Unfortunately, I have to leave this review based, not only on this individual location but, on the company as a whole. For 2 weeks, I have been unable to send/respond to text messages, my primary form of communication. I pay my bill on time each month with no hesitation. I bought a new phone, thinking that my phone was outdated and that was the problem. I couldnt send text messages with the new phone either. When I called to troubleshoot the problem, I was given a complaint ticket number and told that it would take the engineers 3-5 business days to fix the problem. I never received a response. I called today to check the status of the complaint and was told to take it to the store that I bought it from. I did. The rep called customer service, got a complaint ticket number and told me to call customer service in 3-5 days. At this point, since Im getting the runaround, I plan to contact the Attorney Generals office of Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau and the FCC to file complaints. Two thumbs down.
It took so long, really hot in store, but a really nice phone for a really good deal. You cant beat a $260 phone for free.
They were pretty quick at getting the phone up and going. Great customer service 👏
Pissed poor customer service. I would NOT recommend this store for any feature customer. The two ladies in the store was very unprofessional was not helpful. On a Saturday before 1pm store empty no customer. I came in as a possible new customer and neither one of them got off their butts to assist me. They continue as sit behind the counter giggling like school girls. So I chose to leave and suspend my money somewhere else.
Had the phone I wanted. Used calculater to help me pick the best price option.

So many problems since merging with t-mobile metro used to be the best think Im going to switch
They had the nerve to try to make me pay an activation fee to buy a new phone for my current account. They could have waived it but they dont care about customers feelings.
