I had an appointment at this salon today for my two daughters. It was confirmed multiple ways with this company (email, text,phone) and pre paid. When we arrived it was a small gate near the entrance. I stood there for sometime with no one speaking to me (though they could see me standing there with the girls) and a woman eventually came by . This woman was sweet and confirmed the appointments for my girls . She took one to start the manicure process and the other to start the pedicure process. I asked was it okay if they did everything together but the lady explained they couldn’t because it was busy . I understood this and proceeded to spend a few minutes which each girl while they were starting (while keeping an eye on the other ). Long story short, they were getting ready for a party and the supervisor on duty made it known by saying it multiple times and loudly where we could all hear . The lady doing one of my daughters pedicure was told “I need you to go do facials and let the other girl do the painting .“ After that employee walks away (following orders) a new lady shows up to finish the pedicure. My daughter was sitting there for 5 mins and they were already “done” with the pedicure. I asked the lady why was it quicker than the other girls pedicures . She didn’t have an answer to my question. All they did was wet my daughters feet, scrubbed it, and washed it off . Also, I paid for cotton candy and plastic rings and my daughter did not receive those. I brought this to their attention also. An employee listening to my concerns offered to grab her some cotton candy before she left . When the supervisor heard I was upset from this employee, she says loudly “what she say” . I said, ”ma’am I don’t believe I got what I paid for and I’m unhappy with the service.” I explains all the frustrations and she never once apologized or even say she understood. She was very rude and condescending with her tone . I told her if she didn’t want to give me the service then I want a refund . She refused to and told me to dispute it with my bank . After going back and forth for sometime (yes, she went back and forth with me and still, no solutions given to fix my problem), she calls security. She asked me to leave and I didn’t get the service I pre-payed for . I stood there and waiting for them to come so he could at least give me her name (she refused to give it to me) . He told me I had to leave if she asked me to so I did . As I was leaving the supervisor called me satan . I will never do business here again and will make sure to tell everyone about the terrible experience.

Absolutely spectacular, from start to finish. They were so attentive and caring, they really made my baby and me feel special and I didnt even get a service. My daughter celebrated here for her 6th birthday yesterday and she had a blast ! She had the Spalicious Pamper Day for One for the Birthday girl and its too great! Highly recommend for all your precious babies as well ! Tell them Kevina sent ya. 😉🤗

My niece just had her party here and I am unsure how my sister will ever top this birthday party! The staff was very friendly and organized. The girls had an amazing time from start to finish; they did not want to leave. I normally don’t write reviews but the customer service, the location and the set up was simply the best and worth praising. Thank you for making my niece’s birthday one she will never forget.

I HIGHLY recommend Spallywood Kidz to host your child’s next play date or birthday party! We celebrated my daughter’s 8th birthday party here. She and her friends had a blast including myself. The staff was very patient with the girls plus their customer service is very professional. We will definitely be back for future events!

My daughter Lyrik had her 5th birthday here with her older sisters. They all had an amazing time, even my 13 year old. The ladies were nice and professional. My little one kept messing up her nails and the lady had to fix it multiple times. She didn’t hesitate and was awesome with the girls. While there we got the facials, pedi/mani, make up and photo shoot. Everything was perfect and my girls still talk about it. Definitely will recommend.

This is a wonderful joy filled experience for any little girl. The owner snd staff are amazingly attentive and pay close attention to the littlest details. Great example of this is the gift bags for 7 girls thst was not included but added and paid for with no problem. A complete success!

Spallywood Kidz provided my daughter and her friends with the star treatment! They have a variety of packages to meet any budget. The owner was wonderful in advising me and helping me plan the best experience for my girl. The team took care of everything and as a mom I actually got to enjoy the party. If you have a glamour girl, you have to have your party here.

This place was amazing, the owner was very sweet and attentive to the services rendered to my girls. A dream come true for little divas. We will definitely return.

This place is awesome I took my daughter here for her birthday and she truly enjoyed herself! Laila is very sweet and helpful, my daughter had eczema on her neck and face we bought the oatmeal soap that is handmade by them and it works wonders for my daughter! Her skin cleared up within the first week of using it! We just went back to get more last week! Thanks spallywood spa for the amazing experience!!!!!!💖

This place is super cute! A pink, sparkly, girlie explosion! My daughter absolutely adored her 5th birthday party. The booking was easy and upfront and Laila was very professional, as were her staff. I was even able to bring in my own piñata and refreshments for the adults. Im sure this was a party she will never forget. Thank you ladies of Spallywood! We will be back for the Easter egg hunt.
