Incredibly professional and kind. They led us through the process of treatment and how to deal with everything going forward. They were also amazing with children. A great experience and I would recommend here to everyone in need of treatment.

I called the Lice Expert number and the message said you can also text them at the same number. I received a response almost immediately and although both technicians were not in the salon, I was able to be seen within 2 hours of my contacting them. Kelly was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well as calm (because I sure wasn’t!) especially when she showed me I had some eggs. I was instructed about treatment and any questions I had were answered.The salon is friendly, inviting and great for children and adults. I highly recommend the Lice Experts. Very homely and a comfortable environment to get rid of one of any parents worst fear! Dina was the specialist involved with removal and she did a very detailed job of combing, shampooing and inspecting. Definitely recommend if your child has a run-in with these pesky hair critters!

We had kids checked within minutes of calling for an appointment. Everything was so easy. A much more pleasant experience than I could have imagined!

Dina was wonderful with my boys. They were free and clear in a few days and they enjoyed coming here. TV and candy and great conversation.

Not only did you do a spectacular job on all 4 of us but you place is set up for young children in a way that they feel at home and safe. The kids enjoyed all the toys and activities you provided for them and that is what made the whole experience that much easier. Just Left the lice expert center where Deena treated my three-year-old daughter, four-year-old son and me their dad.Dina, our lice removal expert, was a delight to work with, super professional with her caretaking of our hair as well as explaining to us what needs to be done moving forward.The friends were entertained by Disney shows on TV as well as other toys and treats in the very clean children friendly “hair salon”.I thoroughly recommend the lice experts to anyone in the Westchester area when you unfortunately need to get rid of the little bugs from your children’s hair.

Weve had the misfortune of needing to use Dales services a few times now, and our family couldnt be more pleased. Dale and her team are so calm and professional, and they are really able to give us some peace of mind with the thoroughness of their treatment. Unfortunately we experienced the horror of having lice and found Dale in westchester. She worked patiently and diligently on my daughters head until she was clear of nits and lice. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Lice experts provided the information and patience to deal with my daughters lice tangled hair. The warm friendly environment created a calm for my daughter and myself. The fear I experienced when informed by my daughters pediatrician that she had lice. He recommended The Lice Expert of Westchester, and I called and made the appointment same day.
