I called the service department to have my 2019 Pilot checked for a shuddering in the acceleration. The attendant quickly responded that it was normal. I then reached out to another Honda dealer who quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair satisfactorily.
I wish I can give less then one star. Don’t take me wrong staff is friendly. But not willing to understand someone’s problem. I bought my Honda Odyssey 2020 from them and it’s not even a year both left side tires getting flat on me. I went there and asked them to help me with a car or shuttle but they denied on both. When I ask how long it will take they didn’t had answer on that too. Even soon after I bought my car they called me for recall fix that time too they didn’t provide any services. They should understand people have young kids they need to be picked from schools. Also people don’t have luxury to have multiple car or people can’t arrange their pickup.Also don’t blame this on COVID as I have other car which my husband uses it. We do get all services from Chevrolet.
The gals up front are nice and they took care of me fairly quickly. Sales guys were nice as well.
This dealerships cooperation is non-existent, attitudes are sky high (not in a good way) and dont even bother trying to talk to someone in charge to get an issue resolved because the managers ignore their customers.

Needed a nice new car for my wife that would be reliable, stylish, and long lasting. My buddy always had good luck with Honda so I decided to give them a try. Within 2 or 3 days Frankie had us in a new ride. Fair price, no haggle, no bs. The Accord is unbelievable. Feels, looks, and rides like a 50,000+ car. Interior is spacious and luxurious, technology is next generation, and it looks sharp. LED headlights are killer as well. Maybe we will have some good luck and go over that 200,000k mile marker.To sum it all up, if you need a new car, go see Frankie. Seriously a no bs guy, not pushy at all, and a very fair negotiator. I’ve NEVER been to a dealership and had a good experience. Other dealerships I’ve dealt with are ruthless. People just wanted to be treated right, and that’s where Frankie is your man.
Almost 2 hours for just an oil change without tire rotation. I requested for rotation since I didnt get one last time. They told me the tires were fine but last time that it was getting close to needing a rotation. I could tell it needed one because in 2 months between service I had put 10k miles on the car and it was starting to pull to the right. I informed the service dept of this and wasted the tools them i had a trip to Kentucky and wanted the tires rotated. It was also after 5pm, when they told me that the front tires were better than the rear ones and didnt need rotated, which is the service tech quitting time..hmm... the previous times it took them about 30 min to perform an oil change. This time was 1.5 hours. Also my last receipt was $30 this service was over $60. That means the labor has doubled in the 2 months in between my services since both services there was no difference in oil and parts. I also drive an hour just to have it done at Jim Skinnard Honda, for them to have my business. I feel like the service dept is unorganized, lazy and always behind. I feel like I was taken advantage of, that I was led on with lies and my time was wasted. My apt was at 330pm my car sat in the back for at least 45 min before somebody started service on it. I got out around 515pm then they said on the receipt that the labor was 1 hour but was really almost 2 hours. For a basic oil change? I will no longer be going back. Jim Skinnard of Honda just lost my business as a customer.

Dont really know about the sales area but the shop and mechanics, I believe are the best around my area.Ive owned 3 Hondas since 1990, none Ive bought came from there. They have honored my warranties even after they elapsed. I recommend anybody that needs auto repairs to take there vehicles to them.....and ask for Steve. He not only one of my best friends and like a brother to me, hes been my mechanic going now 20 plus years.

Bought a used Toyota highlander. Got a decent deal on it but the salesman was very shady and I had to immediately get the vehicle serviced by Toyota of Dothan because it was way overdue for oil change but I didnt know because instead of changing the oil before selling it they simply removed the sticker. Untrustworthy folks. I was told by trustworthy technicians that the oil was pure black

Called the service department and they hung up in face as if they didn’t want to answer the call. I called the second time and the next service rep was very rude and spoke as if he didn’t want to be at work. I know it’s New Year’s Eve and people want to go home but it’s still a business you should show every customer respect. I wouldn’t want anyone with this type of attitude working on my vehicle.
Salesman was friendly but trade process was unknowageable, and significantly under KBB price for perfectly good vehicles.

The service staff is always friendly. The only negatives I have ran into is they havent had parts to service my vehicle, when it was scheduled days before. When doing the airbag recall replacement they marred the plastic trim on my steering heel. They were supposed to replace it, but a year later still havent.No matter what the are way better than the dealership in Enterprise. That place has terrible service. So even though I live closer to the one in Enterprise now, I still drive to Dothan.
Fast. Dropped my vehicle of needing an oil change, new serpentine belt and diagnose a vibration. Called me after one hour. I’m very impressed.

Never have I had an gentleman raise his voice at me especially an owner of a dealership. I will not be talked to like an idiot. I drove 45 minutes due to the owner telling me on the phone a price out the door and when I got to the dealership it was $11,000 more

We were just in the market for a new pilot as our 2010 pilot was getting older and we wanted something with a warranty and new features. I did the whole internet search thing, getting quotes from different dealers in multiple states and came across Jim Skinner Honda by accident. A dealer that was closer to us sold the car that we wanted and I wasnt completely sold on the offer that they gave us. Tim Ackley was the salesman that responded to our interest request and the conversation started from there. They didnt have the exact color that we were looking for but had a demo pilot with extremely low miles and offered a great discount/quote. Tim knows pretty much everything there is on the pilot and was able to explain everything to a Tee. So happy we were introduced to him. There are many different type of sales people out there and he is a low key, best price, no haggle or pressure kind of guy. Per the quotes I saw elsewhere, even TrueCar certified dealers, they were the best around even taking into account this was a demo.In the end, we got a very favorable price, competitive offer on our trade-in, and great experience at this auto dealership. Very smooth. I will recommend them going forward.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life, with a car dealership! They are thieves, and charge you WAY more than what parts really cost. They do things to your car without telling you as well. I would not ever recommend someone coming to this crooked dealership.
Very bad customer service from sales to maintenance. When shopping for the new Pilot I now own, I went to a dealership out of town because of the way I was treated here in Dothan. I have owned it a year and was going to do my maintenance at this lot because of location. The maintenance department is just as bad as the sales dept. As hard as it is to schedule maintenance, there must be somebody having work done there but it wont be me.
All the salesman there are nice very helpful and great people
They cannot do the simplest of things. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They did not do the tire rotation and they did a poor job on the oil change to a point which I had to replace the engine. Then one of the service employees kept hanging up on me. Now I have even more issues with the vehicle. It dies weekly and the service staff is completely clueless at their jobs.

Horrible customer service. I talked to a internet manager about a 2010 Honda. They said it was available and I could come see it. We also worked out a out the door price. I was driving from 3 hours away to see this vehicle. Thank god I called this morning bc they said they had sold the car after they asked me if I wanted it taken offline so that I could not lose this car. When I called the customer service Perrier were very rude alone with the sales man I talked to. I read all these bad reviews on this place and tried not to let it changed my mind about buying this car but after talking to them and hearing there attitudes. Internet manger docked her just wasnt gonna contact me back thats why I called this morning to find out it was sold yesterday. So do yall just ignor potintial customers bc your scared to tell them a vehicle or do yall just lack common curiosity and manners to tell me that its not available and to drive 3 hours would be a waste. THEU HAVE A 2.9 star rating for a reason. Dont go to them. RUDE PEOPLE.

I went to this location with specs in mind, and although I did not find what I wanted exactly, I drove away satisfied.
Service was terrible! Very unprofessional staff and service manager. Car sat for almost a week before it was looked at, and had an appointment a week out! Then I was told by the manager that they have other cars besides mine they need to work on. Next time ill drive to another honda dealer even if its out of my area.
