I’m surprised this place got the reviews it got. Took my vehicle to get brake inspection. Supposedly would take an hour called 2 and a half hours later and they said still an hour. Called an hour and a half later and the guy (Tim? ) was extremely rude as if I was inconveniencing him. Didn’t help the girl (Jackie?) was laughing as soon as she picked up the phone. Extremely unprofessional. Will never utilize them again.

In Dixon for 2 weeks, got a nail in my tire. Dennis took care of me and gave me amazing service. My repair was super quick and he also informed me my alignment was off and damaging my tires so he had a quote ready for me. No pressure at all just informed me of the situation and had a option to resolve it in hand. Highly recommend.

These guys have always been great at helping me with car problems. They are willing to look at my tires if I think something is off with them, they are upfront and honest with no hint of scamming me out of my money, and have always been good at their job. Never once have I had problems with them.I seriously cannot express how much I appreciate their service. Sure they are a bit highly priced, but they make sure its quality work. Recently had a flat tire that escalated into needing new lug nuts thanks to the Wal-Mart in town putting them on with pressure drills. They fixed both, identified a problem I never knew about with my breaks that I was having, and fixed all it for a decent price.

I first discovered Les Schwab 20 years ago when I got a flat in Oregon. This was before they transitioned through CA. I have always found the customer service very good, no high pressure sales. Employees always seem happy, and my normal routine is to ask employees what is it like to work at XXXXX. Companies that tend to take good care of their employees tend to have employees that take good care of their customers. I wish Davis still had a Les Schwab, but Im willing to go to Dixon because I know they will do their best. Ive purchased three or four sets of tires from them. I feel safe sending my wife to Les Schwab alone know she wont get scammed.

This Dixon Les Schwab has some of the best customer service. They are a little under staffed, but great all together and didnt fuss when I had some questions about my late grandfathers paperwork whitch was 7 years old and still tryed for the warranty. Wasnt expecting them to put my spare away but they handled everything. Really good service and nice people.

Great customer service. However, I went in for a replacement tire and got my car back with unevenly inflated tires. All four tires are supposed to be 32 psi (as per door guide) and yet my car was returned with over-inflated tires as follows: 33, 36, 34, and 41 psi. If my cars sensors hadnt caught this, I couldve been looking at uneven wear in the near future. I thought this was probably an honest mistake, but after consulting my wife about it, she said that she had the same issue when she went in a couple weeks prior for the same car. Again great customer service, but this is sloppy work from company that specializes in tires.CHECK YOUR PSI AFTER YOUR CAR IS RETURNED.

I want to thank the gentleman that came to our rescued us. We pulled off hwy 80 and when we did the trailer brakes stuck on. We called for help and he was at the spot we where stuck and after a quick check he found the emergency brake away cable had gotten stuck on the slider hitch. Quickly repaired and our vacation was saved. He did not charge for the road call. I insisted he take some money. Can not say enough about this stores customer service. Thank you again.

My son and I took my wifes car to the Les Schwab store in Dixon, CA a couple months ago to have a flat tire repaired. An employee, Troy, was at our car before we got out!! Within 30 minutes, the tire was repaired and back on the car. I went to the counter to get the keys and pay for the repair, but Troy said there was no charge. I asked him why??. He replied Just remember us next time you need something. I went there last Saturday and bought two new front tires for my Toyota Sienna, and had another very nice experience. I know we sometimes go overboard on reviews, but, honestly, they treated me like a family member. Right now, Im very happy with Les Schwab.

With the help of Troy, who treated the Les Schwab tire store and myself like it was his personal business, corrected the poor work of his coworkers. He did so (adding hours to his schdule) with a good attitude, never faulting or making excuses for his coworkers, who disappeared from the work site. I thank you and commend you, and so should the franchise.

My experience with the alignment tech..Mid last year I bought new wheel and tire from a different shop, but took my Tahoe to les schwab in Dixon for alighnment..My first visit was pleasant as the tech came back to me and told me I had worn front end parts and that exact specifications could not be acheived, there for he set as close as he could, and would not charge me, even after offering to pay anyways. I thought he was a solid and honest dude.So after changing every front end part on the truck I took it back to him weeks late for now a proper alighnment..It took some time even with my appointment over two hours, of Wich most that time truck just sat on alighnment rack. With ignition on and doors open..(I know cause I watched from a distance, and my lights dont turn on unless key is in run position)..Im thinking great hes going to run the battery dead wich is brand new!!..Any how after hours of waiting, I paid for services at wich time he said everything has been set to specs but his printer was down so he could not offer mer the print..Now I had told him that it has over sized wheels and tires and a 3 inch lift..As a mechanic my self I know you cant just set it to factory specs, thats why the machine/alighnment computer asks for such details unless its skipped..Needless to say I knew I was not going to be satisfied. I asked hows it drive and he said nice and straight..I took his word for it, finished transaction and headed to my truck..Upon approaching my truck I could right off tell that the front wheels were leaning out at the top and truck was sitting on outer tread of tireS (NEW TIRES).I shook my head and still took his word..Off I whent..I didnt get 2 miles and could tell the alighnment was all over the place. Having to work the next day and through the week Id have to make an appointment to come back..My commute is San Francisco and the truck wore me out on my commutes trying to drive it straight as it swerved from one side of the lane to the other..Now my recheck appointment..I let him know that it is not right, its hard to drive and wearing tire..Another 2 hour wait, again with truck not moved from alighnment rack (again I watched from a distance).Then finally he says its done..He says the alighnment is exactly were he set it last right on spec..He says the pulling must be a bad tire in wich he rotated around..Drives fine he says...I remind him that how would he know of it previous specs when he did not provide me a print out from last time..This caught his off guard as he became quickly irratated.He responds with ohh yeah I remember now. But like I said it drives fine I moved a tire aroundAnd its set to spec.Again I reminded him that the camber caster can not be set to factory spec with a lift and tires and tried to explain my theory. .I told him that if all he did was swap tires around and did nothing with my alighnment that I would not be satisfied and would be back again.He grew more aggressive and told me he doesnt have to deal with this and continue to argue withave me and I can take my business elsewhere..I responded with no need to get huffy and puffy a pissy, gjust trying to understand your theroy..grabbed my keys and took my business elsewhere. I took my truck to someone who doesnt make excuses and get angry when caught in a lie and knows common sense..So long as this jackass is there I will never go back nor will my friends family or clients..Well done sir. You owe me a set of 17 bf goodrich ko2s..

Disappointed!! Had nail removed yesterday. Drove 1 Block and tire went flat. We were told to get it back to shop and they would fix. Tire not drivable. Stuck and late for work.They didnt charge us for the repair yesterday. Guess you get what you dont pay for
