I got 2 new tires; the ones they recommended to me by saying these help with road noise & WET road conditions. Well, that SOLD me! The friendly staff fixed me right up within a couple of hours (on a late Friday afternoon). I was impressed with the service. My CRV drives like a new one!

I went in to have my air conditioner checked. Turned out to be a minor problem. The cost was reasonable, the service professional, and the people very nice. I will definitely use them again.

Yall - I absolutely love this place. After being a firestone customer for about 8 years i came across this place thanks to a friend and i will never go anywhere else for car maintenance. There is never any BS, upselling... none of that. These are just good guys wanting to make an honest living without trying to give you a headache and have you worry about something going wrong and needing immediate replacement (cough, cough Firestone).

Came here bout 3 yrs ago for 1 problem & left with another. They gave me my vehicle back and it would barely crank- they inspected it & told me I needed a new sensor- I called another mechanic to tow it & when he inspected it he said someone had disconnected the sensor & I didnt need a new one! Low & behold he was right- he connected it back for free & I went on my way & never looked back! I consider this a scam operation

I can think of 3 times you guys (all under the watchful eye of Chase) have come to my rescue in less than years time. The first time I brought my car in for tires and yall looked it over and pointed out things that needed to be fixed and helped me map out a timeline as well.(many garages would tell ya it all had to be done right then). Second time through trial and error we got my A/C up and running. Then most recently I found my self having to make frequent trips to bham and my car started overheating. You guys got it right in and fixed that too!!! Just got back from Bham and not once did it even act like it was thinking about over heating. HEROS I tell ya!!!!!! You guys rocks. Thank you so much. See ya in 3 months for my next oil change!!!!

They charge double of any other car maintenance center! And they dont back up theire work!I do not recommend them to anyone!

Went into roadmart because my brakes were squealing really bad and all the other places was charging 300 and over for pads and rotors and i wasnt able to afford the cost. roadmart did the job for a far cheaper price and did a very nice job. Their mechanic with the name of gene was personable and friendly and described everything very well. i would certainly go back no questions asked

Ive been coming to RoadMart for two years now and I am now having the worst time with them. I brought my car in a week ago because the front end of the car was not driving properly. RoadMart said that they could not replicate the issue but they did see I needed my tires balanced, I let them balance my tires and when I left I was having the same issues. I brought my car back and then they said the tires were separating on the inside, so I paid 367 for four brand new tires. Replacing the tires only helped the car drive smoother but the problem was now worse! So I brought my car back today and now there saying that the back tires are the cause of the front tires shifting and that wasnt something they could fix, I would have to take it to the dealership. The guy said he could try to align the front to see if that would help but it made the issue even worse then when I had initially brought the car in. I am now sitting here after closing hours so they can set my alignment back to were it was. I just feel like if they were unable to repair the car in the first place then they shouldve said so instead of me coming out of 446 dollars for no reason. I asked if I could a refund for the alignment and the guy said that he wouldnt be able to refund me, would have to wait until next call and ask for a refund or he could credited as two free oil changes which is not acceptable for my inconvenience
