My elderly mother went into the store with my husband to order a side by side refrigerator with measurements on the space she had available. She was happy with the price and the fact that there would only be three options on door (cube ice, crushed ice, water). When my husband picked up the refrigerator (after multiple delays from store) and brought it home we found it was the wrong one. Too big for space and had more than three options on door (no water option at all). When we called Sears they told us this one should have gone to Lowes and we would have to bring it back. We live over 40 miles from store. They would not come pick it up. Upon return, they argued with my mother telling her this was the one she ordered, finally gave her a refund. She is a sharp person and clearly knows what she ordered. We will never do business here again due to the poor customer service.

There are a lot of appliance options and the prices appear reasonable. I am glad I stopped by.

The lady that worked there was nice and polite but its wasnt professional that it seemed like that was her boyfriend in there with her sitting playing on his phone.

Really wanted to remain a Sears customer have bought appliances over 30 years from Sears. Still waiting for a refrigerator one excuse after the other computer systems, no truck delivery, no truck driver, etc. ordered refrigerator in October was told it would be in December 1 since December 1 I have heard every excuse there is very disappointed do not recommend this store.

Walked in the store on 10/20/20 and a small dog was laying on a bed that is for sale near the back of the store along with 3 young adults. One of which asked if we needed anything, but didn’t get up from half way lying on the bed. Inventory was pitiful along with the overall cleanliness of the store. No sales were posted only full price tags and some close outs here and there. As we were leaving the store the one employee working that was standing at the register asked where apparently another dog was at. So sad to see how this store has declined with change of ownership. At this point just close this eye sore for all of our sake.

1 star for poor customer service.Ive spoken with the owner. He assured me he would help his employees with customer service. I prefer shopping locally. However, to keep that relationship, the local must offer good service.The item I ordered never came in. I understand the local store has no control over what it receives, and when. If corporate wants to keep local stores available, they must learn how to supply them.Ive upgraded my rating. Although I did not get what I ordered and eventually canceled it, the communication improved and I was able to get information and make a decision.

Love this place I wish there were more Sears still around

Thank you for excellent customer service. I needed a Kenmore appliance, and this closest Sears store is 1.5 hours away from me. Aaron was very helpful over the phone and even measured the microwave I asked about to make sure it would fit. I called ahead when picking up because I was afraid I would be arriving right around closing time. Ashley happily told me to come on! I really appreciate the “hometown” service and will be back in the future!

The employees there completely ignored me. The prices were missing on more than half the appliances and I could not get anyone to help me.

Nice place to shop. The only thing i dont like is i bought a Kenmore refrigerator which i thought was still made in america. Its not after i bought it i found a tag inside which said made in MEXICO. I was always a loyal customer because of well made American made products. Not anymore

Came in to look at some washer and dryers this week and Jerome was very helpful. He was able to get me just what i needed. Delivered and installed in under a week.

Price matters so I did what I had to do. Maybe next time I will try Sears but no credit card.

Employees here are great but between ordering online, ordering in the store, or just buying it gets really confusing. Items dont show up on time and there seems to be a disconnect between Sears Hometown online and the store. Again Ive recieved great service locally but would not recommend ordering online as things seem to not really show up when they are supposed to.

I own a Craftsman mower, so this is basically the only place to go locally to pick up blades that will fit. Prompt and courteous assistance from the staff.

Went there today to buy a stove, we found one ask the associate working about the price and he said it was correct even after looking at the tag. He said they sell alot of these perticular stoves and highly recommended it. My wife asked what was the difference in the one we were looking at and the one next to it he said just the name because fridgidare and Whirlpool was the same. So I said that must be why Whirlpool was on the tag. He looked at it and said it must be the wrong tag. I asked him if he would sell it to me for the advertised price and he said I guess I have to, then he went and talked to the other associate and he said he couldnt, so they both looked at the stove and said no so they looked for the stove that the sign went to and he would sell me the one he found for the price of the first on. So I asked him if he was going to sell me the first stove at the price that was posted and he said no, so the price went up. So posted at 499.00 to 749.00 to 647.00 cant believe this is how they work its ridiculous. Wont be back.

The staff was friendly enough but could not help me. I purchased a lawnmower last September it would not work when I tried to crank it this week. Took it to Sears, they do no repairs but gave me a card on a repairman. He does not work on this mower. Finally found someone to work on the mower myself.

Craftman tools have a life time warranty. We were able to replace the ones that needed replacing for free and the salesman was efficient and courteous.

Ashley is a very good manager he needs some people with the same amount of energy and friendliness to work in there when hes not there. Id rather not go in there if hes not there hes the one I want waiting on me when I go.

They acted like they were not interested in helping us. We have a Sears service contract and getting our washing machine fixed has been a nightmare. 6 service calls over a four month period of time. Never been fixed. Purchased here four years ago.
