heart smile. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU!
I walked in with a huge heavy box. Adrienne ran to me, grabbed it with her bandaged thumb, weighed it & asked if I had return label. I was out the door in less than 2 minutes. Adrienne was kind, cheery, high energy and very helpful!
Just want to thank the owner & staff at Dickson store. Have used many UPS stores across the country as we travel extensively, this store hands down repeatedly exceeded our expectations.Highly recommend and will continue to use their services.
I called before showing up and asked if they would be able to print my prepaid shipping label. Adrienne said I could e-mail it to the ups store and they would print it out. She placed me on hold for the e-mail. After a couple minutes she got back on the phone and greeted me again, I responded I was on hold for the e-mail, she then placed me on hold again. I eventually hung up and drove to the store. She greeted me and I mentioned I called about the e-mail address. She provided me with a business card and pointed to the ups store e-mail address. I immediately forwarded the e-mail to the e-mail address and she printed it out on her end. While at the register, they tell me my total was $2.10. I was surprised because the shipping label was pre-paid. I paid anyway without question, then looked at the receipt. I was charged $1.99 for digital file open (e-mail retrieval) and .10 cents for the sheet of paper the label was printed on. I understand this is a business, my only qualm is the lack of any communication in pricing. I couldve and shouldve asked but I seriously never considered them charging for retrieving an e-mail. Wouldve been nice had they volunteered that information beforehand. There was an older gentleman that was working there and he asked if I would like a little extra tape to secure the package and I said sure. He then put a dollar on the counter for the cashier and I asked what that was for. He responded for the tape because I forgot to mention that it would cost additional. I told him that I appreciated it, but to please keep his money, that I would pay for it. I dont think it was fair for that gentleman to pay, maybe there should be something in your policy or guidelines to cover such situations.
Thank you for your response but it sounds like a poor excuse for terrible customer service. Her right arm did not at all appear incapacitated as she rudely waved the scanner gun at me. Also, her boyfriend could have parked his car 20 ft away in an actual parking spot because there was no emergency going on in that store. My husband has been in the store on several other occasions and watch the boyfriend/girlfriend employees carry on a conversation and completely ignore him.The store manager (Adrienn) is extremely rude and unprofessional. Someone needs to give her a lesson in costumer service. To top off the terrible experience, her boyfriend had his car parked in the fire lane blocking the entrance to the store. I will only go to the UPS stores in Bellevue from now on since they have a different owner and hire professional staff that understand costumer service.
Adrian, who was staffing this store when I called, could teach graduate classes in customer relations!! I had left my laptop at a local motel and didnt realize it until I was half way back to Michigan. I was told by the corporate Pick Up phone rep that he had no option available to pick up an unpackaged item! When I called the store and outlined my problem, offering to use Uber or Lyft to pick it up, without hesitation Adrian volunteered to pick it up, weigh and e-mail me a quote for packaging and shipping, and ship it to me once I authorized the quoted price. A perfect solution and a huge relief for me... with an above and beyond gesture on her part!! Kudos to Adrian and the local store owner for hiring such a friendly professional, possessing customer first problem-resolution skills and big heart.
As a small business owner I understand the need to cover costs and make a profit. What I dont understand how 12 inches of packing tape costs a dollar. The whole roll costs $3. I will not do business with a company that finds it necessary to nickel and dime their customers.
This is a wonderful ups store with friendly staff, UNLESS, you need wheelchair accessibility then go elsewhere as the ramp is to steep! I called codes dept. They reported approx 30 reports have been filed over last year to no avail.
I had a great experience at this store. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back.
Usually very helpful and friendly, however, I showed up at 6:57 on a Tuesday needing something important notarized and they had closed early - disappointing in reliability.UPDATED 1 Apr 2021 - Appointment for Passport photo at 8:00 am - Rep took photos but computer system down so could not print them; told to come back later. I work from 8:30 to 5:30 in Centerville, so not convenient for me. They never called back today to tell me photos were ready for pickup. Disappointed in service again. Not a good way to build trust.
Attempted to return equipment and the lady just walked away while in the midst of supposedly helping me. Nice & rude. Couldve turned it over to someone else is she wasnt capable.
I was traveling from DC to Austin and I needed some important documents notarized, I found the UPS store in Dickson,TN. The store was very busy that day but Adrienn had everything under control, she was very helpful, pleasant and efficiant.she was very nice to my 8 year old son
Every time I go into the store the employees are very friendly and professional
I am very disappointed with unfriendly, rude and unprofessional behaviour of one of the staff! She was not helpful and misleading me to send me to another UPS center with no tesults! Just waisting my time!I ask to contact the owner and left my phone# to share my experience, but nobody call me back, yet!
Always friendly and efficient. I will come here over the post office to ship any day unless I have a prepaid label.
Just dropped off a package pre paid but very courteous and made sure I walked out with receipt.
