I had my recovered stolen vehicle repaired at this shop and they were top notch. They kept me informed of the process and were transparent about the work they did. My car which suffered some immense body and tire damage looked brand new when I picked up the vehicle!

My truck was side-swiped and had bad damage to the passenger side. Caliber went over the details and explained what the course of action would be and estimated the cost of the charges.After the repairs were made I could not tell where any of the damage was. The estimate was accurate and the staff was very professional and courteous. I even had the general manger(Nate) assist in the process and he was very helpful and ran a smooth ship. Avoid at all cost. Save your money and time and pick another body shop. It is one of All State’s repair shop where I took my car after being in an accident. I had damages on the passenger side from the front to back and I told that to Frank the guy in charge there. 2 weeks later he called me saying my car is ready and it wasn’t. They made me pay and then brought my car with still damages on it. I complained immediately to the person in the repair shop and my all state insurance. I got my car back one month later and it is not properly fixed!!! Frank is a LIAR and cost me extra days of rental car! They are very UNPROFESSIONAL and rush through their repair and it shows. GO ELSEWHERE!

I recently had the front end of my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collison. I was extremely impressed with the overall quality of the finished product. The bodywork was flawless in my opinion. I got the opportunity to deal with Frank, whom was very informative, professional, and courteous. As a matter of fact, everyone at this place was very professional and courteous to me in every way. They kept me updated through daily texts on the progress of the work they were doing. The icing on the cake is the lifetime warranty they provide on ALL of their repairs as well. They also honor said warranty without issue. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of having their vehicle repaired, rebuilt, painted, or serviced. You will not be disappointed. I went through insurance coverage that was not mine but rather the insurance of the person who hit me (Geico). I thought they did an excellent job of keeping me informed as my car was being fixed. They let me know the estimated date of it being done and I ended up receiving that it was done 3 days prior to the date they had told me. It was clean and looked as if no accident had occurred. Would definitely recommend their services.

Received a text giving an estimated completion, but was then pushed back each day for SEVEN days, along with two voicemails promising the car would be ready. The car still needed a piece of trim installed when I went to pick it up. Additionally, there was overspray on the trunk trim. Misleading texts, voicemail lies, and a lack of attention to detail turned this into very unpleasant experience. Try a different body shop; you’ll be glad you did.

I brought my car here for a bumper repair. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. They got me right into Rental car and had the repairs completed quickly and dealt with the insurance company for me! Would recommend!!

I had a total of 2 visits at the Doraville location shop.I have a 2017 Blue Subaru WRX.One of the service advisor Frank Ldi helped me throughout my journey there and I can say that i had an excellent experience with him! I couldnt quite recall the exact day but it was either 8/20 or 8/21/2020, it was a rainy day, my car hit a decent height curb and the plastic piece from the bottom right side came off... so i rushed to the shop located at Doraville right after work. Frank Ldi was the one helped me and he was able to fix it within minutes by sticking in the screws behind the plastic paint and popped the plastic paint back onto the car. He definitely knew what he was doing. He was very professional, friendly and patient even though it was just a few minutes from closing time. After that, i was still a bit concerning about the condition underneath my car. He kindly offered to use one of their machine to lift up my car the next time i can come by so i can have a look.I came back on 8/24/2020 Monday around 2:20pm for the 2nd visit. Frank Ldi was able to lift up my car and show me the condition underneath! The black plastic was partially scraped on the bottom right, however, he told me not to worry since its not that big of a deal. Again, I really appreciated all of his help for taking his time out and satisfying my requests.Overall, I highly recommend him if you are looking for a service advisor. He has lots of experiences, knows what he is doing and easy to work with!

I brought my car to this location to have some damage repaired. The inspection felt very rushed. I was walking around the car showing the inspector what I would like to have fixed, and he cut me off brusquely, asking What is insurance paying for? I showed him what I had submitted a claim for, and he said he would have to get it up in the air to take a look at that, after which he proceeded to walk around and mark the damage I had pointed out to him, not telling me that this was an indicator for the shops staff to ignore the damage, rather than fix it.A week later, I got a call saying that the estimate was complete, and that I would only have to pay my deductible. A few days later, they called to say that my car was ready and that I could come and pick it up. I arrived 2 minutes late because of traffic. I had called 10 minutes before and spoken with the receptionist to let her know that I would be cutting it close. The Open sign was still on and the door was unlocked, so I walked in. No one was at the reception desk or in the front offices. Since the door hadnt been locked, I assumed the receptionist had walked away for a moment. I stood there waving to the repair staff in the back who looked at me but turned away. No one bothered to come forward or say anything to let me know that the only people who could help me were gone. After about 12 minutes, I left.The next day, I went in to pick up the car. They gave it back to me with all of the damage I had pointed out to the inspector untouched. They just had a repairman drive it around and hand me the keys. No one offered to explain to me what had been done or ask if I was satisfied. Im not sure why they would assume that I dont want damage fixed when Im taking my car to a body shop, but the whole experience has been pretty underwhelming.

The best place to get your car fixed. They washed it, waxed it, vacuumed it and made it smell so good. I couldnt believe my eyes.

BEWARE! This place is an insurance trap. Do not come here if you are paying out of pocket. If you decide to take your car here, make sure you are ABSOLUTELY certain that your insurance (or the 3rd-party insurance) is going to be covering all costs because Caliber WILL screw you over in charges. We had our car towed here after a wreck at the suggestion of our tow driver. We had it towed here instead of our home as to avoid additional tow charges. Our claim was denied by the 3rd partys insurance because the at-fault driver was a pizza delivery driver and Caliber showed ZERO mercy for us. We spent $250+ on charges for them to keep the car for literally 2 days. They didnt even touch the car. They wouldnt even give us an estimate on the car. The 3rd partys insurance already came out to estimate the damage and the car is presumably totaled. We wanted to know what the cost would be to make it drivable and they said it would have to be all or nothing (which since dealing with Caliber we had another collision center assess the damages and they told us it would be $700 to make it drivable, $7000 to fix everything- the car is worth $4500). In order to stop incurring even more fees, my fiance had to drive a presumably totaled car off the lot to get it home. This situation might be a less common one than others, but please do your research on collision centers. Do not take your car to a place that is being spoon fed money by insurance companies because they will nickel and dime you for everything! Please take your car to a more honest place!

Buffy is Warm, Friendly, and Patient. I asked her a lot of questions about the repair process and she was very helpful. The estimators kept me informed of the repairs as they went along and my car was finished way ahead of time. The center manager has a helping, joyful spirit and made me feel at ease while there. I was very pleased with the repairs I had done and theres a LIFETIME WARRANTY if anything goes wrong; cant beat that...

State farm provided me with a whole lot of repair shop options to choose from after my Kia was damaged in accident. No regrets of choosing caliber for they did a great job. Ordered and replaced the parts that were damaged, Ron kept me informed about the repairs all along till my car was completed. Kudos Ron and the entire team for ensuring that Im back to the rhythm of my life.

My front bumper had to be replaced after being side-swiped.I was very impressed with the courteous and professional customer service from the first call until my car was ready. I was kept informed and did not have to call to check on the status of the repairs.I called on Monday, dropped my car off on Tuesday morning and had it back after work on Wednesday.I have an older car, yet the color match was perfect. It almost looks like no work was done.I should have asked them to paint the whole thing! :)I could not ask for a better experience.

My insurance sent me here and they could only do an estimate on my bumper not on my abs system...waste of time...I will not be using them for my repair.

This review is difficult to write because this place did many things very well, but fell short in the end. The customer service is friendly. I eventually spoke to every employee and they showed genuine concern for my situation. However, when promised a call back I would never get one and had to hunt them down to find information on my vehicle. The car had extensive damage but was suggested to be fixed in 8 days. We are now on day number 40 and still do not have my truck. The management did a quality control check and delivered the truck to me rather carelessly considering there was primer and a dent on the new door and overspray from the paint booth. Also, rocker panel had texture from paint booth and was not flush, as promised, from where it was pushed in during the accident. The thing that made me question the company here is that the manager defended his team by saying considering the extent of the damage, we did pretty good. Or something to that exact effect. I did not expect that kind of response from a seemingly professional business. My attitude has been consistently calm and courteous throughout this whole deal, but I did call them every day to hopingly push this process along. I figure if they want me out of their hair they need to finish the job right... the first time. I will give a follow up when I receive my vehicle.

I recently had a minor accident where I was rear ended in my Nissan truck and was referred here by my insurance company. Although Ron and Buffy were curtious and friendly Im giving a 3 star review because of how my truck was returned to me. First thing I noticed was they left what can be described as white speckles all over the right half of my tailgate that is embedded in the paint and wont wash off. Secondly the bottom edges of my wheel wells look like they didnt paint far enough down and also have an orange peel look to them.I will be returning very soon to show them these errors and update a new review later.10/17/201810/25/2018I returned to Caliber on 10/22/18 and Ron was already aware of my problem. He promptly took care of my concern and had either the same employee who worked on my truck or a different employee buff it right this time. My truck looks better than it ever did now! I can say that overall im satisfied with Caliber Collison Doravilles workmanship and customer service.

Used zip ties to fix my car. My car is brand new with less than 5,000 miles. I have been back and forth with this body shop for 3 months. DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THEY DO SHODDY WORK...I SUBMITTED A PIC WHERE THEY USED ZIP TIES AND GLUED PIECES TOGETHER.

Its like a second home.

They charge you very well and leave you the car like new
