I dealt with Wendy from the first time I called. I had already been on the phone with multiple other body shops & she won me over with her great customer service. I had a REALLY fast turn around time; anytime I called with questions she was very polite & took care of me. I’m just very thankful I came across meeting her! & of course my car looks brand spanking new again!

They went above and beyond!!!I was referred to Affordable Body Shop after being rear-ended and I needed repairs done to my truck and enclosed trailer. The work they did was flawless and the front house staff is very responsive and easy to deal with. If I ever need body work done I will definitely be returning to Affordable and I would highly recommend them for anyone needing repairs to a vehicle or trailer.

Wonderful shop. Friendly mechanics who fix stuff right, and it was affordable, my 5th wheel was fixed, back up and running for 50 bucks! And they have lots of good candy for free.

Very friendly and all the employees seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. Lady took me in to get coffee and talk with my while my husband stayed with the mechanic and talked with him. Gave us their opinion on what we should do next with our Honda Civic and didnt charge us. Very nice people!

Very unorganized. Wont return phone calls. They did $7,000 worth of work on a supplement that the insurance company did not approve. I had to pay for it out of my own pocket to get my truck back. The insurance company eventually reimbursed me but stressed the fact they did not have to pay since the body shop did not follow procedure. Glad I didnt have to sue them.
