I have nothing but excellent reviews to give you and your superior service. From the time my Jeep arrived at the shop, Shaun and Paul was friendly, informative, and gave outstanding customer service. Everything was explained clearly on the process of fixing it. I’m still in amazement on how it turned out. The Jeep looks brand new and rides beautifully. Extremely pleased with the outcome of my vehicle. I have a 2020 BMW M2 Competition and it came out beautifully, they are professionals at what they do and are super nice as well. I highly recommend Protech Collision, they are 100% capable of repairing your car as good as new.

This auto shop is by far the best shop Experience I’ve ever had. They were nothing but professional, honest, and very helpful. From the time I walked through the door they were there with open arms. They kept asking if we were ok and offered us food and drinks. They handle all the calls and made sure my rental came and picked us up. When I picked up my car it looked so good I didn’t even Recognize my own car. I live two hours from this shop and they everything so easy for me. I would use them for all my auto needs if I lived closer.

Their service is outstanding. And ppl are really honest. First time we used this auto shop since many ppl recommended. They were able to tell us the problem and were able to fix the car. Went to fix the problem on my 2011 honda odyssey and was told to junk the car for 100 dollars or pay 4k to fix the messed up engine. Turns out, at a different car shop, 1k will fix all the problem and will be able to run 100k more miles.I will never get my car fixed here. Theyre not trustworthy.

Nice folks, helped me out a lot after a fairly serious accident. They took their time to explain what would be happening, what my responsibilities were. They made a potentially very stressful day much easier to deal with. I recommend them highly, as they are straightforward and have treated me well over the course of numerous subsequent visits. (They also do auto maintenance work.)

These guys are top notch in their class. The negative reviewer that lost his valuables in his car after getting his car towed after an accident shouldnt blame the company. If anyone he should blame the impound company. I empathize with your loss but that should not be blamed on the body shop. It could have been anyone who stole the goods out of a wrecked car. UPDATE: talked with the owner and discovered the negative reviewer was an ungrateful scoundrel. Apparently pro auto service never even worked on Michael (the negative reviewers car) but allowed him to store his car at the body shop for nearly a month no charge!) After taking the vehicle offsite to the insurance company Michael called pro auto service to claim his navigation unit (claiming $400-$500) was missing. That is ridiculous claim after 1 month and to blame that on the body shop who didnt even work on his car! Michael should keep the facts straight and not try to berate pro auto service who apparently could have easily charged Michael a storage fee well above his questionable claim for his navigation unit he claims to have lost. In my case the service, work, pricing and trustworthiness at pro auto service (pro tech collision) body shop have all been top notch for me. Ask for Paul or Joe. He will take care of you and are both real fine characters. A+

Honest, trustworthy, and excellent work!I took my car in a couple of months ago for a paint job. They told me how long it would take and got it done within that time. They did a beautiful paint job and I couldnt be happier.Fast forward to today,I went in to have my brakes inspected because I heard a slight screeching noise. (And also, another place inspected it before and said I would be due for a brake pad change soon) So, I took my car to Pro Tech Collision to get it changed. After inspection, I was told that I still have more than 50% left of usage and the noise is probably coming from debris that was touching the rotor. I appreciate their honesty. I know I can definitely trust my car to be in their care.

Mr. Michael Williams. Ive been their customer for 10 years. They are very good professions providing excellent services with great skills. If you dont mind, I like to ask one question. Have you ever thought any other possibilities? You might lost that GPS in some other places or where the car accident did occur. In your review, you said that you were hurry. A bad review can cause a negative impact on a good business. I think we should be very careful for what we say on these types of reviews.

The estimate/bill included generic and refurbished parts despite my request for new OEM parts which my insurance would have covered.There were items on the storage and diagnostic bill that could not be verified independently.High pressure sales techniques.Would not use them again and would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
