I had a great experience at this Rooms to Go. I was looking for a new bedroom suite. Unfortunately, my first choice was not in stock and wouldn’t be for several months. However, their sales associate Patrick, showed me an assortment of other choices and helped me find another great set that was in stock. Patrick was very nice and even indulged me by moving several lamps from different areas of the store just so I could see which ones I wanted to go with my new bedroom set. I would definitely recommend visiting them next time you’re on the hunt for furniture.

Larry was extremely helpful! He explained all the details of the new technologies. He took time and really made our experience very satisfactory. He will be our go to sales associate from here on out. He was honest and laid out the details we needed to make our purchase. I went to look at Rooms To Go and met the nicest sales person .Samantha was so understanding and caring.She let me take my time asking questions about what I like and showing so much concern. She guided me through the process sharing her wonderful expertise and knowledge.Samantha made me feel comfortable and secure about my decisions which she so kindly helped me make.I have made this my store because of her and I have already gone back several times. The sales lady we had in store was great. The delivery is the problem. We ordered two recliners on August 22, 2021. They were scheduled for delivery on September 11, 2021 because we needed a Saturday delivery day. They never arrived after receiving later dates all through that day. But on my tracking info it showed 2 recliners being delivered. Now they have scheduled for September 15, 2021 but only have 1 chair being delivered. I got rid of my living room furniture on the first scheduled delivery date. My advice is to not get rid of all of your furniture because they don’t deliver when they say they will.

FIVE STARS FOR SERVICE FROM MELANIE CHRISTMAS-BELLI came into R2G this morning to shop for a mattress. Upon entering the door I noticed some sales people sitting towards my left view. The only one to give eye contact AND speak was Melanie. She was extremely personable, polite and seemed genuinely concerned about what I needed in a mattress. As a single woman I dread going to car dealerships and furniture stores because the sales people always seem so predatory and condescending. Melanie gave me suggestions, listened to my questions and feedback on what I wanted to try, and gave me space to rest on each selection until I made up my mind. I purchased a Molecule mattress (a totally new brand to me). I would have never tried new brands like Molecule or Purple (a close runner up!) if Melanie had not been so kind and informative!One thing that I observed during my store visit is how the other staff engaged with people. Melanie, Seville (sorry if misspelled), and a petite Hispanic woman with long hair seemed the most engaging of ALL the people I observed or spoke with. I want to make it clear that the rating is based mainly on getting what I feel is the right mattress, and the service I received from Mrs. Christmas-Bell. I will coordinate all future visits for purchases around her ability to assist me.

My sales associate was Larry Hunter. He was very knowledgeable in helping with my selection because I was in need of a specific kind of furniture. He was very efficient in making sure my needs were met!

Wow, I am in disbelief. Mr.Patrick Conner had excellent customer service. My mom and I came in Rooms to Go—looking for a nice mattress for her and my dad. Mr.Patrick hurried over to us and helped us out, when he saw us by ourself. He was with us for approximately a hour and a half helping us decide. We were so indecisive and he never got annoyed by us; he just continued to search mattresses that were in stock and fit our interest. We finally decided on the Belmont mattress and we can’t wait til it’s delivered. My mom and dad are going to live this bed and since it’s adjustable they can accommodate their back and neck problems. Mr.Patrick is such a respectable, funny, and delightful being. He didn’t even try to pressure us into anything we didn’t want, but gave us many options which I loved. Thank you again Mr.Patrick! My experience at Rooms To Go was amazing! The workers were kind, patient, welcoming and hilarious. I personally want to thank Laura Pasco for being such a great help. She was so sweet to me and made me extremely comfortable. As soon as I came in, I was greeted with her beautiful smile and immediately was shown what I wanted. Cannot wait for all of my things to come in, super excited! Thanks again Laura! Will be purchasing more from here.

We worked with Samantha twice in the span of 2 days and shes AMAZING. I am very inquisitive and not knowledgeable about mattresses or bed room suits. She was helpful, understanding, and really funny as well. We got a bedroom set and a cheap mattress on Sunday night but when we decided to upgrade the mattress on Monday morning, she was the first person we asked for. She knew the answers to all of our questions, was certain to get all of the earliest dates for delivery as possible, and was very open and honest in all of her opinions and our options. 10/10 do recommend. We will be going back to her in 10 years when its time to replace our mattress. ;)

I ordered a dining room table and 4 chairs on July 8, 2021, they couldnt deliver until August 14, 2021. I was a little annoyed by that but accepted it. My furniture was delivered on time but I was at work. I had my daughter come to my house for the delivery. The drivers complained about my ac not being on at 715 am and after setting up the furniture my daughter noticed there were only 3 chairs. When she mentioned this, the delivery person said oh yea one of the chairs was damaged. I called the customer service number and after waiting 15 minutes, I was told it would take another 4 weeks (September 10, 2021) before I could get a replacement chair. 4 weeks for a chair. Really? This is totally unacceptable. I just bought a house and need furniture in every room but Rooms to go will not get another penny out of me.

Bought a adjustable bed and a couch from here. I believe our rep was Michael B. He knew just what we were looking for. Didnt oversell anything gave us our space to look around and map things out being Im about to spend a bit of money. Never felt pressure or rushed. Oh and the furniture is awesome too. I left to look at some other stores, ended up coming back and finalizing the sale. Great experience there.

The rep answering incoming calls is rude. Melanie was too lazy to measure a specific sectional setup not found online (in store) so she gives the wrong measurements. Customer service number will send you back to the store manager who will make every excuse possible for the horrible service vs an immediate apology. The patients are running the asylum. Wish I had gone to Ashley. Also, you could use a few tips on customer service from Wayfair! Theyre the best!

They have absolutely beautiful furniture. A little bit on the high end and expensive side but for quality, Why not? If you go here you know your going to find something really really good . I just recently relocated to Georgia from South Carolina. I had some furniture but I was missing some big essentials like a couch and dining table. From the second I walked through the door, Melanie made my time there stress-free! She allowed me space to look at what was available, answered every question (even ones I didn’t think to ask until she told me), and took the pin out of furnishing my first-ever apartment. Great service went on Friday met Patrick very attentive didn’t rush wasn’t overbearing like most salesman are he really listened to our wants and dislikes. He encouraged us to go home measure come back and see him to make our purchase so that we make the right decision. I did just that Patrick not only stayed and waited when I called to tell him I was coming he went over different options to make sure I was in my budget and getting the most for my money. He stayed all the way until the sale was done as it was past his time to leave. This location everyone is great and still go above to make sure its right.

Salesperson was great. Ordered furniture to be delivered and they delivered used furniture that was sharply cut under the bottom of sofa that housed the feet of sofa. Not only torn underneath, but also had childs stickers under frame, that the delivery person pointed out. Sofa and chair came wrapped in moving quilt that had clear packing tape around items. Loveseat delivered out of sealed furniture box from warehouse. Highly disappointed with delivery and returned items. First and last time making a purchase at this establishment. Spoke to manager and Salesperson to be told that they do not deliver used items and this is the first time this has ever happened. No compensation of lost time and ill delivery ( crediting the delivery fee) was offered.I have bought many things for delivery and have never been delivered to my knowledge used furniture delivered as new. Bought the extended warranty only to be told that I could use that, absurd. I bought 2 sofas, loveseat, 2 lounge chairs. Not a good way to develop a lasting relationship with this company. If you have a delivery scheduled with this company, I advise you to thoroughly look over your items for any defects.

So for any of your rooms to go needs or furniture related stuff I recommend going to see Samantha she is very polite and knowledgeable went to go look at mattresses without knowing what to look for and she took the time to break down each aspect to make sure I got the perfect mattress and made sure everything went smoothly to get it when I needed it and everything overall great experience and I’ll easily come here again over this experience!!

Ordered a dinning table set a couple months ago. Finally got it delivered but then they bought me the wrong table top and couldnt set it up. called them to see when they would be delivering my funiture and then its gonna be another couple weeks. explained to them I do have a get together scheduled and really need my table be4 then but all they could tell me is for me to go to the warehouse and pick it up. Plus they messed up my wall delivering my bedroom set and everytime I call and complain someone will get with me and no one has. Poor customer service

I was all over the place today looking for good and affordable sofa, rooms to go have some good furniture but its pretty expensive. I saw their store on my way home from Ashley furniture, their name sounds like a thrift store to me and I decided to do a U-turn just to go check them out but not now... I cant afford to buy similar things I saw in Ashley furniture that high price. The rep that attended to was good and willing to help the customers.

It takes forever to get sofas. I ordered a sectional in March, its due to be delivered May 29th. They have got to do better.

NEVER AGAIN. I placed an order with this store on December 13, 2017 for a Christmas gift that was scheduled to be delivered on the 23rd. Had not heard from them the day before scheduled delivery so I called to inquire of the time. I was told that the delivery date was magically changed to the 27th with no reason or explanation of how or why that happened. When they first delivered the set they had only a portion of it on the truck and were supposed to be back that same day...they never showed back up and I had to call to find out what was going on. Once I finally got everything delivered it was damaged: scratches and a white film that wouldnt come off the dresser, rails and headboard chipped to the wood, tables knocked and dinged up...it was bad Well it is 3 months later and the issue is still not resolved Headboard and rails are still damaged they keep bringing more damaged furniture to replace the damaged furniture I have. In addition, it has cost me for Saturdays waiting on delivery, a broken front door and some of my wifes clothes (taken in a replacement that turned out to be more damaged). I have talked to the managers of this location to no avail (they say customer service, who never calls you, will call). To seal the deal the most recent customer service rep/supervisor implied that we are the problem. Absolutely unfettered by the poor product and service provided, the utter disrespect it shows to us and our time and not even the slightest hint of a sense of urgency to make it right. This has been an experience that is both unacceptable and tells you a lot about who Rooms to Go is. Never again. Never again.

Laura was great. I told her what I wanted she led me through the store all while checking her iPad to see how quickly it could all be delivered. She was so organized and made my visit go by quickly but explained everything along the way. I’ve yet to have a negative experience with Rooms To Go. Great team of people in this store.
