The staff here is so helpful and friendly. I get all my kids shoes there. If they dont have it, they will order it. One employee, I believe his name is Chris, is always there and he remembers us each time we come in. He interacts with the kids and doesnt mind helping at all. I come back because of him.

Well not one Shoe assistant. Asked to help my Granny try on shoes or even find the shoes she wanted. So I done their job an now my Granny has bruises on her Ankles from my heavy hands!

They allow you to shop and not bug you like some shoe stores.

Overall I like the selections of shoes. The staff is not very friendly. I aske for help to reach for my size from the top shelf, it left me feeling like I could have helped myself. I apologized for asking. Still bought shoes. Was not impressed with the service though 😕

I strolled into the store 30 minutes before closing and expected to get mean stares for arriving at that time. However, they were warm and friendly and greeted me like I was their first customer of the day. I spent some time looking at all the sales - there are a lot of options. I finally chose something off the discount rack at the back and found out there was another discount at the counter.

Used to be my favorite place to shop for shoes but has become very disappointing. They had like 3 shoes in my size. Also they do not honor the text discounts that blow your phone up if you sign up. Next time will go else where. Only time it is worth going here is if they have the buy one get one half off

Shoe carnival has the worst customer service i ever seen. We purchased 2 pairs of shoes for our twins Birthday from shoe carnival online, they shipped our package to the wrong address. I tried to contact customer service to correct the shipping address before they shipped it. I was on the phone for 56 mins., still no answer. So we emailed several times, with no response. Their birthday was on the 6th of June, and still no shoes nor a refund. This is the worst online shopping experience Ive ever had. Please learn from our horrible experience, and never shop at shoe carnival

We found a pair of shoes on the clearance rack. There were probably 15 sets of the same shoe. The sign said $15.00. We went to pay & he said $70.00. We told him they were on the clearance rack. He said these were not on clearance. I told them there were many pairs of the same shoe. He told the manager & the manager told us someone must have placed them there. I tried to tell them they must have placed all of them over there then. They never even went to look. I had no problem paying more, but if they cant be bothered to even check their racks & then say yes they are on clearance, no they are not or there has been a mistake, I cant be bothered to shop there. Needless to say, we spent our money elsewhere.

Went to Dothan AL store yesterday April 16, 2021 to find it closed for remodeling. Nothing mentioned about this on Google. Big disappointment.

So the lady ahead in line is having a difficult time with a ride cashier. Happens everyday..sure. The only cashier mind you. Theres 4 other ppl standing back there, all just open mouthed watching. Finally, one comes up and turns on a register. I walk up, being next in line. Im asked, Cash or card? I say cash. I cant help you sorry. They wanted me to go back to the end of the line!? Which by now has 10 ppl in it! I dropped the purchase I was about to spend $100 on, and walked out. Shoe Carnival, you gotta do better.

They have a decent selection of shoes and normally offer buy one get one half off. It is also crowded at times. The customer service is hit or miss but you can usually find one worker who can help you find what you are looking for.

The floor personnel walked by and never asked me, did, I need help. They never greeted me. I had, to go to one, to ask him, for help. The shoes were in such a disarray. The young lady that checked me out was very kind and concerned, asking, did I find everything, ok? Great customer service. She could teach those two men, I saw, some lessons, about great customer service.

Tried to find someone to help with shoes and one he tried to take off hoping we would not see or call for him and two my favorite.. if we dont have it out here we dont have it. Cant they look? I know they have shoes in the back. Thats where there overstock is!

Staff lacked customer service skills! I was trying to purchase 4 pairs of shoes to get bogo with 2 pair an employee had confirmed which stickers were in the promotion any sticker but yellow. After checking out i knew my total was to high for bogo and then after getting irratated bc i was catching on to not getting the promotion they told me i couldnt have one pair of the shoes w the promotion so i would pay full price for two pair after being told i could. I had to take two pair back after checking out bc they didnt want to explain what was going on qhy my total was so high soni had to receive my receipt to figure it out myself and then was treated very rudely once i figured out what had happened. It qas un front of other customers and I was mad to look stupid. I will not be back nothing there is worth being disrespected!!! Need proper traing for employees and this was done by a manager even worse!!!!
