I go there for all my batteries; watch, key fob, car battery, power tools, everything.

They are some shady characters at this store. Sold me a dead battery and they made it good after I drove back up there and didn’t knock nothing off the price. There not giving gas away you know.

I didnt make a purchase at the store. However, I called to ask if they had a cellphone battery in stock and the employee gave me all the information I needed that would save me money without purchasing a new battery. It turned out getting a new phone was more cost effective than getting a new battery installed on my wifes Motorola.I wish I remembered the employees name. Great customer service and friendliness! Much more polite than the Walmart employee of whom I was buying a cellphone from! I will go there in the future for any battery needs based off a phone call.

Always helpful - I go there on a regular for batteries concerning doggie collars.

The Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable of what they were doing and the products they had and not have. Prices are reasonable for anything you looking for in an battery.

Id give them 0 stars if I could. Wanted to charge me over 70 dollars a laptop battery when on Amazon was 30 and dell company was 54. Ill never buy a single battery from them. Such sorry people on the phone. Couldnt even take time to get info. Worthless people and customer service.

Went for a new battery. He told me my battery was fine and that autoZone was lying when they told me I needed a new one. 36 hours later my car won’t crank so I called battery source. They said it’s probably my alternator (2015 Nissan Altima w/48k miles) took it to G&M starter and alternator and they said my battery was bad.

Very poor customer service! Employees are very rude and their prices are very expensive. You can find batteries everywhere in the area for way cheaper prices they price their batteries like they are made out of gold!!!

These guys are tops. Changed out my cell phone battery quickly and I was on my way.

One of their employees stood in the garage and watched me struggle to load an electric wheelchair in a downpour! I had to ask him to come out and help me pick up the iron gate on my trailer. I spent nearly $200.00 at this place. It was beyond insulting.

Just like the first review just probably making bad batteries do not recommend for anyone to purchase any of their batteries my battery lasted eight months and it was over $100 they said they have one year warranty and they do not!! they actually prorated if I could I wouldnt even give them a half a star!! Thats what they might be selling you refurbished!

They may have any kind of battery you might need, but their commercial saids that they replace cell phone screens, but my sister took her cell phone to them and they told her that they dont fix cell phone screens. To me that sounds like false advertising on their commercial.

Gotta talk to the right person. First visit was crappy and the salesmen tried to sell us an expensive battery we didnt need. The second visit we saw a different sales person and they were very helpful and sold us what we asked for.

I am only giving them one star because 0 stars is not an option. I bought a battery from them with a supposedly one year warranty. However just a few months later the battery died. When I went in to exchange the battery that was under warranty they informed me that it was not a replacement warranty but they would prorate it. On a $100 battery that was just a few months old my prorated replacement cost was $85......... how a new battery cost $100 but when its a few months old its now only worth $15 to them...... a scam in my opinion. Dont waste your money or time dealing with them!!
