Wow! Im from out of town and passing through here. I was blown away at the size of these two stores sitting side by side. If this hardware store doesnt have what you need you most likely dont need it.Very friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely no one asked if they coild help, no one said good morning, goodbyr or anything, they could learn a few things from Bomgaars.

I went in here to purchase a fishing license. I was not pleased with the cashier, a young woman, who seemed to be irritated we were patronizing the store.

Rude! They are not in the job for customer service. I will not shop there ever. They dont act like they care if youre in need looking for something. Take your money and business elsewhere. I asked for help and was pointed to direction of item I needed. Not once asked if I needed help,which i did. They made me feel like an inconvenience at both locations. Theyre just plain Rude. If I could give no stars I wouldve.

I needed paint for our fence and outside trim. I found color I wanted and waited for the lady to finish waiting on a customer. I asked if she could mix it and she said she needed to move a box out of the way first. She did that and then proceeded to wait on another customer 🙄. I waited again, she rang up 3 more customers (all of whom came in after me) then she went back to moving the boxes. I left after that and bought my paint at Bloedorn. Horrible customer service 😑
