Great experience working with the sales team because they made it very simple even with my wanting to use a specific lender that they do not use, they still accommodated me which complicates things for themselves as a business. I worked with a lady named Rebeccah Hartley and another gentleman named Cesar Gomez which were willing to take calls and emails after hours to work with my work schedule which no dealership has ever offered me that kind of personable service. Even the finance manager ( sorry I forgot your name)was very helpful and friendly and no one was pushy in any way. Their team is vaccinated so they were not mask Nazis as some others have been to me which I walked away from. All the way around great experience and I will shop them first in the future because they made an impression with the way they conduct business.

So let me explain the nightmare I had experienced for weeks while getting the run around at several dealerships in the area. Lots of promises- blown off when I arrive - don’t follow thru etc etcFast forward to when I was contacted by Jeremias at Ron Duprat Ford in Dixon. I explained the headaches I’d been thru with other places, and the reason I needed a more commuter friendly vehicle in a hurry because I was returning to work in the Bay Area, within days.He made sure to discuss my situation with management before even having me come in,Got approval from management and already had intuitively found the perfect vehicle for me within a price range I’d likely qualify for by the time I arrived.Not only was Jeremias kind/compassionate, he was working hard with his Management and Finance Dept (Tiffany ) to literally make magic happen for me.My credit was extremely challenged due to covid/work injury and many hurdles in pay delays over the last 2 years and they managed to give me a higher trade in value on my current vehicle at the time and lower the cost of this vehicle- just so I could qualify.OH! And he stayed well past closing- with his dinner at home sitting cold hours prior, just to help me figure out the after market audio/nav system before I tried driving home. He didn’t have to do that and chose to - that’s the kind of genuine customer service that needs to be recognized. :DHonestly I can’t stop raving about Jeremias and the team over there. Jeremias maybe new to car sales but he definitely knows cars and people and I can definitely seeing him being employee of the year- and moving up to management one day. Nicest guy ever. Hopefully the owner and management see this and recognize the amazing efforts he and the rest of the team have put in to make something amazing happen for me.Definitely coming back here for my next vehicle when that time comes. - Erica S.

Buying the truck was fine but the maintenance has been painful. We have done two oil changes so far which is supposed to include a tire rotation and other fluids checked and topped off. Both times now my tire pressures have been off by 20 psi and the rest of the checklist has just been pencil whipped with wiper fluid left empty as well. When my wife dropped it off today she asked about getting a quote to upgrade the headlights to LED. The guy told her that they couldn’t do it and that we would have to get aftermarket lights instead. Then he pointed to the parts department and told her to go check if they had any lights but if they did he couldn’t help anytime soon with installing them. He finally finished with “sorry for being rude in there”. We also have been having issues with our screen going black and today they told us they would fix it but instead couldn’t get to it and said they could do a soft reset instead (which we have to do all of the time). Finally someone came outside to help my wife and say that they would just order a brand new one. Not sure why such simple things are so tough to find. I was trying to throw the dealership a bone and get some maintenance done through them despite how expensive. Not sure if it is worth the headache anymore.

This place legitimately rips its customers off. And I have documented proof of it.They wanted to charge me $1800.00 for just some fluids, filters and a tire rotation.They have lied to me multiple times on other occasions as well and charged me more than what they said, multiple times. Do not come here. Avoid at all costs. Pertains to the QuickLane service department.

I’ve been searching for a used truck for a couple months now.I have a very specific body style I need for work, and it isn’t the easiest to find used. Especially right now with used vehicles becoming harder to get anyways.When I found a truck I wanted on Ron DuPratt I called and was connected with Bill.Bill, and the whole staff, was amazing to work with. They let me take my time testing driving it and checking everything under the hood.After spending a couple hours there I really felt that I needed to sleep on it.The #1 thing I hate about car salesman is when they tell me, “we have someone coming to look at this right after you” or “this will be sold tomorrow if you don’t buy it know” That’s basically an immediate red flag to me and I’ll move on.Bill and his manager never played that card. They wanted me to be 100% happy with my purchase. After stating I really needed a night to think on it, they offered to let me take it home for 24 hours.They gave me the chance to really drive it, inspect it, and even take it to my own mechanic. That alone showed me I could trust them.I bought the truck the next day and I will definitely bring my business here again.Thank you!

Buying a vehicle from them is very easy and straightforward.However, post sale, do not expect customer service. The body and parts department are separate from the sales. Totally different streets and buildings. So, if you have a warranty, forget about a streamlined experience. No one could tell me if my part was covered and no one wanted to help figure it out. All I was given was a direction to walk.Second, this place sent me a bill in the mail for 6 dollars and some change because they didnt file paperwork correctly with the dmv or something. No one could find record of it and no one wanted to really help.I hope I dont get in trouble for this.I enjoyed the buying experience, but I will be taking my pride and joy somewhere else in the future.

I ordered a truck through this dealer after dealing with a few other dealerships that try and press you into things you don’t want or need. It was a great experience, quite a relief from what you would expect from a dealership. Working with Shannon was quite different then most sales people I’ve dealt with in the past, she listened to what I wanted and didn’t press unwanted upgrades and also gave me tips to get the truck sooner then the typical build/delivery timeline. I will be buying from them in the future.

After a lot of searching, I found the perfect used Ford Explorer for me here. I took a chance driving a long way to see it, but it was well worth it. It turned out to be all that I was looking for and the experience was top notch. Tuan, my sales rep, was so kind and helpful. He was not pushy at all as some sales people tend to be. The Explorer was clean and in great shape (ready to drive away) unlike at other dealerships I visited even when they knew I was coming to look at a vehicle. They were very reasonable on the price and the financing department made things easy for me. Even after I drove away with it, RDF folks stayed in contact with me to make sure that I was able to get the crack in the windshield covered at their expense. When something else came up, they were on top of that too. Great customer service! Good people! Good experience. I love my Explorer and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Excellent experience.The engine light and reduced engine power had been plaguing my old tow vehicle. Spent 6 months in and out of the shop but nothing could fix it. Finally gave up the ghost when I was towing our trailer for a family camping trip. Barely made it home and unhooked. Had to have a new tow vehicle that day. I knew I wanted a Ford diesel but hadnt been shopping; this is the worst possible way to buy a vehicle.After a quick google search I found the perfect truck at Ron DuPratt in Dixon. A beautiful 2010 Lariat F350 Super Duty Crew Cab in Metallic Grey. Came with camper shell and carpet kit (easy on the knees)!!! Great price and hardly any miles, too. They even gave me better than I expected trade in value for the old POS I limped in.Awesome Team, I would buy there again!

We bought a used Ford Fusion from DuPratt Ford over a year ago. The purchase was a great transaction with a wonderful saleswoman. Last week the “check engine” light came on. We took the vehicle in to DuPratt for service. Greg in the Service Department was very attentive and got a pump fixed the same day, AND at no cost to us since the car was still under warranty!

Purchased a Explorer ST in early November. The sales staff were polite and attended to my concerns.There were a few items that I had questions on and others that had to be addressed. The Body Shop Manager was attentive and addressed my concerns. I still other questions about some functions of the car and my sales representative has been somewhat responsive so far. I hope that he still assists me for a while longer. The Owners Manual is terrible so there if I can not get a clear answer form the manual I have contacted my sales representative.Overall I am having a good experience with this dealership so far.

Purchase process of the 2019 Ford Fiesta ST was easy, everyone was super nice. Once the paperwork was signed, that’s where the customer service stopped.After only a couple of days of owning the car, my boyfriend noticed quite a bit of water in the rear passenger floor area behind the driver seat. It was not just a little damp, there was a good amount of water sitting in the floor board. That is when the customer service at Ron DuPratt tanked… HARD!Next morning, my bf took the car to Mike Dupree in the body shop at Ron DuPratt. Mike could not have had a worse attitude or cared less about the brand-new vehicle flooding itself, said it’d be a while before the car could be seen. Wait, what? It took another displeased trip to the sales department to get the car seen. A couple of days later, after no calls or updates what so ever, we went by to get a rental as we were down a car. As we were standing in the service department hoping for help, none of the present Ron DuPratt Ford staff was particularly eager to help, but after another trip to the sales department we did receive a rental car.On Monday, we contact Ron DuPratt Ford again, since evidently them contacting customers with updates isn’t a thing. My boyfriend was told they were not able to find any leaks and told us to come to pick up the car. Which we did and the car was returned to us with someone’s boot prints on the flooring and a stained driver’s seat.Next day, the car flooded itself again. At this point, we had under 200 miles on it in the 2 weeks we’ve owned it, 1 week of which Ron DuPratt had the car. The GM Barry promised that the car would be either a) fixed by tomorrow or b) replaced with a new vehicle.My boyfriend was called the following afternoon and told the leak was found. After driving by the body shop, it turned out that the leak was still not found, and the car was sitting out torn completely apart in the rain as they are trying to figure out the leak.My boyfriend headed over to meet with Barry and Scott, again, showed them pictures of the car and explain to them there is no way we are keeping that car. The leak has not been located and now the entire inside of the car has been removed while being exposed it to the elements as all the work was performed outside, we werent interested in keeping that car for obvious reasons. They agreed on replacing the car with a white one.On Friday, my boyfriend drove by the body shop to peek at the car and even MORE of the car was torn apart. Now they have the rear bumper and passenger tail light off with all the tail light bulbs and wires exposed to the weather and rain.To our surprise, this morning Scott called us to tell us that they are getting our car together and should have it done by Monday. Little lost because the last conversation we had was that he was getting the new white one for us. At this point Scott lied to us stating the white one was sold, which is easy to verify with a call to the corresponding dealership and provided a story that locating another car has them in Los Angeles and so on.Shortly thereafter, Berry the GM called stating the car should be ready to be picked up by Monday. The leak has been magically found and fixed. When asking about the leak, Berry could not answer where the leak was, how it was fixed, but bottom line, it’s fixed and the original promise he made to get me a different car appeared to be off the table and they expect us to take back a car they treated like garbage and let sit out in the rain with electrical wiring exposed for 5 days.

Ron Wolff and Shannon Poteet are THE BEST! they are real people, friendly and kind, and truly care about their customers.After having a not-so-great experience at dealerships in Sacramento, with rude salesmen who were very fake and only cared about selling, I decided to make the drive to Dixon. It was the best decision I could made! Upon arriving, greeted by smiling Ron and Shannon, I knew that this place was different.Shannon really knows these vehicles! She had all the answers to my questions and was able to explain details in terms that were easy for me to understand.I found my perfect car at Ron Dupratt Ford thanks to Shannon and Ron!I highly recommend that anyone save the hassle of city dealerships and instead take the time to visit Dixon. I will never go to any other dealership besides this one. My husband and I are moving to Alaska and I needed to trade my 2020 Fusion in for something with 4WD. I found the Ecosport and loved it. We were in the financial process with Ford Fairfield. It took them days to get anything from the bank and did not try to get us any sort of good deal. We decided to go to Ron Dupratt in Dixon. We told them about our on going (at the time) terrible experience we were having with Ford Fairfield. Thats when they immediately went to work. I knew the exact car I wanted and Bill and Brandon did EVERYTHING to get us an AMAZING deal within 24 hours. Before I knew it, I was cruising off the lot with a brand new Ecosport! Words cannot express how fantastic their customer service is. Even when signing all the paperwork, the financial lady that worked with us (sorry forgot her name), did not keep us there very long we were in and out! Overall, the best car buying experience I have ever had! They made us feel as though we were a part of their family. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Update (reply to owner): I think were past me contacting you, Ive tried that and it didnt work! Do some investigation and fix it, a phone call at this point isnt going to fix things, damage is done and Im not sure (for me) it can be fixed.It pains me to write a bad review for a company that Ive done business with since 1999 but their 5+ emails to request a review of my most recent service has inspired me. I have probably spent more than $10K in the service department (I have multiple customer IDs for personal and business Ive been responsible for) alone and Ive attempted to communicate with them in a non public way to get things corrected but that hasnt seemed to work. Since a long time employee of the service department has left or maybe its the new ownership group, the level of service has had a steep decline. Which is sad seeing as Fleet service (not the division Im talking about) probably carries the success of this company. This dealership just doesnt treat you like family anymore, as their sales adds would lead you to believe. Ive had issues with at least the 5 most recent transactions, which leads me to question why am I spending my money here? Is my level of customer service that I expect too high? I certainly dont mind paying a premium to have my vehicles serviced here (including my non-fords) but If Im not receiving premium service there, than why bother. Its just sad, the Dupratts should have maintained ownership. In a recent transaction, I left a 2-page, typed letter for my service advisor explaining my dis-satisfaction with several services yet here we are again with another sub-par service. My picture should be all the explanation that I should need, as this is how I received my spare tire back, I guess it was too much trouble to put the cover back on (which involved removing the entire tire to properly re-install the cover). It would have been less work for me if they had just left everything in the back of the truck, but no, their half butt attempt meant that I had to un-do their work just fix it. Looking back I wish I would have taken a picture of the new shocks I got installed that was returned to me with the banding strap still wrapped around the mounting bracket, well I guess the customer is suppose to remove those, ugh! Ultimately I dont know the problem here, and its probably more than one thing, but whatever it is, they need to FIX IT. This company needs a ground up change in attitude, because right now, I dont want them to succeed in my town and 10-years ago, I bragged that this was a dealership not like any other dealership, meaning in a good way. Totally sad, management should be disappointed in themselves or fired by ownership, provided ownership isnt the problem.

I was looking to buy an Explorer and I came across Ian Sharp from Ron DuPratt Ford. He and I talked and I explained I had questions about the Explorer to make sure that was the vehicle I wanted. I had very particular needs in buying a vehicle. Ian answered everything with great knowledge of the product and I explained I wasnt quite ready yet to buy, it would probably be a couple of months before I would be seriously looking. He was the best. He did not bother me with constant calls or e mails. He was very patient and he showed me what they had when they had some certified used explorers. I ended up buying from someone else but in car shopping and all the people I spoke to he is THE ONLY ONE I would recommend!!

Awesome people! They really do treat you like family! Got a great deal for the car I wanted. I was going to buy the car somewhere else (closer to where I live) but needed a co-signer,and the monthly payment was going to be a lot higher but with Ron DuPratt didnt need a Co-signer, and my monthly payment is a lot lower. It was a two and a half hour drive to get there, but it was worth it! Thank you Ron DuPratt!

This review is actually for the service department which also is good. They are much more low key and do great service work. By low key, I mean that opposed to a lot of other service departments; DuPratt isnt constantly trying to upsell you on your servicing. So, basically a lot more honest in their approach to customer service.

Brought my ‘08 F150 in to get fixed. Only had a few problems to get fixed. I left with all types of issues. I brought them a list of 4 items for maintenance and they only completed 2/4 and misquoted me several times!!! They intentionally take advantage of people who are not car savvy. Its like going to the dentist and having them tell you that you need 5 teeth removed when in reality they are lying to make more money off the work. And then that dentist intentionally puts the fillings in wrong so you have to come back pay more and get more work.

Quality issues with service. Simple oil change resulted in getting the cars undercarriage damaged as the wrong shield was initially removed fo facilitate access to oil filter. The tech did not secure it properly so it subsequently came loose at highway speeds, resulting in $300 damages. The service manager will not return my call to discuss. Advise to take your Ford service business elsewhere.

I took my 2013 FORD F - 150 in for new tires. I was quoted a fair price actually a very good price. The whole experience was exceptionally easy. No pressure to buy, and everyone was very professional. I usually dread buying a new car as most often I feel pressured by the sales person to buy the vehicle Im looking at right now. This was not the case here. I was the one who initiated the deal with the sales representative. We were just talking away as I was expecting the usual hard sales pitch. When it didnt come I asked, what happens now. The reply was, Im just waiting on you to let me know if you want the vehicle. He never pressured me at all for a decision. The rest is history. Oil change was quick and a fair price- no hidden fees. Giving 2 stars because I was told I needed a lot of extra work done on my car (struts, breaks, ball joints) so I took my car to Les Schwab for a second opinion and they told me that NONE of that work was necessary.** Update- Dominic the owner had me bring my car back so he could personally look at it. He brought me to the floor so I could see for myself and after doing a second evaluation he told me that the recommended work I was told was needed actually wasnt aside from the breaks, (which I knew were getting to the end of their life soon). I appreciated him being honest in telling me I didnt need all of the things done that were recommended; he could have easily said I needed all that work and taken my money but he didnt. I also appreciated him talking to me and explaining everything he was doing and he was interested in this being a learning opportunity for his technicians. I had them keep my car for the afternoon to replace the breaks and everything is great!After talking with Dominic and his wife who co-own this shop I could tell that they have their customers best interest in mind and want nothing more than to have happy customers by providing the best service. This shop is so different than most other repair places because they are humble and honest and want everyone to have the best experience possible. I am truly sold on Quick Lane and will return for future work and oil changes.

I worked with Missy from the Sales department and her personality was infectious and relaxed. There was no pressure and she was willing to discuss and coordinate via e-mail, which made the process of purchasing a car much easier. Ron DuPratt Ford did a great job in checking up my car comprehensively and fixed a minor noise issue that no other local mechanic shops I visited previously could resolve. The service deserves a sold five star-- highly efficient and effective work, plus drop off, pick up, and car wash with no additional charges. The cost is reasonable and worth every penny. I would definitely consider having my car get service here in the future. The only improvement opportunity I can think of is that it would be even better if theres a lounge for customers to stand, sit, or just relax a bit while talking to the service advisors.

Update:This weekend we bought our second car with Shannon at Ron DuPratt Ford. Shannon was amazing and made an arduous task seamless and she was well informed in helping us in securing the vehicle we had researched and picked out days prior. Where to start...From the moment we stepped into the building we greeted with a friendly welcome. We had an appointment with Brandon, as he was highly recommended by previous customers and even employees. I told him the car that I was looking for and he took me right to them. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and its features. We took it for a test drive and I pretty much fell in love with the car. I still looked at a few other cars to make sure I was certain about my decision. Brandon happily informed me on the different features and such. I never felt pressured or rushed. The rest of the process was a breeze. Brandon and the rest of the team got me out and on my way quickly. Good customer service is hard to come by. Great customer service, where you feel more like a friend than a customer, is almost impossible to come by. Brandon exceeded our expectations and provided great service. We look forward to coming back in a few years to buy from Brandon again.

Excellent dealer. I went in with a very small window between my target vehicle and what i was willing to spend on it. I had a pre approved loan that was in my budget.They were able to beat the terms of the loan, and i drove away from the dealership with the F150 I came to buy within 2% of my targeted budget.They were exceptionally professional and patient. It took us a few hours to hammer out details, but dealerships are always a day trip if you want to get the right prices.Highly recommended. I would happily buy my wifes next vehicle from them when the time comes.

Amazing and streamlined service from Jason and his team! I showed up unannounced and, in twenty minutes, Jason had my car taken for repair and a shiny red new Ford Fusion waiting for me to drive to work in Davis! Sweet ride! Also, when I returned to pick up my car, they had taken it through the car wash! Now thats excellent customer service!!The Problem: As I opened the rear drivers side door to put a box in the back of my car, the door suddenly would not shut. I already had an appointment the following week to have the door latches replaced on my 2012 Ford Focus due to a recall notice. Now, I was in a hurry to get to work and my car was not safe to drive! I tied the door to the drivers side headrest and drove to Ron DuPratt Ford as it was on my way to work.

When I called Ford and tried to make an appointment on Dec 17, 2018 at 2pm, the only response I got from the receptionist Kellie is “I can’t understand you.” Kellie didn’t even bother to ask me to repeat but simply refuse to communicate.As a receptionist, Kellie is the face of this Ford dealership. Her behavior implies that Ron DuPratt Ford aims to serve the mainstream Americans ONLY. Immigrants are TARGETED to be REJECTED by Ron DuPratt Ford.If you are one of the minorities, be aware and be prepared before going here because unless you speak PERFECT English, you are most likely to be rejected and discriminated here.

Looking back I have had Many issues here but the one I write about below was the last incident!To Whom It May Concern...*Update for having received a reply here...Im not real sure how things can be improved here unless there are changes made and people held accountable from the top down!How would I or the customer ever know?Deep rooted staff here, set in their ways!!!Props for the acknowledgement here!Sincerely; John B.I used to have my company trucks, all of them Fords (fleet) serviced here in Dixon. For many years! I would rotate them through when service was needed. Everything was done there from oil changes, brakes to all repairs and smogs etc. I was forced to make a major change and find another location to service all of my trucks when upon inspection at their site of one of my trucks I discovered that the service it was in for was not done as stated and requested to be done per the work orders (invoices) that where then subsequently and immediatly paid for by me as a result of me thinking they had been performed! I contacted my intake service manager (the person who wrote up my work order/request) and showed what I had discovered. Manager immediatly refused to acknowledge a problem and stated all the work had been done and completed as requested! (And I have the manager looking at the issue at hand mind you) and Plainly visible! Manager instead defended the technician! (I think I know why) Once I recovered from the shock of first finding out that there was a problem the very next thing I though about was How many years has this practice been going on?! I thought I cant believe I am here and now having to argue with this manager I then requested for the issue to be resolved and at first was told it had already been taken care of and I was simply wrong, then I insisted on having it resolved so they took it back in the shop and Performed what was written on the work order! This time as I watched the work being done and Right then I knew, They had lost my trust 100%! In this particular instant I did not blame the tech! I believe the order writing service manager had a hand in what parts and services actually where replaced and performed (directed to the tech. behind closed doors) regardless of what the written order states! Probably to save costs, meet the budget, secure their bonuses Etc, Who knows?! I gladly pay and I pay good money for these services and repairs to get done right/ correctly That is Why I took my fleet to the Dealer in Dixon... or so I thought, Right?! This happened a few years ago and had forgotten about it for the most part, but now I have been looking and may be in the market for a few new vehicles (I like the brand) and this whole ordeal resurfaced again. I also reached out left messages with the manager of parts, service, fleet and the body shop, parts and service director and fixed ops manager (All one person!) with not even an acknowledgement back for having received my call! The average person would just take their word like I did when they tell you your vehicle is done and would never be the wiser! Untill I checked!
