I had a pleasant time with representative. He assisted me with all my boxes need. He was very friendly and polite.

The staff here was great but their reservation system is a disaster zone.

If this is the one downtown Montgomery; its in the ghetto and around the side of some building they mustve purchased; the church across the street was having themselves a good ol time, so that was funny. Pretty typical uhaul experience otherwise.

The parking lot was regularly and they were very neat
