These are the most honest and fairly priced car mechanics I have ever seen. I had an old beater car that I thought needed new breaks. I could see them driving around Dobbs all afternoon checking it. They asked me how long I plan on keeping it. I said less than 4 months. They told me it would last that long. They adjusted it. Cost? Zero. Amazing. I replaced that car long ago and am a lifetime customer, as is my husband, parents, babysitter, and I’ve even told my physical therapist. These guys are amazing. Dave at the front desk is very nice, too.

Great Experience! I took my van to performance after getting in an accident and needing to replace my bumpers. Performance was recommended by my insurance. I have to say, I had the best experience! All the staff are friendly, helpful and informative. The service was quick, smooth and done with quality. I’m very happy with my new bumpers and will continue to take my cars to Performance in the future.

I cant say enough about how awesome these guys are. They are respectful, knowledgeable professionals that do a truly professional job. I brought my car in with significant paint damage from a leaky parking garage. They dealt with my insurance company from start to finish, repainted my entire car, and even fixed a couple other issues free of charge. Friendly staff and prompt service

Called to ask for a tire rotation. They took me in the next day and then called later and assured me that the tires were in great shape - and no need for the rotation after all. All I needed was more washer fluid which they filled. Really amazed by these guys! Nothing but good things to say. Thank you Performance!

AVOID! SCAM!Took my 32k mile Odyssey for state inspection. Was told that the back breaks need to be redone at a cost of $500. Called another place which quoted $250 for the same work. Went to Mavis, they inspected and said the breaks were fine - more than half good. Saved $500.Dont trust them. Prices are ridiculous. Had my tires on rims changed - $80 - more than twice what others charged.

These guys are the best. Ive always brought my car here for basic maintenance, but recently I needed body work and they were just wonderful with that too. Helpful, courteous, prompt, honest. My car came back cleaner and nicer looking than before the accident. They even threw in a few little things for free, like fixing a crooked gas tank door and buffing out a small scratch. Theyve restored my faith in repair shops!

Great job. But paint peeled after 3 years

I brought my BMW X5 4.8is to Performance and I must admit I am impressed .They are a busy shop but when they got to work on my X5 they where effective honest.Very knowledgeable on my BMW, I felt I was in good hands, I wish I found them many years before.

Honest, cheap, competent and responsive. The only issue is that they are not open on weekends - but they allow you to drop off and pick up your car outside of normal business hours.
