Outstanding customer service. I was blown away at how he truly did everything he could to help me during a tough spot. My family and I were traveling to Florida this past summer and had the transmission go out right south of Dothan on highway 230. I started calling shops but of course it was Sunday. Gary happened to be in his shop and answered. Even though he was only there for a short errand, he waited for me to bring the car by. Though he couldnt fix it right then, he called the local rental car agency and helped me get a rental. I went on to Florida and he conducted diagnostics and held it for the whole week. He offered straightforward advice on the repair. I chose to sell the car since it was older. He had it in enough working order for me to get it to a local dealer to sell it. Through it all he answered many calls and went through much effort for virtually no money to help us out and save our vacation and I am extremely grateful.

We brought our Jeep into Transpro for a second opinion after being told from another dealership in town that we needed a new transmission. It ended up being 3 quarts low on transmission oil. There was a slow leak from the cap not being closed all the way. So instead of a $3,000 transmission fix, we spent $100 on transmission oil. Highly recommend this place. They take their time and inspect everything.

They did real good on servicing my transmission and help me find some other parts I needed for my truck

I was coming through Dothan and my transmission started slipping in and out of gear. I stopped at the Dothan welcome center and I was referred to Trans-Pro. I took my car by there and the technician checked the vehicle and told me I had a line leaking. He repaired the line and topped off the transmission fluid and only charged me $35! Wow! I was expecting several hundred dollars. Thank goodness I went to Trans-Pro! Thank you so much! Great job guys! You saved my beach vacation! I got my car fixed within an hour and got back on the road!

Messed up the drive shaft in my truck when the transmission was changed. Now Gary does not want to fix it at his cost but at my cost and says he is going out of business in two weeks. Says the mechanic is gone and I can take it some place else to get it fixed. The transmission was replaced a month and a half ago and Gary says I waited to long to tell him.

We have my sons Jeep there as we speak and I have been dealt with the most professionalism. I think Ive ever been dealt with at automotiv center of any type I will respond after we get our vehicle back but I believe we are going to have a great experience all the way around from beginning to end

Was told at another local transmission shop that I needed a new or rebuilt transmission without them even getting under my vehicle and taking the time to check it out. Took it to Gary at Trans Pro, the guys checked it out and replaced the broken band and now my car runs great!! Will definitely recommend...I saved a ton of money too!!

I cared my truck in with transmission problems They diagnose as bad transmission and a remain or a rebuild transmission wood fix problem had ete reman installed i was told 4 times the truck wood be ready to pick up didnt get truck was not ready when i did pick up truck they had to jump start truck well I drove 35miles and transmission broke I paid Gary a little over 3000 dollars i call him to give him the bad new to get warranty and he told me the battery in truck killed electronics in truck and the transmission he wanted me to pay for towing service to get truck back to shop where he could ripe me off for another 3000 or 4000 dollars this guy has not a clue is what he doing when come to repairs but he good at ripping people off i wood never care anything thier.

They never checked my transmission just kept my truck for a couple days an still charge me 95 bucks.straight highway robbery

Called asked to get a transmission problem fixed got a half fixed car back. they had the car for almost 2 months cost me $1700.00 and not only does the car transmission not shifting right after they worked on the elect. the car picked up more elect. problems on the way home.
