Usually a good experience. Stopped by today (Wednesday March 23rd) at 9:15 am. No one there and the doors were locked. According to the sign in the window, theyre open at 8:00am. If you arent going to open, put a sign on the door letting folks know when you will open.

Staff wasnt very up to date on the equiptment that they have sold in the past. The guy helping me didnt even know the correct name of the part once he found the part I needed. Dealers should be trained better about the products, the price of there parts should be based on the knowledge of the employee, the prices here are very high.

Great products; great team! The service department has kept my mower running the perfectly past 4 years with the best IN/OUT times Ive seen! When I need it back by a certain date, they make sure it gets done or theyll call to let me know the parts are on order and a new completion date. That counts a lot for a small business!Ive purchased my Stihl string trimmer, mid-length hedge trimmer, and back pack blower from them. Havent had a lick of problems with starting or reliability. From the front of the store to the back, these folks are courteous and helpful.

All I can Say is WOW!!! these guys are awesome hands down. First off there price are hard to beat they are more then fair right out of the gate i bought a new kamado joe classic 2 they are 1199 any where you look except here before they put them on sale they were only 999 and then put them on sale for 850! it is nice to know there happy with making a little and having customers. i will also be purchasing my rhiding lawn mower from them as well customer service excellent as well i was just seriously supper super impressed with everything about this place this is how business should.be ran very clean too. Highly recommend!

This place is terrible. After they sold me a part that they recommended for my mower it did not fit and they would not exchange or let me return it. They also tried to sell me another part that I knew was wrong. The manager is an ass. I would not do business with them again for anything.

If you dont like professional equipment and professional staff to help, stay away. With brands like stihl or exmark, they have some of the best equipment and friendly staff. Every piece of equipment I have bought at turf & timber is still working and none of the problems that I have with the big package stores. If youre willing to listen, they will ask the right questions and give you a good idea of what you truly need. They carry the maintanace parts and usually get any part you need within 1 or 2 days.

Purchased an ATV from these guys and had excellent customer service.

Absolutely horrible service! We got an atv from here not to long ago not even a month later is breaks down. When we went to go pick up the atv they advised the only reason why they fixed it because we were crying about it even though it was COVERED under the warranty. I would not recommend this place. They treat you like a joke and will erase any negative comments about how they really work. If youre looking for great service and atvs that actually work Id look elsewhere

Ive tried this place multiple times and still dont know why i even try. Want to mark up prices up to 40% of what their website sells them for then add shipping. Then they want to look down on someone because Im working on a 03 model. That is the last time i will enter their doors.

Will not return parts for replaced equipment and are all good when spending money but wont get anymore from me or anyone I talk to.
