My 3rd trip to that store and its the same manager there that doesnt like me! Im not gonna bash him but he cant function when Im in his presence! Hes a Sry manager! I need to talk to the district office, because there was a breech of Contract.

I am only giving a one star because there’s no option for zero stars, an employee decided to come to my work to pick up my phone after I called and told him that I would be at home and they could pick it up from there since when do they go to your job and try to pick up merchandise? Number one that could’ve cost me my job because they don’t need to know my business And that’s a personal matter you don’t bring personal matters to your place of business or place of profession then two years later when my husband tried to get an iPad they refused his service because I ““ tried to steal the phone, Even though the phone was returned to the Store after they came to my house and picked up the phone all they had it all they had to do was wait for me to get home.

I LOVE the people that work there. Jeff is absolutely the best!!!! They have been so good to us for the past few years. Love those guys!

Store manager is rude and his employees give wrong information to get approved. They tell you to bring in one thing and then when you get there he decides what information he does or does not want. He refuses people when they in need.

Just sad honestly beware of rates some that will cost you 400 will cost you double at rent a center
