Great selection. Shirts, music, and movies. Wish for the time that some of the prices on the movies would be cheaper but its FYE got to be honest kinda expected. Other then that good people who try the best with what the got to work with

Cool shop, cool employees....found a couple things.

Fye might have the cringiest store name of all time, but that doesn’t subtract points from this review. The biggest problem is the insane prices on some movies, tv shows, etc. Fye does have a decent section of movies with sleeves so you guarantee you get the full product, but many products are 5x the Amazon asking price. Before buying anything there check Amazon! I have found some things for less but never by much, the most was by $10 on a $100 tv series. The only good part about fye is the ability to check if the movie has a sleeve and some dvds get marked down quite a bit if not bought off the shelf in time. Also, all the preowned movies are in very good conditions almost new. If you are a movie collector, I recommend going. The best advice I can offer is to at minimum check how much the prices on Amazon are and price match. The anime area has some insane prices, one tv series w worth $22 on Amazon is priced at $99 on fye, I’m not kidding, and price matching isn’t allowed from my knowledge. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE price check before buying anything.

Store always has cool stuff, but its always more expensive than most other places.

They always have great selections of videos. Ive never been in and not found a movie or show I was looking for. And Die Hard is a Christmas movie!!!

If youre really into anime and geeky type things, this is the place for you. Ive been able to find cool collectables and decor for my dorm, its all cool. I find some items in there pricey but whats not to expect especially with this being in a mall. All in all, really nice place to geek in haha!

Very nice staff. I remember when FYE was more of a music store and was on the upper level of Arbor Place Mall. They had a small anime section in the back corner which everyone that liked it at the time (not many) would go back too. I like the smaller store with the re vamped look. Also they moved on with times but still have sections to get CDs. Which just looks cool. We grabbed Reptar bars from there. I remember sitting with my brother and always wanting them while we watched Tommy and Cuckies tongues change colors. Great store, pricing and gadgets.

Staff was rude, didn’t say hello Nor ask me if I needed help and as soon as I asked for help the guy yelled at me, i don’t know if he was having a bad day or not, but that’s not very professional. Definitely didn’t have a good experience!

The kool aid man jumped through the wall and said OH YEAH but i was in the way and broke my arms then later broke my legs it gave me glass bones and paper skin now i lay in agony every night until my heart attacks put me to sleep

Great store with a wonderful selection of collectibles. I love going in when they have their clearance sales. Unfortunately I missed it of this recent one, and neither Georgia location has the figure I had really hoped to find in.

Love going here to get cute, quirky items. Nice selection of anime and manga books, movies and T shirts. They have a variety of Japanese food, candy and other household items. We bought cute chopsticks from here. We got our Godzilla gear for King of the monsters here also. Recently My daughter got cute light up kitten ears headphones and I got a Golden Girls car shade. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I can never come in here and NOT end up spending way more than my budget. This place is great for nerds and weaboos alike! This is definitely the store to go to if youre looking for something different or ANYTHING within a fandom. However, things are a bit pricey. So Id say 8/10!

Love the staff

Staff here were super helpful and kind, even if they didnt have what I was looking for. Wish FYE in general had a policy to deter scalpers for their exclusives, but that was nothing that these guys could help. Still bought some candy and picked up their membership club card.

My friend recently went here on 04/10/19 to purchase a couple dvd’s. While checking out he was asked if he would be interested in multiple sales and promotional offers. He kindly declined, but the salesperson continued to push. Eventually, after declining multiple promotions for a few minutes he was offered a magazine subscription that many others have written about in their reviews, saying it is a scam. Keep in mind, my friend has developmental delays and is not able to handle stressful social situations such as this. He did everything he could for 10 minutes to decline this offer. Eventually he gave in after becoming extremely stressed and signed up for the subscription. He was told multiple times that he wouldn’t be charged for this. It was only AFTER his card had been swiped that he was told his card would be charged the full price of the magazine subscription should he fail to cancel. This stressed my friend out so immediately called the number on the information flyer to cancel it. Not only was he not able to cancel it, but they wanted copies of his bank statements. Total scam! I finally was able to call and get it canceled after hours of stress. I’m a manager myself and I understand pushing sales and efficency but I would NEVER have my employees harass disabled individuals into scams for their money. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing experience.

Amazing store! Stuff is over priced. I can get the same movies for cheaper at walmart. Im talking about $20.00 cheaper. What is $44 here is 24 at walmart. Target is cheaper as well. Depending if your Best buy has movies and anime, they have a better selection and are cheaper as well! FYE is my last stop!

I received some of the worst customer service in recent memory while checking out here today. Trying to use Samsung pay, I was given an annoyed and rude respone instead of just simply informing me that it did not work. This continued through the rest of the transaction. The employee on the floor was kind and asked us if we needed assistance twice, which was appreciated. I would rather the cashier be normal and try to sell me a membership than treat me like I wasnt worth his time. If you work in a customer service industry, please dont take out your frustrations on customers as reflects badly on yourself and the store.
