This is a nice store BUT...they really NEED to MAINTAIN the bathrooms especially the handicapped and especially when there is a nasty virus around. Not just for us the customer but for the employees. Fortunately there was toilet paper but nothing else in the handicap area. There was soap and towels in the main area. Not trying to put down people or simply complain, this is important.You should check the bathrooms Regularly.I think I will start bringing my own little bottle of soap and paper towels from now on. Otherwise this is a nice store.

Came in looking for specific sticky notes and didn’t see them on the shelf. Mr Jeff seen me looking for them as he was walking by clearly doing another job. He was kind and sweet enough to drop what he was doing and offer me help with no hesitation and found exactly what I was looking for! Thank you again Mr Jeff! Your kindness does not go unnoticed!

I buy 80% of my office supplies here at Office Depot. HP is one of my favorites.The staff here deserve FIVE STARS!The downside of this establishment(-4 stars) is that the bathrooms are horribly, disgustingly, filthy.............

And this is where you find lazy workers and people who don’t want to work to at least keep customers content. I would highly recommend somewhere else for your office needs.

I hadnt shopped at Office Depot before today but I had some specific report covers that I needed to buy in bulk and I couldnt find them anywhere else. I called the store and an associate helped me with what I was looking for, he pulled the items and then put them at the checkout counter without me ever asking! The very same associate I spoke with on the phone was at the cash register when I walked in, he promptly rang my items up and I was out the door within 5 minutes. I will surely go back to Office Depot, they were a big help for me today!

This Office Depot is on Ross Clark Circle on the east side of Ross Clark on the west side of Dothan. I was there for a few very specific things for record keeping. One very knowledgeable employee took me to every item speed my time in the store considerably. I did find the checkout to be a little slow, I can see where slow checkout might frustrate a business customer. Overall I was happy with me transaction and will keep this store in mind for possible in the future.

Very much understaffed at printing department. If you are a store that specializes in printing documents, posters, books, etc... then PLEASE make sure you have enough staff back there to cover needs and make sure they have all training necessary especially before leaving them alone in the back with a line of 5 people. Quality of prints is good, but I dread going because of incredible wait time, and I cant place the order that I need online.

Worst customer service from the lady at printing, had an attitude and was not willing to help.

I sent emails to be printed a hour before arriving. They werent even started so I cancelled the order after driving from Enterprise to this location since the Enterprise store was closed.

I went in to have some missing persons flyers printed for my Son. The lady would not let me pay for the flyers and said she would pray for us. They were very helpful and considerate of our feelings. Awesome people!

Nice place to shop. The clerk Charles was sooooo helpful. He directed us to everything we were looking for with a friendly smile and courteous manner.

Not a good experience today. Although Timothy was tech savvy, he was not a good listener. We specifically asked to transfer data from old computer which was fried by a power surge and he told us it would take an hour.When we called back an hour and a half later we were told it would take 4 hours more!We wasted time trying to wait so we did not have to drive another 70 miles to pick up the new computer.Spoke to the manager Kendell and explained the problem.Returned to the store and Manager Jeremy refunded the charge.We were extremely dissatisfied with customer service today. Since this was over a $500.00 purchase, it was apparently more important to wait on other customers, than to service existing customers, in my humble opinion.

Staff was great. I had a list of things to get and two employees helped me gather everything.

Carson was so helpful and very professional. The ink could be a bit less expensive. Idk if yall price match with Walmart but the customer service I got from Carson was waaaayyyy better then Walmart!... and with that being said that is why I come to Office Depot.

Cashiers need retraining on time management. Tied up two cashiers to handle a purchase while three other customers waited to be checked out. Another cashier came from the office to check out a customer and then walked off. Ridiculous!

Awful customer service at business center. U can always tell these are low wage workers. They do not give a damn! It shows on their face and body language.

Prices are very high but they will match local competitors prices.

Intended to purchase a desk, but the service was basically non existent. No wonder there was only 3 people working and no vehicles in the parking lot!
