Had a quick tune-up done on my daughters car and were really happy with the service we received. Fast, friendly and great price.

When we purchase our 2019 Ford Fiesta ST it was easy, everyone was super nice. Once the paperwork was signed, thats when the customer service stopped. After only a couple of days of owning the car, I noticed quite a bit of water in the rear passenger floor area behind the driver seat. It was not just a little damp, there was a good amount of water sitting in the floorboard. That is when the customer service at Ron DuPratt tanked... HARD!Next morning, I took the car to Mike in the body shop at Ron DuPratt. Mike could not have had a worse attitude or cared less about the brand-new vehicle flooding itself, said itd be a while before the car could be seen. Wait, what? It took another displeased trip to the sales department to get the car seen. A couple of days later, after no calls or updates what so ever, we went by to get a rental as we were down a car. As we were standing in the service department hoping for help, none of the present Ron DuPratt Ford staff was particularly eager to help, but after another trip to the sales department, we did receive a rental car.On Monday, we contact Ron DuPratt Ford again, since evidently them contacting customers with updates isnt a thing. I was told they were not able to find any leaks and told us to come to pick up the car. Which we did and the car was returned to us with someones boot prints on the flooring and a stained drivers seat.Next day, the car flooded itself again. At this point, we had under 200 miles on it in the 2 weeks weve owned it, 1 week of which Ron DuPratt had the car. The GM Barry promised that the car would be either a) fixed by tomorrow or b) replaced with a new vehicle.I was called the following afternoon and told the leak was found. After driving by the body shop, it turned out that the leak was still not found, and the car was sitting out torn completely apart in the rain as they are trying to figure out the leak.I headed over to meet with Barry and Scott, again, showed them pictures of the car and explain to them there is no way we are keeping that car. The leak has not been located and now the entire inside of the car has been removed while being exposed it to the elements as all the work was performed outside, we werent interested in keeping that car for obvious reasons. They agreed on replacing the car with a white one.On Friday, I drove by the body shop to peek at the car and even MORE of the car was torn apart. Now they have the rear bumper and passenger tail light off with all the tail light bulbs and wires exposed to the weather and rain.To our surprise, this morning Scott called us to tell us that they are getting our car together and should have it done by Monday. Little lost because the last conversation we had was that he was getting the new white one for us. At this point, Scott lied to us stating the white one was sold, which is easy to verify with a call to the corresponding dealership and provided a story that locating another car has them in Los Angeles and so on.Shortly thereafter, Barry the GM called stating the car should be ready to be picked up by Monday. The leak has been magically found and fixed. When asking about the leak, Barry could not answer where the leak was, how it was fixed, but bottom line, its fixed and the original promise he made to get me a different car appeared to be off the table and they expect us to take back a car they treated like garbage and let sit out in the rain with electrical wiring exposed for 5 days

Unfortunately these people arent professional enough to exercise basic communication skills or business skills for that matter. I called and made an appointment 4 days ago for a simple oil change for my wifes car. They guy I spoke with said he would order the oil and have it ready by Friday (I made the appointment on Tuesday). Friday arrives and I call to verify my appointment time but Im told there is no appointment for me and no room to fit me in. The guy couldnt have sounded any less interested. Its extremely disappointing how careless and downright stupid some people are becoming nowadays. What ever happened to things like integrity and work ethic!? I realize it was JUST an oil change but really.. You had ONE job!

Updated review as of 08/29/2020:The work they do is usually good but a lot of the time they really do screw me over, and not treat my vehicle that well.Ive spent probably $5000 plus here in maintenance, labor and parts over the past year and a half and honestly you can find a better deal to get parts installed and they over charge on the parts as well. So, I cant really recommend them anymore. After leaving my truck outside to get bird pooped on for over a week and then they didnt bother to clean it off, and then they broke the terminals on my battery and didnt bother to tell me about that either. And another time they said one price for parts and labors, but when it came to actually pay and pick it up the parts and labor that was actually installed and performed was less than what we originally agreed on yet the price remained the same. There are lots of better alternatives like the Chop Shop and some of the mechanics in Davis.Ill probably go here for oil changes still but thats it, other shops get my money from now on.
