My most recent experience at Ken Nelson Auto Plaza was for a routine oil change and inspection. I was happy that it was finished quickly and I was able to get on with my day.The waiting room was comfortable and clean, the only annoying thing was hearing the loud announcements on the speaker system calling for meeting etc.

Jamie and Bob went the extra mile to help me out. Thank you for going out of your way to find the color I wanted and for letting me test drive the car a few times so I knew it was right for me. Ken Nelson Nissan is awesome!

Zac Gerlach was very accommodating in my immediate need for service on my car. I live out of the area and just by chance was close by. I called to see if he could fit me in. Zac enthusiastically said, absolutely. I drove to Dixon pulled my car in and before I knew it, I was headed home.Everyone in the service department was very kind and helpful.

Jaime was far too pushy. I came in to test drive a Nissan Sentra and we decided to go to the next size up and he brings me a way higher priced car. When I said I didnt want to buy he kept pushing to sell me a car. When I said the buy would make me have a panic attack he laughed. He was trying imply the rebates wouldnt last but me and my husband know they last a moth and they will always have rebates. All I wanted to do was test for amd he wasted our whole morning. Will not buy from them.Update I decided to try one more time but with Russ. It was absolutely amazing experience. Russ answered my many questions and made the experience easy. He went out of his way to get everything done within 24 hrs. Sherry was great too! She made the necessary paperwork easy and explained everything to me and my husband, so that we could understand it. Lastly, Bob was such a great time sport. He was very understanding and he made sure to turn the whole experience around.

Nissan warranty work done. Took too long. We were without a vehicle for over 3 weeks that should have been provided by Nissan, not the dealership. Service did not communicate well with me until I complained to the Service Manager the day before the vehicle was returned.
