Doug has been servicing my vehicles since I moved to Dothan back in 2011. He is THE MAN. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST. He doesnt shoot you through the grease like some auto repair shops try to do. He fixes the issues right the first time in record time. I highly recommend you visit Doug for all your vehicles needs. His business is a hidden gem in Dothan!!!

Bad customer service, don’t waste your time going in. Worker was too busy having a personal conversation to even acknowledge us until we were walking out the door. Went to another shop and they were looking at the car within a minute. Don’t settle.

Saved me, I was out of business without my van. Got me in same day, had me up and running within a couple of days. Great people. Saved me from losing my work.

I was there 42 minutes and got charged 2 hours labor. I paid almost 250 dollars to put in a 20 dollar knockoff cabin filter and and a shot of freon. Doug, u are a crook. I think i let u know, now I want everyone else to know.

Absolutely the worst place and experience I have had in my life. Took my truck in to have a fuel pressure test ran. The same day he called and said he had fixed the problem. When I got there he said he took out a fuse from the fuse box and put it back in and it fixed the problem... So I took my truck and drove it to work, and noticed nothing had changed. So the next day I took it back and let them look at it more. When I went back to pick it up he said there was 3 possible problems but couldnt tell me what it was 100%. I was tired of the situation so we just payed and left (we payed $180 and he didnt fix anything!), but when I went to leave my truck wouldnt crank, and that gave me time to notice something else. I looked down at my driver side wheel and see an big dent on the side of the lip. The wheels were in perfect condition before coming to this shop and now I have a dent in them. One wheel alone is worth hundreds of dollars. So we charged back in and demanded our money back. And hes lucky thats all we did. Im still contemplating filing a lawsuit on this place. Absolutely no respect to customers vehicles

Horrible Place,do not go here to get anything done.Awful customer service..Couldnt even repair a Headlight switch had to go to Tuffy Tire to get it done.Took them 15 minutes.STAY AWAY!!!
