Nice gifts for Special occasions!!!!

Sometimes you give companys another opportunity to do better thinking that maybe they are having a off day. NO three weeks later I need another wedding gift so I go back. SAME BAD customer service & No inventory.Last time I had paid 80.00 pluse the charge for engraving for a display photo album and could not get the matching toasting glasses or the matching frame because of lack of inventory. 3 weeks later I because of an email I go back for another wedding gift they have no 8x10 albums and one only 1 4x6 no 5x7 albums. Even though the company is sending emails /promoting wedding gifts this location does not have them. At one time this company was the go to store for the perfect wedding gift. Treasures that you would have a life time.NOT any more. I GIVE up.WOW

We have been waiting for 5 hours when they said our order will be ready in 3 hours in that place! And after that we see that the beer mug was chipped and we couldnt wait any longer for a new one so lady with HUGE attitude gave us a face didnt want to work with us. This place is absolutely horrible. Expect to get something not what you want! Instead just go and put your money in a trash can and dont waste your time here!

Had my mother passing so went to get guest book and engraved heart. The guest book name plate fell off before I even left store. Lady who helped was sweet and adorable but as I called 2 days later to assure my things were ready and to place another guest book but with different name for my dad passed few days after the guy who answered was rude and said he had other customers in line and wasnt able to help me verse getting my name and number to call me back or hell I also am customer and spent 100 bucks just days earlier n feel he should ha e attempted to see if that order was done. When I called back later he put me on hold and couldnt find yet when I showed up the lady there was able to find immediately. So after being stressed over on top of losing my parents this was definitely added stress for no reason and he should understand customer service better on handling misplaced or multi task and tell others to wait that is at the store for I was at the store already and didnt want to make extra trip if items not ready. Also name plate still wont stay on. Quality wasnt worth payment and you get attitude in place of care. Lets be honest for the price I pay for there, material best be tip top

I would do no stars if allowed. The store managed to lose my item then put in a request to have it mailed from another store and never mailed it in.

Horrible customer service

I rate this store a zero. Never never ever, let the phone ring more than five times. If you are waiting on a customer you can ask to be excused and answer the phone!!!!!!!
