I received poor service and attitude from Penny at guest services. Multiple deep sighs at my questions regarding exchanging items. My cash, gift card and receipt were all basically tossed at me. Forcing me to catch my coins before they hit the floor. I’ll make my purchase online, before returning to this location.

The staff here are great at making things happen. Whether it’s to save money or find an item that you can’t find at other Targets. I wish they would have more Targets in the area.

Kind of unusual to be greeted by polite and eager-to-be helpful personnel. I do appreciate being appreciated when I spend my money. I had a complication with a gift card that required a call to the 1-800 number in the middle of my transaction. The customer service representative on the phone was less than helpful, and Abigail from the Dothan store stood up for me and assisted me through the entire call. The issue was resolved because of her advocacy. She was extremely patient, pleasant, and went the extra mile to make sure I had a great experience. Target corporate needs to hire more people like her to assist customers on the phone.

I love the food isle i just peed in a bag of chips and gave it to my cousin to eat and he loved it thank you guys so much for your service she said it was a bit salty and warm got her lol

Wow very awesome experience ordering online and choosing the option for curbside pickup. Im at a very informative and very motivated worker named Hatcher who did everything he could to make my shopping experience at Target not just something I had to do but an absolute painless experience. Friendly at the front door. We go here bc they have different things than other retail stores in the area. Theres not a whole lot of help on the floor as far as employees goes but they do have the phones to call someone to the area. Went to find something different for my sons birthday ✔ and starbucks ✔

If youre looking for a job, forget about it. They dont do in person interviews anymore. They took out the human interaction so they could hire fakes. You never know how a person truly is until you ACTUALLY meet them face to face.

I had a great experience at the Dothan Target today. There was a very helpful kind lady at the customer service desk that helped me get my online pickup purchase a bit early. She went out of her way to help me and let me know it was her privilege to make my purchase available and to be sure I was helped. I cannot remember her last name but I do know she has a family member whose last name was Tillman. (As I was waiting, I asked her about her family and she proudly shared about them). I hope everyone at Target pays attention and emulates this person who truly displays the meaning of the word service with joy!

Target always has that popcorn smell when you walk in, very big selection of items and great prices.

My cashier was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and welcoming!! She informed me of all the amazing features that the Target App has and was very informative on all the deals and specials that I could receive. She went above and beyond. I will be sure to look for her every time I go to Target from now on!!

Always have positive things to say about this store! Returns are always super easy as well as store pickup! Only issue I ever had was a mirror I ordered for store pickup came shattered but even the employees were as shocked as I was and helped me with a return quickly. Store is always clean with things where I expect to find them.

This Target is great in most areas except one and that is the customer service side. I have stood and watched with my own eyes and heard with my own ears the workers for that area stand and congregate gossiping about customers. Not all of them are doing this but atleast 3 in particular are. One happens to be a Lead over the cashiers on days shift. She in particular has a very grandiose attitude and a very smart mouth and it clearly shows that she is not worried about it at all. She needs to remember that WE the customers pay her check and should act in a more respectful manner. You never know when corporate is sending shoppers in to evaluate your expertise skills!! BE KIND!!!!

Awesome employees and awesome store, I was very impressed. When I entered the store I was greeted by an employee. She also pointed me in the right direction to pick up my online order. The employee who got my order for me was friendly and got me my order promptly. I was literally in and out the store in less than two minutes!

Plus with them link, you csn use Target store deals too along with it so it even more savings and free gift cards at times from in going deals.

I like to go to Target and browse. They have Hint water in store which is great because that’s the only store I’ve found yet that sells it. This store has a Starbucks inside so you can sip coffee and walk around looking at stuff you wish you could afford... I mean really who doesn’t enjoy Target? They have a great health food selection also.

The associates at the Dothan Target are very kind. Ive witnessed them dealing with a lot when it comes to petty customers, I keep coming back not just for Target goods but the associates who make my day better.Side note about this location- where your masks correctly, customers.

I really like the drive-up service. It is very quick and everyone is extremely nice. I have trouble getting out and walking so it is a great convenience to me.

Love Starbucks in the store. I like Target better than ... although l don’t grocery shop there. I love the bedding, home decorating, kids clothes, women exercise clothes, shoes but need more cute rain boots. The quality is pretty good. Prices should be 10-20% lower though. However, if it’s something l can’t find anywhere else, l buy it. Returns not so good but okay with an ID and a receipt. But don’t expect a thank you come again. Lol.

I placed my order and then received the notification that my order was ready for pick up. Travel to the store and the order was not ready for pick up and it had to be filled. The reason for ordering was so that there would be no waiting.

I came here Sunday afternoon, I had the most pleasant visit even at check out by this beautiful young lady named Destiny. Great conversation and she also was helpful she directed me to customer service for an return. You can clearly hear she was sick stuffed up. And she asked her supervisor can she go get something to help her breathe it was and this lady with an long red coat and long black hair and her name started with a “I” was the most rudest person up there and cut her off and was very short and mean. But I admired this young lady because she still was respectful and said yes ma’am. You don’t see most kids like this in present time. But you don’t know what people are going through, and for her to come to work clearly sick and for her to still have an smile on her face and be so humble speaks volumes. Target should appreciate your staff like this. God bless !

I was having issues with my Target Credit Card PIN number and Sydney used her personal phone to help me correct the issue. Sydney was extremely helpful and very nice.

This is only the second Target store Ive ever been to. The first one was nowhere near as nice and Im happy to have given Target a second chance here in Dothan. The womens clothing section is actually pretty great. The prices are affordable. Im very impressed with the plant-based options in the refrigerated and freezer sections. To have such a great selection that I go there instead of a local grocery store for my vegan specific products. The decor items are also fantastic and affordable. I could spend a little too much money there. Haha

I wish we had more targets in the area but Ill definitely drive the 40 minutes to come here whenever need be

Kodi was a new employee who was checking us out and Sasha was the employee helping him. They were both quick and talkative while getting through our buggy full of stuff. I would have never guessed it was Kodis first day. They were both so friendly and helpful.

Cashier was super friendly. I was looking for a item and couldn’t find it a girl on the floor took her time helping me search and what I love most is she didn’t act like I was bothering her.

***This review is for the Starbucks in Target***•I keep giving it a try and it always come out tasting nothing like normal Starbucks drinks. They are always overly sweet and taste different. I’ve ordered the same drinks in other states from Starbucks in Target. The other places taste just like Starbucks coffee from the bigger stores. The recipes are all the same so I’m not sure why they can’t seem to make the drinks right. They need more training because they are giving Starbucks a bad rep in this area.

I bought wine from this store, but bought too much. I then tried to return the extras, but was told that it was state law that they could not take wine back. Just so happened to be coming to Montgomery, Alabama called and asked them if they take wine back, and guess what?! They do!!! It is weird how it is state law that Dothan does not take it back, but Montgomery does when they are in the same state!!

Once we got our account signed into the scanner, it was easy to get everything scanned in. The associate that helped us was patient and very helpful. The only thing I was not pleased with is the fact that a partner had to be added to the registry. Not everyone has a partner that sticks around.

#Love this place!!! Restrooms aside, if you ever have to go shoppin but dont want to, go here! Coffee from the Starbucks inside will wake you up, the colorful red theme will make you happy, and the super nice employees will make your day. Shout out to Irene! She is awesome, and everyone who meets her will leave feeling like her family!

I want to give a huge shout out to miss Paula that works at guest services on her excellent customer service skills in helping my wife and I return a stroller which I bought that was broken I did not have my receipt and she was able to pull up a transaction history report from the day that I purchased the original stroller and match that transaction with the registry that I had online and help me find my receipt and do an even exchange for a new stroll its hard to find people who are so nice and helpful now and days glad to see that target has miss Paula up front leading the way to show how customer service should be thank you again

I was at the Target before my meeting to pass the time. My first impression was the restroom looked so clean and smelled really good! Inside the Target there is a Starbucks coffee! Yay! The barista was really nice ans she was fast as well.The dollar spot was on point with excellent selections of different office supplies and kids toys and papers. Waking in the middle of the store the Target team was really nice and helpful! I had a great experience there!

Ordered online, then waited in a line. As I was waiting in line I observed the cashier or CSR at the returns being very rude and staring down the customer when they werent looking. Not sure what was going on but Ms. C (cashier, hiding her full name on purpose) needs to improve her facial expressions and work on professionalism.

Always a quiet and pleasant shopping experience. Store is kept in good order and stock of product is always good. Only problem is that when shopping at this location after 7 pm, the amount of cashiers greatly decreases and waits in line can get pretty long.

Kasheena helped my wife and I transfer our phones to Consumer Cellular. She did a great job. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We couldnt have done it without her!! Kasheena works at the Dothan Target Store #1468 in the Electronics Department.

How could you not love Target? Its not the greatest Target Ive been to when it comes to selection and friendliness but the store has always been organized and the lines are pretty short. Id love to see a greater selection but beggars cant be choosers. Im just happy Dothan has a Target :)

This Target is huge and ALWAYS neat as can be (arent all Targets, though, lol). I absolutely LOVE their selection of hair products for Ethnic natural hair like mine. They have MANY hard-to-find products that I can usually only order online because no other stores have them.When I have money to splurge, this is my favorite place to go. Also, I love going to the Starbucks which is inside near the front. Its also very clean and has friendly staff.

Of course I already like Target for their variety, but Im giving this location 5 stars for ALWAYS helping!!!. One time they went to the back to find an item that my son has to have (lil crunchies) and then today I could only get through to electronics on the telephone, the gentleman still looked and found a FOOD item for me. Not so sure I would get the same customer service at other places. That is one department helping for that sale. Good business! Customer service!
