This was my best visit to an eye doctor ever. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The technicians were kind, very thorough, and fun to talk to. Dr. Albert was professional and friendly and explained everything going on with my eyes and took the time to answer all of my questions. The eyeglass staff were just as terrific and helpful and even ordered frames they didn’t have so that I could try them on when they come in. I’d give 10 stars if Google would let me.

I’ve been going to Dr. Albert for several years and I’m very pleased. I’ve even changed both my sons and granddaughter to see her. The entire staff is very informative, helpful and extremely nice😃❤️ I recommend this place to everyone !!

Absolutely LOVED this facility and its staff. My husband and I took our 4 oldest children in to get eye exams and new glasses. The staff treated us so nicely!  I filled out all the paperwork prior to our appointment and loved having that option when it comes to all of our kiddos being present. My husband went back with all of our children to see Dr Albert while I waited in the lobby with our baby. Upon completion of the exams, they were kind enough to offer recaps on all of my children so that I was up to speed. All four children had to pick out frames and the staff was SO patient and informative with any questions we had. A huge change from the last optometrist office we had in town. Our last office rushed myself and my children and since we have amazing coverage,  pointed us in the direction of frames that were the most expensive instead of helping us look for more kid friendly and durable options. Total game changer with Dothan Optometric Clinic. We were so pleased, my husband and I have already set up our appointments for ourselves and will take all of our children to them from here on out for all their vision needs. I am always nervous trying new doctors and changing locations for care, but this is one that Im so glad we took that leap. I only wish we had chose these doctors sooner! Thank you Dothan Optometric Clinic for treating our family so kindly! We will definitely be seeing yall again in our future.

Wonderful experience here! Great knowledgeable staff that actually cares about what you want and need. Totally changed my mind about the whole “ eye doctor “ experience. I definitely recommend this place to everyone that inquire about my glasses and where I go. It’s no wonder that the parking lot is full. The have a great customer service system developed that greet you, direct you to the right area and then on your way!!

Took my teenager to get her first pair of glasses here. I now have (3)three teens with glasses &this place is better than the ones we used before moving here from Tallahassee. The staff is very easy going, funny &work hard to make all feel comfortable. Exam was fast & thorough. Only complaint is that... Most places do same-day glasses, this place took almost two weeks.😐

I took my 3 year old for his first eye appointment a few days ago, and the staff were great with him! They were patient and really took the time to explain everything to me. My husband and I both wear glasses and having an optometrist office that was able to make sure our sons eyes were ok was a huge relief! My son was so comfortable that he even let them do all of the tests and dilate his eyes. That is saying a lot! Thank you so much to the staff at Dothan Optometric Clinic! We see Doctor Griffin and feel well cared for by him and his team. We highly recommend them.They are punctual, weve never had to wait more than five minutes; they don’t push their glasses or contacts, you can take your prescription anywhere you like to get it filled...but I have found their prices are not much different from others, even the online services.While I like saving money as much as the rest of the country, there is something to be said for patronizing our local service providers so they can stay in business and be there when we need them.Its not cheap setting up a medical facility and Im not suggesting we don’t mind our expenses but if we don’t take care of them, they wont be there to take care of us.With that in mind, we try to support our local providers.

First visit here, was very pleased with everything, especially Dr. Albert. She was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and took all the time I needed. I highly recommend this office.

I just went in for my annual eye exam for work, but Dr. Griffin and his excellent team went above and beyond. The technology they have there is amazing. They took photos of inside my eye and ran a scan to compare my optic nerves. Charged me for just the exam, but did so much more. I wish I lived down here just to keep him as my regular optometrist.
