Stopped in to get gas and didnt know a coffee shop was in there. Ordered coffee and the two guys were very nice and customer service was great. I ordered a iced almond joy and got my fiance a iced vanilla latte with extra shop. Both delicious and well from now well be stopping by everytime we pass through
I love this place!!! Great little diner inside with the most comfortable chairs. The food is also so amazingly good!!! Frequent costumer here....Edit: So Ive notice that the food is only amazing when the bigger heavy set guy is on duty but when the skinny guy with with beard is working the food is not great at all. I say if grasslands is reading this to have the big guy school the other guy on how its done cause he seems to have it on point.
Pretty nice store but awfully expensive. Wanted to get an ice-cream and was $9.00!!! Ridiculous. Of course I didn’t buy it, not stupid to spend 9 bucks for an ice cream. I hate when stores like this want to take advantage of people who are in transit. It is all about money unfortunately.
Me and a group of buddies come often. Clean and has better prices then other gas stations. Workers are friendly and well mannered
It’s a nice place good food for the most part. Stay away from the Italian food. There red sauce tastes like BBQ. I think the sauce comes from a can there. Everything els for the most part is safe to eat.
Had a quick stop here while passing through Douglas. It is at a convenient location for us. Looks like they have a nice menu for a quick bite and variety of cold drinks and snacks. Restrooms were clean. Easy to pull in/out of station.
Great place for a quick bite, especially considering the fast food alternatives!
Stopped here twice today, once on the way up north and again on our way back home.First time was just for road tripping snacks but couldnt resist their adorable gift and holiday section. Super cute store, I love all the holiday decorations, its cozy in there.Second was just bit ago for a quick dinner. Staff was extremely friendly, the folks in the deli/grill were vey informative and made us feel welcomed. We didnt have high expectations with it being a fuel station deli but the food was GREAT! We got steak fingers, the shark bite sandwich and the Philly! The Philly was our most favorite. Oh and their ketchup is amazing! We didnt ask but are pretty sure they make in house. And before we left to get back on the road we had to grab a coffee from their little shop, it did not disappoint. She was friendly and made a dang good cup of coffee. My husband, a tough critic when it comes to coffee got the Caramel Mocha and loved it.Good ol friendly service seems hard to find during these time with all that is going on in the world so it was truly a breath of fresh air. This will forever be a stopping point when we go north.
None of the employees wearing masks properly. Best to inform them to wear masks over their nose and keep them on when talking to customers. One employee handling food was wearing a face shield that didn’t even their cover face. While Douglas isn’t high in COVID cases, since this is a travel center, masks should be worn properly for their customers.
We placed an online order on the way there, and it said it would be ready at 7:41. When I went to pick it up at 7:41 they hadnt even started making it. Super inconvenient since we were trying to make a quick stop in the middle of a very long trip. The food was good for the price.
It is just a shell station convenience store. Rebranded and greenwashed, but mostly the same. Nice and well kept but just a ploy to attract travelers.
Great fresh made salads! Really good chicken fresh and hot. Mixed with good service and nice gift shopping. On of our favorite places to stop when traveling through Douglas. Always impressed
Good place. Restrooms were clean. They seem to be expandinf.
Sometimes it just a cup of coffee that adds something special to your day! We shop here often during our season. Just passing through today for gas and grabbed a cup of coffee and for whatever reason it was on the house. The staff at Grasslands is always so helpful and pleasant! Even when they are running crazy busy (which is a lot) thank you for making our favorite place to stop in Douglas special!
Arrived just before 10pm on a road trip to fill up and change the babys diaper; we saw the attendant run to lock the door before we could get in. Receipt didnt print at the pump and they told me, through the locked door, nothing we can do. Disappointing experience for a proud locally owned business.
Im from Alabama, and must say i enjoy the healthy food options available here. The food is very good but a little expensive. But as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I got the chicken club sandwich, costs 10 bucks but was two meals for me. So not bad, and the sandwich was very good.Employees are very friendly.
Nicest convenience store Ive ever been to. Way to be a trendsetter Douglas, Wyoming! The coffee was great... honestly I dont think I couldve told the difference between this coffee and Starbucks in a blind taste test.
The ladies behind the deli counter were amazingly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious
I was pleasantly surprised to find such fresh and generous salads in their deli case, as well as delicious chicken tenders & wings made to order. Sandwiches looked especially inviting. What a healthy choice for food in a gas station convenience store! Very close to Hampton Inn.
Prices are a bit hike but the service, cleanliness and food are bar none.Working the oilfield can be rough but this place makes it quite a bit easier on the northern calls.I suggest trying their pizza over everything else, it’s insane good, I don’t understand.
We have been stopping here every morning for two months. There is a good variety of foods if youre willing to put half your paycheck towards food. Ha I mean crazy expensive. And all of the coffee is like drinking straight water. We never complained but I finally told the cashier the issue with the coffee and her response was well everything is pre-measured so we cant do anything about it. Ohh you cant CARE that people spend a lot of money here and arent getting what they pay for? Needless to say, we will be going to another gas station from now on. Thats four steady consumers they will lose out on every day.
Their milk is rotten, it’s happened 3 times so it’s a trend. Overpriced food, maverick down the road is a better option if not driving a commercial vehicle.
Disappointed. No more good food. Dry burgers, sandwiches,. Employees rude. Gas pumps dont work. Carry cash.
Spicy chicken sandwich was horrible, thick layer of fat on the complete bottom of the sandwich and it was full of gristle, took two bites then the trash! For $4.99 that’s pure garbage.
One of our favorite stops, love local goods, clean bathrooms, very friendly.
Make sure your chip on your debit card works or else the ladies that hate their lives that work there will yell at you and stare at you helplessly. Only a single stall dirty bathroom. Looks good and big on the outside..but bad on the inside.
Food was fresh, employees were very pleasant, and the prices were great. Couldnt ask for a better experience
We stopped here when we were driving to Laramie and it is a very good little convenience store for a small town like Douglas.
Charming, tons of options, great prices and something for everyone!😮 Automotive, in house food made to order, coffee, icecream, everything! Unique drink selection i havent seen anywhere else too!(plus coke, gatorade and all that) anyone who 1-stared obviously is cynical or hasnt been here
Great selection, fantastic people. Could use a bigger restroom.
Awesome truck stop, tons of quick options like a standard service station with the addition of a deli for fresh sandwiches. Plenty of parking for trucks and easy to get into and out of.
We ordered a brisket pizza it was amazing. Kudos to your staff!
Good sandwiches, they could be bigger though.
Clean and great options for food and drink. Plus easy on and off of I25.
Best turkey club Ive ever had.
Clean restrooms, great sandwiches at the deli, plenty of parking for trucks.
Good food. Nice staff.
Terrible service and outrageous prices.
Wonderful people and the food is awesome
Its very hard NOT to spend money on all the locally-made products.
Overpriced, price was 8 cents at 2 stations futher from highway. no receipt at pump, no fluid in windshield washer
Nice place!!
Excellent place to eat.The store has a wide variety of drinks, products, souvenirs ... everything you might need to continue on your way can be found here. The food is very, very tasty! And if there are no people in line, I think the service is very fast. They also have a table space so you can enjoy your food.I liked the extensive variety on the menu:Pizzas, sandwiches, tenders, salads, etc.I think that in my opinion everything is very tasty and in my opinion I think Italian food is very tasty!I think I enjoyed everything that I had the opportunity to eat, and would surely return.
