Cliff was great when we bought the furniture back in January. We did have to wait until June to get our end tables. This was ok since I also work in retail and understand delivery and availability times. The Only thing that needs to change was noticed when I went in May to shop for a mattress. The lady there was super nice, but was wearing a Palastine scarf. I dont care but it will affect sales due to openly expressing a belief contrary to the area populace. Take note and I will still shop there.

Bait and switch ad... the $399 mattresses are not a brand name as it looks on the flyer. The staff was nice, but the prices were much higher and lower quality than expected.

Awesome experience. This was my first time furniture shopping since moving to Douglasville. I actually went to the Walmart next door and decided to take a look, and I ended up with whole new furniture pieces, the same day. The showroom was excellent with all the modern and exquisite pieces. I was sold as soon as I walked in. Mr. Cliff made the process very easy for me. He was very informative, honest, helpful and patient. My overall experience was great, really good customer service. I highly recommend, because I know I’ll definitely revisit.

I am disappointed I was referred to this place for their beautiful furniture walked in and seen the bed I’ve been wanting salesperson Faye ensured me the bed would be in before taking my deposit after she spoke to vendor that Monday this was in the beginning of August I call that Friday Faye says vendor not responding to her but she will try again cool two weeks later I call not them with status update was told it would be in the store in two to three weeks coming from Malaysia ok early September nothing!called was told someone would call me back never got that call found the bed elsewhere and cheaper.it’s October 10 and Sherry calls to say bed is in at this point the bed is no longer needed or should my money have been taken if you didn’t have the product I will be using my deposit towards something since no refund which was misleading who knowingly would wait that long for a bed and was told not to pay on it until bed was in store how about not take peoples money up front if it takes two months for a product!!! Communication is everything...

I bought a bunk bed set at closing on Sunday 11/15/20 wasnt the right color I needed and l changed my mind. The merchandise is in the same condition I recieved it called next morning 11/16/20 at opening of the store basically I was told they dont accept returns on a product once it left the store so they forced their product on me which I no longer want. Stay away from this place its a scam. Their crooks and should be ashamed of their business practices stay away total rip off.

I was out today looking for an affordable sofa and love seat. Their furniture is a little expensive. I did a market survey today, out of all the furniture stores that I visited Ashley furniture is less expensive. I really dont know the reason why and most of the stores are selling Ashley products. They have nice stuff sofas, the bed, the flower vessels, the tables, their reps are professional and willing to help the customers.

I had a wonderful experience here! I visited for the first time on a Sunday, then I returned 6 days later and made a purchase. The salespeople are AWESOME! One in particular is, Firdous. She didnt hesitate to greet us on our first visit to the store. She was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. I would most definitely recommend The Furniture Company...I cant wait to go back!!!!

They took over the old hhgregg building in the Sams Club and Walmart plaza. I absolutely love this place Im thinking about getting some more furniture to furnish my new home very soon

The customer service was great today. Found what I was looking for at a fraction of the cost. We got an even better deal on some other pieces that we really werent shopping for but couldnt resist the offer. There seems to be good quality furniture and a huge selection. If theres something you want that you dont see just ask and they probably can find it and get it for you quickly. The owner indicated there were a few items that he would not ever put on the sales floor again which let me know they have the best interest of the customer in mind when selling good quality pieces. I had a great experience today. Items should be delivered at the end of the week. Will definitely refer and come back if I need more furniture.

Christina is such a wonderful saleswoman. She does not hound you on a purchase, asks the appropriate questions to see what your interests are, and will show you items that she thinks you may like. She was very welcoming, personable, and talked to me as if I was one of her friends rather than just some customer she was trying to pitch a sale to. I was waiting to pick up my son at his job. He was running late, so I decided to check out this store because we are looking for a new recliner for our living room. I was dressed a bit shabby because I did not intend to shop, originally, today. When I walked in the door, I saw an associate approach and then sit down and ignore me. I walked through the store looking for recliners. While doing so I passed no less than 5 employees--4 at the main desk and 1 that walked right by me without acknowledgement. Having been a manager in retail establishments for many years, I was appalled. Honestly, it is hard to understand how this place of business has received good reviews at all. I will be sure to pass the word along to family and friends. It would not have mattered if I found the perfect chair--I would never purchase anything from this store.
