This was an exceptional experience. Walked in with a sectional on my mind and a nice guy named Moe that works there showed me several options and listened to what my needs were and matched me with a perfect sofa. Took me no more than 30 minutes in and out and had several options to choose from. Will def shop here in thr future again!!!

Update - After I wrote the below review I visited the store and a new person was working there to help resolve issues. He was able to find us 2 recliners from a different manufacturer and they were delivered with the timeframe he gave us which was this week. We are very pleased with our new recliners and grateful someone could help us! (The recliners we originally ordered were manufactured by Ashley and that was where the delay was.)I would rate this furniture store below 0. The most horrible furniture buying experience. I ordered 2 recliners mid- February and they are still not here. The last update I got, when I called, was the end of May for the recliners to be in. They have a no refund policy, only a store credit, so I am stuck with waiting. We will see if the recliners arrive when I was told they would. Buyer Beware when ordering furniture from this place!

Ive been shopping for furniture for months. Going from one store to the next, since the pandemic a lot of furniture stores have went up on their prices because of low inventory. Mike and Joseph turned my frustrations into a blessing. Not only did they not let me settle for something that I really didnt want but was in my budget they gave me exactly what I wanted and took a loss themselves to make me happy. Their customer service was a blessing for me. Go see them and tell them Toya sent you!!!

They have a lot of good stuff and when their site says that they have the lowest prices compared to others, they are not kidding . I found some really good piece of furniture here that I saw in “rooms to go” a couple minutes back and they were definitely more cheaper here . After window shopping around town I’m planning to get my living set from here, it’s a no brainer .

I ordered and paid for a new 3 piece living room set on February 21, 2021. They delivered the stained used 2 piece store display to my home on April 28. It was not what I wanted, ordered or paid for. I want my money back. Paid for new, got used..... Buyers beware, they have a strict no money back policy. Douglasville Furniture now says the new set would arrive on June 30th 2021. If I could give a zero I would.

I have to say I’m very pleased with my purchase. I recently moved to my new home and needed practically everything, Moe my sales guy helped me choose everything from start to finish and took the stress of buying furniture out of me. Horrible!!! I am nine months pregnant and due any day now and I ordered a bed from “Douglasville furniture” 2 weeks ago and I explained to them that I needed my bed in a timely fashion because I have a baby due any day now and I need my bed before it’s time ...I was told that my bed was in stock before I bought it so I paid full price and paid it off right then and there thinking they would deliver my bed on the date that was requested this is so inconsiderate and a week goes pass and they still haven’t delivered and whenever I call I get the runaround “ your bed will be delivered today between 1-9pm” only for me to sit at home and wait all day so I wouldn’t miss the delivery (IT NEVER CAME) After I spoke to the MANAGER and he promised it would be delivered no later than that day.... I’m so angry that I even wasted my money buying from them

Drove by and stopped at a local store Douglasville Furniture great place and great staff they help me find what I was looking for and brought it to my home! yes there was a small delay in time but that’s normal in our Covid world nowadays will definitely come back to finish off my living room thank you guys so much.

This is the absolute worse buying experience I have ever encountered! I came to this store in September to purchase a bed. Drove past hundreds of furniture stores because they were advertising a great sale. When we got there, none of the items we wanted were available so I was telling my friend we should go somewhere else. Abe steps in and says that we can order from the catalog for quicker delivery options, so we did. He said he would call the next day to confirm our delivery date. He did not, so the day after I called him and he said that he was off the previous day which is why he hadnt called. He supposedly checked our order status and expected our delivery to be in November. I told him this was unacceptable. He had promised an earlier delivery if we chose from the catalog. He said there was nothing he could do about it and said that everything was delayed because of COVID. I asked to speak to the manager. He said he would have him call me back. He did not. I called the finance company after weeks of this shadiness and told them I wanted to cancel the order. They said that I couldnt cancel but that they would call on my behalf. They did. Abe and the owner said I could come in and choose a different bedroom set and promised an earlier delivery. I went in and chose a different bed. Same results. By November - 9 weeks later, I still had no bed and no communication. I continued to call finally getting the next salesperson who I believe was Ray, but I cant confirm that said he would drive down to the warehouse personally and if my bed wasnt there he promised to deliver another bed of equal value that weekend. This did not happen so again I called the finance company and gave them the details but this time I was adamant that I was not waiting any longer and going to another furniture company. They finally agreed to transfer my credit. I went to Furniture Expressions had an excellent experience and had a bed delivered the next day. Never heard anything more from Douglasville Furniture until February 22, nearly 7 months from the date of my order saying my furniture was ready for delivery. I told them I was not accepting the furniture to which Abe threatened to put it on my credit report. I hung up. This place is ridiculous!

Just bought a brand new bedroom set me and my wife are in love with the style it really brings a shebang to the room. Moe was a fantastic salesman will definitely stop by for more thank you Douglasville furniture!!!!

Stop by driving and saw there was a furniture store in town I said why not let me check this place out didn’t have the pink sofa I was looking for but God Almighty I found something way better. awesome place

Worst customer service. They lie to get a sale. If I could give zero stars I would. Long story short, we paid for our item in full. Waited the time we were told, 2 months, and was advised by Mike the General Manager that the item was in and would be delivered. Called 6 times on delivery day, got 6 different stories from the most rudest women I have ever spoken to. Go to Ashley or Rooms to Go or Badcocks or some place that has a long standing reputation, integrity and accountability. These people just lie.

Love the new furniture great staff definitely recommend it we had to be patient with our table set but trust me it was worth the wait better than waiting nine months from rooms to go.

My daughter paid for a dresser a month ago and has yet to receive it. This is so disappointing. The owner-manager has given her nothing but the runaround. If you don’t have the furniture, then just say so. They have a no refund policy. It’s ridiculous to think it applies here. Douglasville Furniture sold something they didn’t have. This is theft.

Do not shop here if you need your furniture soon. If you have a wait time of up to 7 months, you should be okay. Worse experience ever. I posted the details under my Brown Essence post.

Great place just picked up the dining room set i have to say wow it looks awsome.

Would not suggest this place to buy from . We had issues the first day with a recliner and guess what ? No refund no swaps, its up to you to work with the manufacture . Poor customer service once you pay . they want return your calls . We ask to speak with the owner and we get the owners relative who want give his name.

We ordered a huge sectional couch here, but, unfortunately, we were unable to get it. It was an Ashley and they are abysmal right now. Everything from them is delayed, indefinitely. However, Ray and Abe went out of their way and above and beyond to resolve the issue. Im very glad to have a discount furniture store here so I dont have to drive up to the outlets on the north side of Atlanta.

This coming from a real customer. Terrible experience. Giving some credit for low prices - 1 star. Went to a different store location and then called back to place a fairly significant order of 9K over the phone. Was not told that the order was placed in a different store location over an hour from our home and not the store originally visited 25 min away. At the time of the order we were told the order would take 2-3 weeks for deliver with the exception on one item. After 5 weeks, no furniture and no communication, we went to the original store we had visited and they had no record of the sales. After finding the location that the shady salesman (Abe) used we cancelled a portion of the order as we had no bed or table and needed the items ASAP. Delivery was finally made 9.5 weeks after the order was placed. (The excuse was COVID. That may be a reason, but what is the reason for that the lack of communication and transparency? It’s just how they operate) When delivery was made, items and parts were left out that required additional trips and days - net result was 10 weeks for delivery and terrible communication.11 weeks from the cancelled portion of the order and still waiting on refund. Constant promises and delays. Manager actually said things have been slow and he needs to check with the accountant.Do not do business with this organization. Do not trust Abe the sales person. If you are looking for a low coast furniture provider just use a national chain.
