I cant say enough good things about this place. The people that work here are very nice and very professional. This was my first time seeing Dr. Feagin, and I wasnt looking forward to it because I have very light sensitive eyes. My appointment was at 3:15 and my name was called at 3:20 (BIG, BIG plus for me! That tells me that this office is very organized!). The same girl worked with me from the beginning until I picked out my glasses and she was very nice from start to finish. I wish I could remember her name, but Im very bad with names. Sorry! Im not a big fan of Doctors in general, so I rarely go, but this office made it so easy. I was in and out in less than an hour! Ive found my new eye doctor for sure! My entire family will be using Eye Care Associates from now on! Thank you!

This is a really great place. The doctors and the others working here are extremely nice and friendly. They took a lot of time making sure that I got the best service possible. I’m extremely happy with my visit here. And will never go anywhere else.

I bought a pair of glasses back in November of 2020 they cost well over 250 dollars with my EyeMed insurance. In January I noticed the right arm was loose. When I opened them to put them on the arm just fell off. Apparently the pin broke. I took them back to Eyecare Associates and they wouldn’t replace them and told me they couldn’t be repaired. I hadn’t had them but 3 months. My insurance won’t replace another pair for a year. I did some research a place called Fix My Glasses repaired them but it cost me 79 dollars. I will never buy another pair of glasses from Eyecare Associates again. Terrible service when their product tears up. I’ve never had that happen before. I’ll stick with Len Crafters.

I have gone to Eye Care Associates since I was 4 years old. I had to get glasses at a very early age. I just remember how nice everyone was and how much fun they made it and most of all for a child to have to wear glasses and be picked on and teased, they did their best to help me pick out a pair of glasses that didn’t have much impact and drew less attention as possible. That’s important for kids that have to wear glasses. I believe that it’s because of Them my eyes have dramatically improved over the years Thanks Guys.

They was very sweet and fast about it

Nice office. Staff seems friendly.However, during the initial consult with the assistant things went downhill. It seemed as though he was not paying attention to the details given. The same questions were asked numerous times, you would think after the second time of answering he would remember, he was inattentive. I spoke with the office manager and she stated that the system they have to use is constantly asking for the same information from one screen to the next. Well, paying attention and knowing what was just said would cut down a lot of the repetition. I also learned they have no way of inputting why a new patient is coming in. When you call, typically, you state your reason for a visit. Well, obviously that doesn’t matter here. When you walk in they have no notes on you/your visit because the system doesn’t allow that. Therefore, they automatically assume you are there for glasses. The person checking patients in didn’t bother to check as to why we were there. She simply asked for the insurance card and that was it. Follow through is vital when you have patients. Double check why they are there, especially if it’s a patient you are working in. It’s not really all that normal to need to see a doctor for a routine check up on such short notice, there may be something going on. Asking a few questions up front could make a big difference.

I have been a patient for about 10 years, and a few years back my husband and kids have become patients as well. Dr. Feagin is wonderful and patient, his staff is very helpful and feels like family when I see them every year. Love them..
