Children running the store that dont know anything but what the computer tells them. If you know exactly what you need they have the better prices than the guys across the street... just dont expect any help beyond ringing it up.

Oh my gosh just had the greatest experience. I showed up to check my engine light and make sure that I had coolant for a long trip and the representative also checked my oil and let me know that I needed a quart and a half of oil and that could have been part of the reason my car was overheating. I now feel very safe and confident in my drive to Redding California, which is 150 miles from Dixon. I wish I could remember exactly how to say the representatives name but it started with a G and he totally deserves some recognition for how awesome he was. ( tall with Shaggy brown hair)

Autozone have wherever auto parts u need

Its Autozone, dont always listen to the employee advice, they are salesmen, not mechanics. Always research and compare what they say to what a reputable mechanic says. Good customer service though.

If I want to find something or order parts for my vehicle auto zone is the place. I needed a registration holder not available in New York but I knew the were sold in California because I use to live there. Sure enough the had two so I bought both.

Changed my battery in a downpour...excellent customer service

I called to see if they carry a part its had to find. The guy tells me he doesnt know if they have that specific part but its on the sales flor so I would need to come in and look myself. I told him I live in a different town if he could look for me he replied you need to come and look yourself. I will never go in there. I do not know what is happening today with customer service.
