It was pouring down rain, I asked if I could park in the spaces by the door, they said yes. They didnt tell me they were about to close. So I had to walk in a severe storm, around half the store to get back to my car.Their website and store sign says they close at 7, they were closed and locked up before 4.Also...Store manager refuses to be available for customer assistance. No other managers available either. Employees that could be found were absolutely no help at all. I get everywhere needs help and things are crazy now, but this store is horrible beyond all that.

Ordered 4 tires, 2 were damaged so had to wait to receive them back. 2wks later I receive confirmation that the 4th tire arrived. They dont answer their phone so I went there in person. They only had TWO tires. The associate tells me that they canceled my order b/c I didnt pick my tires up 😮. I feared this when I learned about the 2 damaged tires but was assured from a walmart.com CS Agent AND a mechanic in their Auto center. Pay the extra few dollars for peace of mind, Walmart isnt worth the headache and lack of professionalism.

I got to Walmart auto care center at 4PM just get here and they are closing. I told the guy that online it says that they close at 7 but he informed me that they are short staffed and this is his off day. I came l the way from Canton GA just to get an oil change

They actually answered the phone and gave me a great quote on replacing my old tires and putting my new tires on with a free lifetime rotation and balance while quoting me a very reasonable price on tire replacement plus achieved my concern on buying a new battery and even set an appointment to have all these items installed for Saturday at 1 pm. They have earned my money all by actually answering the phone and caring about my multiple concerns!Highly recommended! ✨✨✨✨

Not Stocked well

This location is always touch and go. Sometimes everything is great and other times you just wait and wait and wait! Just called at 7:10 and was told they’re still waiting for the manager to get here to open the doors. If you open at 7 then open at 7, not 7:15 when it’s convenient for you. Similar experience the last time.

I sat for 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. When I arrived they said it would be an hour and a half. The whole time I sat there they only moved 1 car. Then they put the chain across the bay area like they were about to go to lunch, so I left without my oil change because there were still 4 cars in front of me. Horrible Service. So I went to Valvoline Oil Service, was in an out in 15 minutes. Go figure. Will never waist my time at Walmart Service Center again.

Called to inqure about hours, as the Website shows open. The FRONT MAIN Service Desk (NOT the Auto Center) WAS RUDE and very very short and failed to help. The auto centers are always friendly, but NOT THE MAIN SERVICE Desk. The Auto Center could help the service desk with their attitude by giving them Customer Care insight and training.

I dont like to give a bad review but I give honest reviews so in saying that... I bought my own oil in for a oil change since the shop doesnt use standard the type that works best in my vehicle, which is something that I have done before. They were supposed to charge $28.88 standard oil change(includes $2.23 filter and labor) instead they charged me $35.88 and deducted $9.25 leaving me paying almost full price as a standard change.

Get a call saying the tires we ordered are in so we drive to pick them up an have the rims put on. Get there the mechanic says appt only and cant do it today. Go inside the lady says it can be done by 3pm. Can clearly see the mechanic is upset after telling us not today. He come an tells is its gonna take til 6p to get it done. Come back at 6pm an they have not started yet. Took way too long to put 2 rims on 2 tires and the unprofessional behavior that was was displayed way completely unnecessary. Wont be back unless I have to settle for bottom of the barrel service.

The auto center does not open on time. The second time I have been here it takes them over 30min to open. They need a better crew or manager for this. So if you want to wait all day for a oil change this is the best place to come.

Needs improvement in the customer service department.

Shameful to have a team of techs that are sorry, unprofessional, unmotivated to service customers.. They all need to be fired and re-hire professionals who enjoy there jobs in which I assume they paid to go to school and get certified for. Im beyond disgusted

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Called in advance to see if they had a tire we needed in stock. They said they did and we told them we were on our way, took us 15 minutes to get there. Get there, didnt even get acknowledged for almost 45 minutes! Then they say they arent doing anymore services after 5pm. At this point it was only about 4:12pm and theyre open until 6pm?! Theres only one car there to be serviced (which was behind us) but employees are too busy chit chatting to get things done. They act like its a problem to do the job they get paid to do! We will not waste our money here again. Look at their other ratings. Speaks volumes.

Horrible experience. I arrived at the auto center and was greeted by one of the specialist. He took my info and told me that my service would be complete in an hour. He even went and verified it with the guy who would actually do the work. An hour and a half later I approached the counter to pay and they told me that they hadnt done any work on my vehicle and asked if I could come back the next day. I had been shopping for auto parts while in the store and I ended up leaving everything I was going to buy and walking out with no apology. I will make sure that I never go to this location again.

Slow sluggish service. A proper manager is needed to supervise the technicians. A lot of standing around and no movement.. I watched a simple oil change take almost an hour. Got here at 9am for an oil change with 2 cars in front wanting the same oil change. Currently 12pm. Still waiting. Guess what, everyone just left for a break. Never coming back here. Not worth the wait.

Auto cashier was wondering around store. Waited 20 minutes for Liz to show up. Found another associate who called for LIZ. The associate was great and checked me out. I did not get her name.

The Wal-Mart Auto Center will perform the job you request. I required an oil change. The service was completed in 1 hour and 10 mins. Their were 7 cars In front of me. The service tech is also very helpful in providing answers to basic car questions.

I waited 3:1/2 hours for 2 tires, they simply left my car in the bay and forgot...all I got was an apology which means nothing to me...poor customer service, and they claim there were cars ahead of mine. I got there at 7:20 there was one car for an oil change only...Im a senior and that treatment is inexcusable.

Multiple terrible experiences.1) I waited 4 hours for an oil change that they said would take an hour.2) I got to the location 30 minutes before they opened. Was not greeted by anyone until 30 minutes after they were opened.3) I went to the store at 6:15pm for a replacement tire and they had the location closed up already. I went back the next morning at 6:30am & at 7:15am they still had not opened.The website says open 7am-7pmDouglasville walmart tire & lube express is the absolute WORST!

Gave me the wrong tires. I wanted Goodyear not dextero, then blamed me by saying that I said Goodyear was too expensive, when I never even mentioned price. They gave me what I wanted but gave me a hard time in the process. Will never go back, even if they have the cheapest tires around.

Very professional and managing without extra workers

I visited at 5PM to get my tire patched. At 6:40 I over heard the employees talking about my Sonic Chevy and I got up to check up on my car. They told me they were paging me, but it was under the wrong name. The employee told me that they did not have any patches and I should’ve been informed when I arrived that there was no patches. I left after waiting for almost two hours with no service because they failed to inform me of their lack of stock.Worst customer service.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT TIRE CENTERI had to give a 1 to post review. I called 5 mins before coming to tire center said no problem just needed tire on a rim. I get here and waited from 3pm to 4pm while other customers said cashier was on break as I waited customers took it upon them selves to go behind counter and press buzzer to allow others including employees out the tire center door. All techs were out hanging out by break area talking and on their phones. When the lady finally came back she told me to get tech to write it up and come back and pay. I went out and they told me since they close at 5pm (6pm is time it closes) and it was already 4pm they were not taking any more tire changes. Told him I was there at 3 PM and waited the rest of the time at counter while I witnessed all the above. He said manager told him an hour before close they stop taking customers. I called for the manager to come to tire center he said no they dint close until 6 PM but not taking anyone else. He claimed 6 cars were waiting I asked where? He pointed at my car and 2 others that had just got oil changes that were done. He said come back tomorrow. I said this is not acceptable. He said he talked to tire center manager and he told him he wasnt taking any more cars period. Glad Walmart allows dept heada to tell asst mgr that they are closing earlier. I could understand if emergency or under staffed there was at least 6 techs working and 2 cashiers hanging out in office behind reg. I told asst mgr to look at cameras he said sorry nothing he can do and walked off. This Walmart Tire Center is in professional and need to be retrained on customer service and the dept head needs to be replaced. Ive been in management over 20 yrs and this is by far the worst I have ever seen. DONT WASTER YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY SURE DONT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HOW TO RUN A DEPT!Update I was in Sams at tire center and no other cars that supposivily waiting to be serviced was pulled in just like I told asst. Mgr that there was no one waiting as he claimed. At 526pm the closed there garage doors 34 mins before there posted closing time and time asst. Mgr confirmed they closed at 6. The last car was pulled in at 425pm as I was still waiting for the asst. Mgr to get back from corp contacting the store. Which was useless and was told nothing they can do. Wish I knew how to post pictures to prove techs closing up shop early, or was told they were so backed up. This is unacceptable!!!

Waiting for an oil change and it was such chaos the whole 30 minutes. I didnt get my oil change due to the unsatisfied customers and aggravated employees hopefully I can try again on a better day.

Absolutely the WORST experience for just getting 2 tires. Waiting over 1 hour, then for them to tell us that they couldnt take one of the tires because of a missing part of a lug nut. There were about 5 customers in front of us and the mechanics just kept messing up every order. Putting the wrong oil on cars, wrong tires, communication was awful! Im here now as we speak and I wish this was a bad dream. I feel bad for the service manager...He seems sincere, but you could tell he is overwhelmed. My husband had to help the technicians take off and put on the tires. Management didnt have the decency to offer a gift card or a discount because of the trouble. The techs has no sense of urgency, no nothing!

Their was no tire repair technician on duty at the opening of the auto center, waited 2 hrs before someone came in too repair a tire. Does anyone really care? Just remove the word from the store and rename it Auto Center!!! 😞
